the sealing cover arranged on the solid dangerous waste intermittent cracker (V) comprises a cover body (IV-7) matched with a feed inlet of the solid dangerous waste intermittent cracker, locking devices (IV-8) are uniformly arranged on the cover body (IV-7) in the circumferential direction, a connection disc (IV-9) is arranged in the middle of the outer side of the cover body (IV-7), and the connection device (IV-6) is matched with the connection disc (IV-9);
the locking device (IV-8) has the following specific structure:
