本发明涉及一种智能停车车库中的电动汽车充电接通装置,特别涉及一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车的充电接通装置及接通方法。
背景技术
近年来,智能立体车库发展非常迅猛,在城市的大街小巷已经常能看到它的身影。但是随着电动汽车的快速发展和普及,在智能立体车库中配备相应的充电车位,就成为当前智能立体车库发展的重中之重。在智能立体车库中,取车器与停车位是各自独立设置的,取车器完成从接车位到停车位的车辆运送任务,在运送泊车车辆的过程是在无人的条件下进行的,如何在无人现场操作的情况下,完成电动汽车的充电电源接通工作是现场急需要解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车充电接通装置及接通方法,解决了电动汽车从取车器进入到停车位时的充电电源接通的技术问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案解决以上技术问题的:
一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车充电接通装置,包括升降机框架,在升降机框架的升降平台上活动设置有取车器,在升降平台上固定设置有倒L形挑杆支架,在倒L形挑杆支架上设置有倒L形挑杆,在倒L形挑杆上挂接有L形集电臂安装架,在L形集电臂安装架上设置有集电臂,集电臂通过充电枪与车体的充电插座连接在一起,在L形集电臂安装架上设置有拨插***孔,在升降机框架一侧的停车位上分别设置有伸缩臂机构和滑触线安装框架支撑立柱,在滑触线安装框架支撑立柱上固定设置有滑触线安装框架,在滑触线安装框架上设置有滑触线,滑触线与充电桩连接在一起,在L形集电臂安装架的顶面上设置有挑杆***槽,L形集电臂安装架通过挑杆***槽吊接在倒L形挑杆上,在伸缩臂机构的固定架上设置有齿轮驱动电机,在齿轮驱动电机的输出轴上连接有驱动齿轮,在驱动齿轮上啮合有齿条,齿条是固定在伸缩移动臂上的,在伸缩移动臂的左端固定连接有***定位销,在***定位销的端部设置有防脱钩,在防脱钩与***定位销之间设置有压紧弹簧,***定位销活动插接在L形集电臂安装架上设置的拨插***孔中;在滑触线安装框架上分别设置有顶端上导轮、顶端侧导轮、底端下导轮和底端侧导轮,顶端上导轮与L形集电臂安装架的上顶面活动顶接在一起,顶端侧导轮与L形集电臂安装架的侧面活动顶接在一起,底端下导轮与L形集电臂安装架的下顶面活动顶接在一起,底端侧导轮与L形集电臂安装架的侧面活动顶接在一起。
在升降机框架上设置有L形集电臂安装架的挂钩。
一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车充电接通方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、当电动汽车停在升降平台上后,从挂钩上取下带有充电枪的L形集电臂安装架,并将其套在升降平台上固定设置的倒L形挑杆支架上的倒L形挑杆上,将充电枪插到车体的充电孔中;
第二步、取车器进入到车体的底部,取车器上的伸缩臂机构伸出,将在伸缩移动臂的左端固定连接的***定位销***到拨插***孔中;取车器将车体举起;
第三步、取车器带着车体离开升降平台,伸缩移动臂将集电臂安装架,及其上的充电枪和集电臂,随取车器一起离开升降平台;
第四步、取车器带着车体驶入停车位,将集电臂安装架上的集电臂与停车位上安装的滑触线碰接在一起,然后,伸缩臂机构收回;取车器退出停车位,完成停车动作和充电联接动作。
本发明解决了电动汽车从取车器进入到停车位时的充电电源接通的难题,结构简单,电源接通操作方便。

一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车充电接通装置,包括升降机框架1,在升降机框架1的升降平台2上活动设置有取车器3,在升降平台2上固定设置有倒L形挑杆支架5,在倒L形挑杆支架5上设置有倒L形挑杆6,在倒L形挑杆6上挂接有L形集电臂安装架8,在L形集电臂安装架8上设置有集电臂9,集电臂9通过充电枪26与车体27的充电插座连接在一起,在L形集电臂安装架8上设置有拨插***孔10,在升降机框架1一侧的停车位18上分别设置有伸缩臂机构4和滑触线安装框架支撑立柱19,在滑触线安装框架支撑立柱19上固定设置有滑触线安装框架20,在滑触线安装框架20上设置有滑触线21,滑触线21与充电桩连接在一起,在L形集电臂安装架8的顶面上设置有挑杆***槽7,L形集电臂安装架8通过挑杆***槽7吊接在倒L形挑杆6上,在伸缩臂机构4的固定架上设置有齿轮驱动电机17,在齿轮驱动电机17的输出轴上连接有驱动齿轮16,在驱动齿轮16上啮合有齿条15,齿条15是固定在伸缩移动臂14上的,在伸缩移动臂14的左端固定连接有***定位销11,在***定位销11的端部设置有防脱钩12,在防脱钩12与***定位销11之间设置有压紧弹簧13,***定位销11活动插接在L形集电臂安装架8上设置的拨插***孔10中;在滑触线安装框架20上分别设置有顶端上导轮22、顶端侧导轮23、底端下导轮24和底端侧导轮25,顶端上导轮22与L形集电臂安装架8的上顶面活动顶接在一起,顶端侧导轮23与L形集电臂安装架8的侧面活动顶接在一起,底端下导轮24与L形集电臂安装架8的下顶面活动顶接在一起,底端侧导轮25与L形集电臂安装架8的侧面活动顶接在一起。

一种智能停车车库中电动汽车泊车充电接通方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步、当电动汽车停在升降平台2上后,从挂钩28上取下带有充电枪26的L形集电臂安装架8,并将其套在升降平台2上固定设置的倒L形挑杆支架5上的倒L形挑杆6上,将充电枪26插到车体27的充电孔中;
第二步、取车器3进入到车体27的底部,取车器3上的伸缩臂机构4伸出,将在伸缩移动臂14的左端固定连接的***定位销11***到拨插***孔10中;取车器3将车体27举起;
第三步、取车器3带着车体27离开升降平台2,伸缩移动臂14将集电臂安装架8,及其上的充电枪26和集电臂9,随取车器3一起离开升降平台2;
第四步、取车器3带着车体8驶入停车位,将集电臂安装架8上的集电臂9与停车位上安装的滑触线21碰接在一起,然后,伸缩臂机构4收回;取车器3退出停车位,完成停车动作和充电联接动作;通过手机或电脑***配合,给滑触线9供电,实现充电功能。

第二步、取车器(3)进入到车体(27)的底部,取车器(3)上的伸缩臂机构(4)伸出,将在伸缩移动臂(14)的左端固定连接的***定位销(11)***到拨插***孔(10)中;取车器(3)将车体(27)举起;
第三步、取车器(3)带着车体(27)离开升降平台(2),伸缩移动臂(14)将集电臂安装架(8),及其上的充电枪(26)和集电臂(9),随取车器(3)一起离开升降平台(2);
第四步、取车器(3)带着车体(8)驶入停车位,将集电臂安装架(8)上的集电臂(9)与停车位上安装的滑触线(21)碰接在一起,然后,伸缩臂机构(4)收回;取车器(3)退出停车位,完成停车动作和充电联接动作。
