Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,包括依次层叠设置的第一编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布,第一编织玻璃布和聚酰亚胺薄膜之间和聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布之间通过复合胶粘结,复合胶包括PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂,PU胶、无卤阻燃剂与环氧胶的质量比为8~10:0.5~2:1;环氧胶包括改性环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂,其质量比为4~8:1;及其在电机绕制线圈和电器中的应用。通过采用特定质量比例的PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂形成的复合胶,并且环氧胶包括改性环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂,制得的耐热达到H级的槽绝缘材料具有交联密度高、耐变速箱油、良好的阻燃性和高机械强度等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于复合绝缘材料领域,涉及一种无卤阻燃绝缘材料,具体涉及一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料及其应用。
背景技术
聚酰亚胺薄膜聚芳纤维纸复合材料采用二面NOMEXTM聚芳纤维纸与聚酰亚胺薄膜粘结复合而成,兼有聚酰亚胺薄膜良好的柔韧性、优异的机械强度、介电性能和NOMEXTM纸良好的抗撕强度和吸漆能力,是可靠的耐热H级电机绝缘材料。即聚酰亚胺薄膜聚芳纤维纸复合材料用于H级电机及发电机的槽间绝缘,也可用作干式变压器的层间、间隔绝缘和对地绝缘。现有的复合材料通常使用PU胶,其产品干胶含量5-10g/m2,但是其交联密度不高,不耐变速箱油,而且不具有阻燃的性能。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,它包括依次层叠设置的第一编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布,所述第一编织玻璃布和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜之间和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜和所述第二编织玻璃布之间通过复合胶粘结,所述复合胶包括PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂,所述PU胶、无卤阻燃剂与环氧胶的质量比为8~10:0.5~2:1;所述环氧胶包括改性环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂,其质量比为4~8:1。
优化地,所述复合胶由PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂混合而成。
优化地,所述改性环氧树脂由液体环氧树脂和固体环氧树脂按质量比为0.5~2:1组成。
优化地,所述环氧树脂固化剂为选自芳香族二胺类固化剂中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
优化地,所述复合胶在使用时先用溶剂稀释,随后涂覆或浸渍在所述聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面,再置于烘箱中加热去除溶剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为选自醋酸乙酯、甲乙酮和丙酮中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
进一步地,它的干胶含量为15~30g/m2。
本发明的又一目的在于提供一种上述适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料在电机绕制线圈和电器中的应用。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明制得的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,通过采用编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜作为基材,赋予槽绝缘材料更高的耐热性能,机械性能和阻燃性能,其耐热等级H级,同时采用特定质量比例的PU胶、环氧胶、无卤阻燃剂组成的复合胶,所制得的H级槽绝缘材料具有交联密度高、耐变速箱油、良好的阻燃性和高机械强度等诸多优点。
具体实施方式
本发明适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,它包括依次层叠设置的第一编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布,所述第一编织玻璃布和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜之间和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜和所述第二编织玻璃布之间通过复合胶粘结,所述复合胶包括PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂,所述PU胶、无卤阻燃剂与环氧胶的质量比为8~10:0.5~2:1;所述环氧胶包括改性环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂,其质量比为4~8:1。通过采用编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜作为基材,赋予槽绝缘材料更高的耐热性能,机械性能和阻燃性能,其耐热等级H级,同时采用特定质量比例的PU胶、环氧胶、无卤阻燃剂组成的复合胶,所制得的H级槽绝缘材料具有交联密度高、耐变速箱油、良好的阻燃性和高机械强度等诸多优点。
上述PU胶可以采用常规的,它通常可以是汉高Liofol UR 2716和固化剂UK 5500按质量比为5~8:1的混合而成,或者为波士胶PURBINDER AP1387和固化剂Fardener Z按质量比为6~9:1。所述环氧树脂固化剂为选自芳香族二胺类固化剂中的一种或多种组成的混合物,芳香族二胺类固化剂包括二胺基二苯砜(DDS)、二胺基二苯甲烷(DDM)、间苯二胺(mPDA)、4,4’二氨基二苯醚(DDE)和对二甲苯胺(DMB)等。所述改性环氧树脂则由现有的液体环氧树脂(如EP828牌号)和固定环氧树脂(如E12牌号)按质量比为0.5~2:1组成。上述复合胶在使用前需要先用溶剂稀释,随后涂覆或浸渍在聚酰亚胺薄膜的两表面上,置于烘箱中加热(通常置于90~130℃加热2~4min)去除溶剂,再与第一编织玻璃布进行热压复合即可;所述溶剂为选自醋酸乙酯、甲乙酮和丙酮中的一种或多种组成的混合物。这样形成的无卤阻燃H级槽绝缘材料中干胶含量为15~30g/m2。当然,上述的复合胶可以由PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂混合而成。无卤阻燃剂为甲基磷酸二甲酯、低聚聚磷酸铵、磷酸三苯酯、DOPO等的一种或几种复合物。
上述适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料在电机绕制线圈和电器中的应用,亦可应用于干式变压器箔式绕制线圈、电机、电磁炉、发电机及电器等中作匝间绝缘、槽间绝缘、相间绝缘和衬垫绝缘。
下面将结合实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
实施例1~实施例4
本实施例提供一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,它包括依次层叠设置的第一编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布,第一编织玻璃布和聚酰亚胺薄膜之间和聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布之间通过复合胶粘结(具体复合过程为:聚酰亚胺薄膜双面上混合胶(PU胶+环氧胶+无卤阻燃剂),烘箱70-100℃除溶剂,车速10±3米/分钟;张力60-80N;然后双面复合编织玻璃布,用辊热压合后收卷;在卷材170±5℃/24h后固化,得到全固化的可用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料)。
复合胶水的配制:液体环氧树脂和固定环氧树脂加入到丙酮中,高速气动泵搅拌30±5分钟;加入DDS固化剂,高速气动泵搅拌10±5分钟;加入无卤阻燃剂甲基磷酸二甲酯,高速气动泵搅拌10±5分钟;加入汉高Liofol UR 2716,高速气动泵搅拌20±5分钟;加入UK5500固化剂高速气动泵搅拌10±5分钟,或,加入PURBINDER AP1387,高速气动泵搅拌20±5分钟;加入Fardener Z固化剂,高速气动泵搅拌10±5分钟;使用丙酮将树脂室温4#杯粘度调整到15-16秒。
各个实施例之间不同的在于复合胶粘结的组分不一致,具体如表1所示。
对比例1~对比例2
聚酰亚胺薄膜和两面轧光的芳纶纤维纸用H级的胶粘合而成的三层柔软复合材料。NHN具有优异的耐热性能、介电性能和较高的机械强度。适用于H级电机、变压器中作槽绝缘、层间绝缘、匝间绝缘和衬垫绝缘。

注1:无卤阻燃剂为甲基磷酸二甲酯、低聚聚磷酸铵、磷酸三苯酯、DOPO等的一种或几种复合物。
实施例1~4和对比例1~2的槽绝缘复合材料产品性能对比如下表2所示。

1.一种适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,它包括依次层叠设置的第一编织玻璃布、聚酰亚胺薄膜和第二编织玻璃布,所述第一编织玻璃布和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜之间和所述聚酰亚胺薄膜和所述第二编织玻璃布之间通过复合胶粘结,其特征在于:所述复合胶包括PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂,所述PU胶、无卤阻燃剂与环氧胶的质量比为8~10:0.5~2:1;所述环氧胶包括改性环氧树脂和环氧树脂固化剂,其质量比为4~8:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述复合胶由PU胶、环氧胶和无卤阻燃剂混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述改性环氧树脂由液体环氧树脂和固体环氧树脂按质量比为0.5~2:1组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂固化剂为选自芳香族二胺类固化剂中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述复合胶在使用时先用溶剂稀释,随后涂覆或浸渍在所述聚酰亚胺薄膜的表面,再置于烘箱中加热去除溶剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:所述溶剂为选自醋酸乙酯、甲乙酮和丙酮中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料,其特征在于:它的干胶含量为15~30g/m2。
8.一种权利要求1至7中任一项权利要求所述的适用于风力发电机或电动汽车电机的槽绝缘材料在电机绕制线圈和电器中的应用。
