不锈钢丝绳的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于钢丝绳生产领域,尤其涉及一种不锈钢丝绳的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着科技进步,钢丝绳的用量越来越广,其中高碳钢因为其韧性和强度,一直是钢绳的主要原料,但是高碳钢钢丝绳因在加工过程中,压缩率超过 80%以后,强度急剧上升,韧性恶化 ,所以在加工过程中,需要经多次热处理以消除其加工硬化和保证最终性能。这样,不仅造成了资源的浪费,而且阻碍了劳动生产率的提高。此外,因为高碳钢具有较高的强度和硬度,所以,生产过程中能耗和模耗较高,断丝率较难控制,对于上述诸多问题,人们需要找到更好的解决办法。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种简洁合理、生产工序少、能耗低、断丝率低、生产效率高、耐腐蚀性好的不锈钢丝绳的生产工艺。
为了达到以上目的,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
不锈钢丝绳的生产工艺,采用不锈钢作为钢丝绳生产原料,所述不锈钢的化学成分按质量百分比包括:化学成分按照质量百分比包括:C0.012-0.025,Si0.06-0.075,P<0.03,W0.20-0.30,Cr15.0-19.0,Ni20.0-23.0,Mo 1-1.5、Mn2.50-5.00,S<0.03,Cu<0.1,N<0.01,Ti<0.02,余量为Fe及不可避免的杂质;
所述的生产工艺具体包括以下工艺步骤 :
步骤一、表面处理 :将不锈钢盘条置于放线架上,经机械除鳞设备去除热轧氧化皮,清洗,然后进入涂硼设备进行涂硼处理,最后进入烘干设备烘干,得预处理线材 ;
步骤二、拉拔 :将步骤一得预处理线材置于拉拔机上进行多道次拉拔,得半成品线材,收线 ;
步骤三、正火热处理、镀锌 :将步骤二得半成品线材置于放线架上,经过热处理炉加热,加热温度780℃~ 850℃,冷却,清洗,进入助涂剂槽涂覆助涂剂,烘干,进入锌锅镀锌,锌锅温度为 450℃-480℃,冷却,得半成品线材,收线 ;
步骤四、拉拔 :将步骤三得半成品线材置于拉拔机上进行多道次拉拔,其中,使用石墨粉或硅油作为润滑剂,得半成品线材,收线 ;
步骤五、捻股成绳 :将步骤四得成品线材置于捻股机上捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳。
作为优选,步骤三所述热处理炉加热为四段式,各段加热温度为 900℃、920℃、970℃、1000℃。
作为优选,步骤四所述的各道次拉拔的拉丝模压缩角为 13 ~ 14°。
作为优选,步骤四所用的润滑剂浓度为 3~ 4%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,生产工序简洁,能耗低,断丝率低,生产效率高,综合后性能优良,尤其是拉伸强度大,耐腐蚀性好,值得推广。

步骤五、捻股成绳 :将步骤四得成品线材置于捻股机上捻股合绳,得成品钢丝绳。
步骤三所述热处理炉加热为四段式,各段加热温度为 900℃、920℃、970℃、1000℃。
步骤四所述的各道次拉拔的拉丝模压缩角为 13 ~ 14°。
步骤四所用的润滑剂浓度为 3~ 4%。

所述的生产工艺具体包括以下工艺步骤 :
