Abstract

一种汽车拉索压扁用镀锌钢丝生产工艺,钢丝直径为2.10mm,钢号为60#,钢丝强度在1380-1580Mpa范围内,钢丝锌层薄且均匀,钢丝韧性好,经压扁后不脱锌、断裂,该钢丝经压扁后主要用于生产汽车关键部件的拉索的防护外套,使用过程钢丝不断裂,防腐蚀性能好。

本发明涉及一种汽车拉索压扁用镀锌钢丝生产工艺,属于金属制品加工技术领域。
背景技术
汽车拉索压扁用镀锌钢丝,经压扁后主要用于生产汽车关键部件的拉索的防护外套,该产品规格为2.10mm镀锌薄钢丝,要求上锌量为20-60g/m2,该钢丝在使用前还需压成扁形状然后在缠绕成螺旋钢筒,压扁时,要求不得出现破裂、断丝以及脱锌等,目前,该产品生产技术还不成熟,存在产品质量问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车拉索压扁用镀锌钢丝生产工艺,解决钢丝容易破裂、断丝以及脱锌等技术问题。
本发明包括如下实施步骤:
(1)确定生产用原料
原料选用宝钢60#或沙钢60#盘条;
(2)热处理工艺
钢丝线温:931-950℃,钢丝预热温度:400-420℃、钢丝等温索氏体转变温度:490-520℃、生产车速:8-9m/min;
(3)热镀锌工艺
锌温:400-450℃, 生产车速:8-9m/min;热镀时,设计加工了钢丝出锌锅的斜镀挤压装置,克服了锌层表面差容易出现锌瘤、漏镀问题,同时实现了镀后锌层薄而均匀的目的,能有效控制在90-110g/m2内;
(4)拉拔工艺
确定最佳的拉拔工艺,使得钢丝的强度能有效控制在1380-1580Mpa范围内,表面锌层结合牢固,缠绕试验不脱锌,锌层厚度能有效控制在20-60g/m2内, 扭转值达到40次以上。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)镀锌后的锌层质量好,没有锌瘤,并能实现薄镀锌。
(2)经拉拔后钢丝强度能有效控制在1380-1580Mpa范围内,表面锌层结合牢固,缠绕试验不脱锌,锌层厚度能有效控制在20-60g/m2,内,满足了产品所需的锌层厚度。
(3)经拉拔后的成品钢丝扭转值可达到40次以上,远远超过标准要求的35次的指标。
具体实施方式
本发明以生产直径为2.10mm,上锌量为20-60g/m2薄镀锌钢丝为例进行详细说明:

1.一种汽车拉索压扁用镀锌钢丝生产工艺,其特征在于包括如下实施步骤:
(1)确定生产用原料
原料选用宝钢60#或沙钢60#盘条;
(2)热处理工艺
钢丝线温:931-950℃,钢丝预热温度:400-420℃、钢丝等温索氏体转变温度:490-520℃、生产车速:8-9m/min;
(3)热镀锌工艺
锌温:400-450℃, 生产车速:8-9m/min;热镀时,设计加工了钢丝出锌锅的斜镀挤压装置,克服了锌层表面差容易出现锌瘤、漏镀问题,同时实现了镀后锌层薄而均匀的目的,能有效控制在90-110 g/m2内;
(4)拉拔工艺
