技术领域
本发明属于金属制造加工领域,具体涉及用于冷锻加工的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,冷锻工艺近年来广泛应用于汽车工业零部件制造中,在冷锻工艺中,为减少被加工材料与机器及模具之间因金属接触而产生的摩擦,防止热胶着或咬死的目的,都会使用润滑工艺。传统润滑剂的涂敷方式(磷皂化)为:先将磷酸锌与金属基底化合产生涂层(磷化),然后将零件浸入碱性皂的热浴槽中(皂化),碱性皂与磷酸锌发生反应,最终生成硬脂酸锌获得润滑性。传统工艺虽然效果良好,但带来了很多附加环境问题:必须回收处理的重金属磷酸盐;洗涤槽需要消耗大量的水;定期置换脱脂槽、中和槽、酸洗槽等;产生含有油脂、酸及皂的大量废水。
因此新型水性润滑工艺逐渐获得较多重视和应用。这些新型水性润滑剂大多采用无机或高分子有机润滑剂与其他组分复配形式制得。典型代表前者如D公司基于在金属表面上有吸附能力的含磷化合物和固体润滑剂,开发出了大同水基润滑剂(Daido AquaLub)E16]。一般这种润滑剂的化学成分为:钙化合物5~10 (体积分数,下同);水溶性无机盐1~5%;含磷有机化合物0.5~1%;润滑剂表面活性剂5%~10%;合成酒精5%~10%,不溶于水的无机盐5~10%和水60~ 80%。高分子润滑剂的典型代表日本P公司研发了钢材冷锻用单浴槽水基高分子润滑剂,该产品主要成为由作为基础成分的无机盐和作为润滑剂的石蜡或合成树脂组成,辅料包括表面活性剂和水等。这类新型润滑剂的使用通常采取在润滑剂溶液中浸没-干燥的简单处理即可实现润滑剂在金属零件上的涂覆,这使冷锻工艺的前序润滑工艺变得简单,通常还能使得工业废弃物的排放量下降80~90%。
但是典型的润滑成分合成树脂溶于或分散于润滑剂中,在高频率自动冷锻机械设备上的高润滑性不太稳定。且最重要的问题是这类润滑剂的使用使得冷锻后的零件表面覆盖了一层润滑物质,其中由于有效成分分散需要调入相当质量百分比的表面活性剂(聚氧乙烯烷基醚或吐温系列),这使得冷锻后的产品表面极易吸水。一般冷锻产品加工完毕,到运输到后续其他工厂加工线,需要7~15天,因此在这类一液润滑-冷锻生产线出来的产品如果不加以后续处理,冷锻产品容易产生锈等问题,如果进行防锈处理,通常需要加入热水清洗-防锈液涂覆或防锈油喷涂等工序;而传统磷皂化润滑工艺由于不使用表面活性剂,生产出来的产品不需后续复杂的清洗防锈处理。这样一来一液润滑的工艺在省时和成本方面的优势就变得不太显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种有效防止产品生锈,且不需要防锈处理,并且能够较长时效的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,该润滑剂由以下质量百分比的各组成制备:无机基础组分2~12%,固体润滑剂7~30%,表面活性剂1~3%,水性成膜剂2~10%,防锈剂0.1~1%,消泡剂0.05~0.1%,余量水。
本发明所述的无机基础组分为水溶性无机盐,溶解于水基润滑剂,并在干燥后形成一层在金属零件表面的具有一定硬度和强度的润滑层。这种无机盐优选硫酸钠、硼酸钠、四硼酸钠、钼酸钠的其中至少一种,或根据要求多种混合使用,一般占润滑剂质量百分比为2~12%。
本发明所述的固体润滑剂包括石墨、二硫化钼和蜡,根据冷锻加工润滑要求进行组合复配使用,提供冷锻过程中的润滑作用。蜡可优选聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡、棕榈蜡等产品或其乳液进行复配。典型质量百分比范围如下:石墨1~10%,二硫化钼5~15%,蜡1~5%。本发明之所以将石墨、二硫化钼和蜡作为固定润滑剂进行配合使用,是因为多种润滑剂在不同温度和不同压力下的润滑特性并不一致,比如二硫化钼在高温下的润滑特性远远强于蜡和石墨,但后两者在锻压过程的初始阶段会提供更为良好的润滑效果,合理的配比调整对适应不同锻压工艺要求有良好帮助效应。
本发明所述的表面活性剂可选择常见的非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂。常见非离子表面活性剂优选聚氧化乙烯烷基酯的系列物、失水山梨醇烷基酯等,阴离子表面活性剂优选参见的脂肪酸盐、磺酸盐等,阳离子表面活性剂优选如常见的脂肪酸铵盐等。以上表面活性剂可单独使用,或多种混合使用,一般占水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂质量百分比1~3%。本发明之所以选择这些润滑剂是因为不同表面活性剂对蜡及其它不溶性的组分主要起到分散作用,使得形成的复配溶液能跟稳定的保存,不至于迅速发生沉淀分离。
本发明所述的水性成膜剂为溶解于水中干燥后可析出吸附在金属零件表面成为一层致密膜结构的物质,优选聚乙二醇(PEG),聚环氧乙烷(聚氧化乙烯,PEO),聚丙二醇,聚乙烯醇(PVA),肌醇六磷酸酯等。以上成膜剂可单独使用,或多种混合使用。
本发明所述的防锈剂可选择两种类型,一种为乙醇胺与酸的复配防锈剂,一种可考虑多元醇酯防锈剂。乙醇胺与酸的复配可采用单乙醇胺或二乙醇胺与月桂酸等进行反应生成月桂酸乙醇酰胺,多元醇酯可选择失水山梨醇单油酸酯。本发明的防锈剂经过筛选能够在锻造以后赋予锻造后零件一定时长防锈作用的药剂。
本发明所述的消泡剂可选择常见的有机硅消泡剂,来解决复配过程中使用表面活性剂带来的不利影响。
本发明还公开一种上述润滑剂的制备方法,制备步骤包括:
(1)取水性成膜剂和防锈剂先后加入配方比例中的部分水中常温搅拌5-20分钟后制得含有防锈剂成分的成膜剂;
(2)将无极基础组分和配方比例中的部分水加入反应釜中,常温搅拌20-40分钟,然后加入表面活性剂、固体润滑剂,在40-60度下搅拌50-70分钟;最后与步骤(1)制得的成膜剂混合并搅拌20-40分钟,得到水基防锈冷锻润滑剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
(1)本发明的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,使得冷锻后的金属零件不需要进行后续防锈处理,这是因为,本发明通过有机防锈剂的重量和用量的添加、同时结合成膜剂、润滑剂等等成分,彼此相互作用相互协同,能够在工件表面形成一层具有防锈性能的膜;这层膜的形成有效保护了工件表面,防止了表面的锈蚀,提高了工件的质量。
(2)本发明的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,润滑剂的三种有效成分具有不同特性,即微晶蜡,石墨和二硫化钼;锻造过程虽然时间很短,但仍然在过程是可以分为初始阶段,中段和末期,三个阶段锻造原件与模具处于不同温度和摩擦状态,三种成分使得锻造过程的初始阶段,中段和锻造均得以良好润滑。使得在高频冷锻工艺线上的润滑性能得到综合改善,性能稳定,没有传统磷皂化工艺的污染物排放问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行说明。以下实施例有助于技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应指出的是对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思前提下,还可做出若干变形和改进,这些改进都属于本发明的保护范围。
以下提供本发明的两种实施方式。
实施例1:一种水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:四硼酸钠8%,石墨5%,二硫化钼12%,聚乙烯蜡3%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%,聚乙二醇7%,失水山梨醇单油酸酯0.5%,去离子水63.5%。
制备方法:(1)取7份聚乙二醇和0.5份失水山梨醇单油酸酯先后加入13.5份水中常温搅拌15分钟后制得含有防锈剂成分的成膜剂;(2)将8份四硼酸钠和50份水加入反应釜中,常温搅拌30分钟,然后加入1份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(对应的表面活性剂)、5份石墨、12份二硫化钼、3份聚乙烯蜡,在50度下搅拌60分钟;最后与步骤(1)制得的成膜剂混合并搅拌30分钟,得到水基防锈冷锻润滑剂。
实施例2:一种水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,由以下按质量百分比计的组分组成:四硼酸钾6%,石墨4%,二硫化钼15%,微晶蜡(<5um)2%,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1%,肌醇六磷酸酯8%,月桂酸乙醇酰胺1%,去离子水63%。
制备方法:(1)取8份肌醇六磷酸酯和1份月桂酸乙醇酰胺先后加入18份水中常温搅拌15分钟后制得含有防锈剂成分的成膜剂;(2)将6份四硼酸钾和45份水加入反应釜中,常温搅拌30分钟,然后加入1份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4份石墨、15份二硫化钼、2份微晶蜡,在60度下搅拌50分钟;最后与步骤(1)制得的成膜剂混合并搅拌30分钟,得到水基防锈冷锻润滑剂。
如附图1所示:左边是未经过处理的金属块,右边是覆膜(本发明润滑剂)后的金属块;从图中可以看出本发明制备的润滑剂可以在金属块表面形成致密的保护膜,有效防止金属的腐蚀,能够较长时效的保护产品。
此外,将左边是未经过处理的金属块和右边是覆膜后的金属块存储于恒温恒湿(温度50-55℃,湿度98%)的实验箱体中1000小时,目视观察测定的金属块,显示如下:
覆膜后的金属块:生锈面积几乎没有;
未经过处理的金属块:生锈面积大于25%。
因此,本发明的润滑剂具有良好的防锈性能。

1.一种水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,其特征在于:该润滑剂由以下质量百分比的各组成制备:无机基础组分2~12%,固体润滑剂7~30%,表面活性剂1~3%,水性成膜剂2~10%,防锈剂0.1~1%,消泡剂0.05~0.1%,余量水;所述的水性成膜剂为聚乙二醇、聚环氧乙烷、聚丙二醇、聚乙烯醇、肌醇六磷酸酯中的一种或者多种的混合;所述的无机基础组分为水溶性无机盐,具体的为硫酸钠、四硼酸钠、钼酸钠的其中至少一种或多种的混合;所述的固体润滑剂包括石墨、二硫化钼和蜡三种的混合,且三种在冷锻润滑剂中各自的质量百分比含量如下石墨1~10%,二硫化钼5~15%,蜡1~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的蜡为聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡、棕榈蜡中的一种或者多种或其乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为两种类型,一种为乙醇胺与酸的复配防锈剂,一种为多元醇酯防锈剂:所述的乙醇胺与酸的复配采用单乙醇胺或二乙醇胺与月桂酸进行反应生成月桂酸乙醇酰胺,多元醇酯选择失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于:制备步骤包括:
(1)取水性成膜剂和防锈剂先后加入配方比例中的部分水中常温搅拌5-20分钟后制得含有防锈剂成分的成膜剂;
(2)将无机基础组分和配方比例中的部分水加入反应釜中,常温搅拌20-40分钟,然后加入表面活性剂、固体润滑剂,在40-60度下搅拌50-70分钟;最后与步骤(1)制得的成膜剂混合并搅拌20-40分钟,得到水基防锈金属冷锻润滑剂。
