本发明公开了一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂,其由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡60~100份、石蜡1~15份、硬脂酸1~10份、十二烷基硫酸钠3~15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1~8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1~5份、防锈缓蚀剂0.1~5份、抗菌剂0.1~3份、消泡剂0.1~1份、去离子水500~600份。本发明的铝合金水基乳液脱模剂具有稳定性好、易成膜、不粘模、模具残渣少、表面光滑、脱模效果好、耐高温、使用安全、无污染等效果。

一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂。
背景技术
铝合金是一种铝合金材料,其密度小、强度大、塑性好,被广泛应用于军事工业、民用工业、建筑工业等诸多领域。铝合金材料在加温熔化、高压注膜后,为了顺利出膜,需要在模具腔内喷涂脱模剂。目前主要有油性脱模剂、水基脱模剂和分体脱模剂。油性脱模剂找使用过程中冒黑烟、污染生态环境,且容易污染铝合金表面。粉体脱模剂在使用过程中,有效成分不均匀,铝合金表面不美观,成本高,应用较少。而水基脱模剂具有冷却效果好、不产生堆积、铸件表面质量好,有助于减少内部气孔率以及使用安全、无污染等优点。因而水基脱模剂更适合铝合金的脱模需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术,提供一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂,其由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡60~100份、石蜡1~15份、硬脂酸1~10份、十二烷基硫酸钠3~15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1~8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1~5份、防锈缓蚀剂0.1~5份、消泡剂0.1~1份、去离子水500~600份。
其中,所述的防锈缓蚀剂为油酸三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、六次甲基四胺的一种或几种。
其中,所述的消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述的一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:按质量份称取氧化改性聚乙烯蜡和石蜡置于搅拌容器中以转速为400R/min的转速边加热边加入乳化剂,等物料完全熔化后,再加入硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、防锈缓蚀剂、消泡剂和温度为90~99℃,PH值为7.5~8.5的去离子水,以转速为600R/min的转速恒温搅拌40~60min后冷却至温度为60℃从搅拌容器中取出即得本发明的铝合金脱模剂。
本发明中,氧化改性聚乙烯蜡熔点高,具有较高的粘性和成模性,其含有易于乳化的-OH基、-COOH基、-O-基等极性基团,因而氧化改性聚乙烯蜡是一种优良的成膜材料。
本发明中,石蜡熔点低,与高分子聚合物具有很好的相容性,其在本发明中可以改善物质的流动性,本发明辅助添加石蜡有助于形成均匀薄膜。
本发明以硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯为复合乳化剂,可使氧化改性聚乙烯蜡和石蜡形成均匀、稳定、不易分层、乳液细腻的水包油型微乳液。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂具有稳定性好、易成膜、不粘模、模具残渣少、表面光滑、脱模效果好、耐高温、使用安全、无污染等效果。

实施例1
一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡100份、石蜡1份、硬脂酸10份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1份、防锈缓蚀剂5份、消泡剂1份、去离子水600份;其中,防锈缓蚀剂为油酸三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、六次甲基四胺;消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:按质量份称取氧化改性聚乙烯蜡和石蜡置于搅拌容器中以转速为400R/min的转速边加热边加入乳化剂,等物料完全熔化后,再加入硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、防锈缓蚀剂、消泡剂和温度为99℃,PH值为7.5的去离子水,以转速为600R/min的转速恒温搅拌60min后冷却至温度为60℃从搅拌容器中取出即得本发明的铝合金脱模剂。
实施例2
一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡60份、石蜡15份、硬脂酸1份、十二烷基硫酸钠15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯5份、防锈缓蚀剂0.1份、消泡剂0.1份、去离子水500份;其中,防锈缓蚀剂为油酸三乙醇胺和二乙醇胺;消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚和聚氧丙烯甘油醚。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:按质量份称取氧化改性聚乙烯蜡和石蜡置于搅拌容器中以转速为400R/min的转速边加热边加入乳化剂,等物料完全熔化后,再加入硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、防锈缓蚀剂、消泡剂和温度为99℃,PH值为8.5的去离子水,以转速为600R/min的转速恒温搅拌40min后冷却至温度为60℃从搅拌容器中取出即得本发明的铝合金脱模剂。
实施例3
一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡90份、石蜡12份、硬脂酸5份、十二烷基硫酸钠7份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚3份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯4份、防锈缓蚀剂1份、消泡剂1份、去离子水550份;其中,防锈缓蚀剂为二乙醇胺和单乙醇胺和六次甲基四胺;消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚和聚二甲基硅氧烷。

一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡70份、石蜡11份、硬脂酸7份、十二烷基硫酸钠7份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚7份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2份、防锈缓蚀剂4份、消泡剂0.8份、去离子水580份;其中,防锈缓蚀剂为油酸三乙醇胺;消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚。

1.一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂,其特征在于,其由质量份的以下原料组成:氧化改性聚乙烯蜡60~100份、石蜡1~15份、硬脂酸1~10份、十二烷基硫酸钠3~15份、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚1~8份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1~5份、防锈缓蚀剂0.1~5份、消泡剂0.1~1份、去离子水500~600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂,其特征在于,所述的防锈缓蚀剂为油酸三乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、单乙醇胺、六次甲基四胺的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种铝合金水基乳液脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:按质量份称取氧化改性聚乙烯蜡和石蜡置于搅拌容器中以转速为400R/min的转速边加热边加入乳化剂,等物料完全熔化后,再加入硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、防锈缓蚀剂、消泡剂和温度为90~99℃,PH值为7.5~8.5的去离子水,以转速为600R/min的转速恒温搅拌40~60min后冷却至温度为60℃从搅拌容器中取出即得本发明的铝合金脱模剂。
