本发明涉及C10M169,更具体地,本发明涉及一种环境友好的水基珩磨液及其制备方法。水基珩磨液包括润滑剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、抗磨剂、沉降剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、成膜剂、漂洗剂和去离子水。本发明提供的珩磨液长期澄清透明,不产生异味,可以减少换液次数,使用寿命长。具有优异的短期防锈功能,增加了工序防锈性,使工件在进入下一环节加工时不用另作防锈处理,简化加工工艺;通过加入特定的缓蚀剂与其他物质协同作用,使得到的珩磨液免清洗,使用珩磨液后不用再另作清洗,进一步简化工件加工工艺。抗油污乳化功能,防霉变性和抑泡性,能有效实现磨屑的沉降。不含亚硝酸盐等有害物质,可以自然降解,绿色环保。

在工业加工中,为了降低不同工件的旋转对于其加工精度的负面影响,需要对工件进行珩磨处理。珩磨处理是现代社会常使用的一种光整加工手段,有着加工效率高、工艺简单的好处,而在珩磨时需要用到有清洗、冷却和润滑作用的珩磨液。在使用珩磨液时,必须清洁或过滤,以避免划伤工件表面。此珩磨液也适用于珩磨轮珩磨。
然而现有的珩磨液随着使用时间增长,会有絮状物质析出,使其变质无法使用。并且珩磨液使用时通常将工件浸泡后还要再对工件进行清洗,工艺繁琐。
专利号CN104877738B提供了一种生物稳定型水剂珩磨液,得到的珩磨液具有较好的生物稳定性,可自然降解,比较环保,此外还具有良好的冷却效果,使加工工件不产生热变形。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,所述水基珩磨液包括润滑剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、抗磨剂、沉降剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、成膜剂、漂洗剂和去离子水。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述润滑剂选自聚合醇、有机钼、钼酸钠、聚醚类的一种或多种。
优选的,润滑剂中,聚合醇和有机钼的重量比为(5.2-6.5):(2.4-4.5)。
进一步优选的,所述聚合醇的羟值为900-1200。

作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述稳定剂选自双硬脂酸铝、三乙醇胺、一乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的一种或多种。
优选的,稳定剂中,N-甲基二乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为(1.8-2.4):(0.5-1.5)。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述表面活性剂选自三丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的一种或多种。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为丙二醇甲醚。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述抗磨剂选自水基钼极压剂、水乙二醇抗燃液压液、水溶性氯极压剂的一种或多种。
优选的,抗磨剂中,水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液的重量比为(5-7):(0.5-1.6)。
进一步优选的,水基钼极压剂在100℃下的粘度为15-21mm2/s。
本申请人在实验中意外的发现,在珩磨液中加入特定的抗磨剂,不仅可以提高防锈性能,而且有利于制备得到的珩磨液长期澄清透明,不产生异味。申请人猜测,这可能是由于,特定粘度的抗磨剂改善了珩磨液体系的流动性,致使体系的各组分能够更加均匀的分散,通过提高分散性,使分子间作用力增强,各物质协同作用,从而使体系更加稳定,并且也使各物质能够充分发挥自身作用。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述沉降剂选自EB77和/或N,N'-亚甲基双吗啉。
通过加入特定的沉降剂EB77以及控制其用量,不仅实现了最终得到的珩磨液的有效沉降,而且可以对体系的pH环境进行调控,使体系各物质分子之间的协同作用提高,进一步优化了沉降性能,并实现了优异的油水分离的分离效果,从而使得杂质分子不易与体系物质结合而破坏体系稳定性,最终导致得到的珩磨液稳定性能提升,使用寿命延长。此外,本申请人意外的发现,加入特定的沉降剂还可以使体系具有一定的杀菌功能,进一步提高了体系稳定性,延长了珩磨液的保质期。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述防锈剂为有机羧酸。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述缓蚀剂为金属缓蚀剂,所述金属缓蚀剂选自铜缓蚀剂、铝缓蚀剂、铝镁缓蚀剂的一种或多种。
优选的,缓蚀剂中,铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂的重量比为(1-2.3):(1-2)。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述成膜剂为水性成膜剂。
通过加入特定重量份的水性成膜剂,和体系内其他物质互相作用,也起到了一定的防锈功能。
优选的,水性成膜剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
漂洗剂为氨三乙酸。
优选的,按重量份计,环境友好的水基珩磨液包括润滑剂24-35份、稳定剂2-4份、表面活性剂1-3份、抗磨剂0.2-1.5份、沉降剂0.2-0.4份、防锈剂0.6-3份、缓蚀剂0.5-2份、成膜剂0.2-2份、漂洗剂0.2-1份和去离子水12-18份。
本发明第二个方面提供了一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,步骤如下:(1)混合。(2)冷却静置。
步骤(1)具体为:S1:将润滑剂、稳定剂、沉降剂和去离子水混合,升温至40-45℃,控制转速800r/min,搅拌10-13分钟,得到产物A;
S2:将表面活性剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、成膜剂、漂洗剂混合,升温至50-55℃,控制转速500r/min,搅拌1-2分钟,得到产物B;
S3:混合产物A和产物B,控制温度60-70℃,超声1-3min,500r/min的转速搅拌4-8min,停止搅拌后,保温3-5min;
步骤(2)具体为自然冷却2-4h,得到环境友好的水基珩磨液。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
(1)珩磨液长期澄清透明,不产生异味,可以减少换液次数,使用寿命长。
(2)具有优异的短期防锈功能,增加了工序防锈性,使工件在进入下一环节加工时不用另作防锈处理,简化加工工艺。
(3)通过加入特定的缓蚀剂与其他物质协同作用,使得到的珩磨液免清洗,使用珩磨液后不用再另作清洗,进一步简化工件加工工艺。
(4)抗油污乳化功能,防霉变性和抑泡性,能有效实现磨屑的沉降。
(5)不含亚硝酸盐等有害物质,可以自然降解,绿色环保。
具体实施方式
实施例
实施例中组合物的制备原料均为市售,其中铜缓蚀剂购自欣格瑞(山东)环境科技,型号TH811SGR,铝缓蚀剂购自斯戴,型号CT-628,有机羧酸为三元羧酸,三元羧酸购自米林,型号CP-50,EB77购自TROY,型号为Troykyd EB77,密度为1.15-1.16g/cm3,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇购自陶氏,型号AMP-95,N-甲基二乙醇胺购自汇邦新材料,CAS号105-59-9,聚合醇购自江宇,货号72829,羟值为1050-1100,丙二醇甲醚购自陶氏,有机钼购自诚斯达,型号TM-01,水基钼极压剂购自希朋,型号XP2022,在100℃下的粘度为19mm2/s,水乙二醇抗燃液压液购自上宇,型号HF-C46,2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯购自广州市忠高化工有限公司,氨三乙酸购自康迪斯,CAS号139-13-9。
实施例1
本例提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,按重量份计,所述环境友好的水基珩磨液包括包括润滑剂30份、稳定剂3份、表面活性剂1.7份、抗磨剂0.34份、沉降剂0.25份、防锈剂0.8份、缓蚀剂0.9份、成膜剂0.3份、漂洗剂0.4份和去离子水16份。
所述润滑剂为聚合醇和有机钼,聚合醇和有机钼的重量比为5.3:3。
所述稳定剂为N-甲基二乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,N-甲基二乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为2:0.8。
表面活性剂为丙二醇甲醚。
抗磨剂为水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液,水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液的重量比为6:0.9。
沉降剂为EB77,防锈剂为有机羧酸。
缓蚀剂为铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂的重量比为1.5:1。
成膜剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯。漂洗剂为氨三乙酸。
本例还提供了一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,步骤如下:(1)混合。
(2)冷却静置。
步骤(1)具体为:S1:将润滑剂、稳定剂、沉降剂和去离子水混合,升温至40℃,控制转速800r/min,搅拌10分钟,得到产物A;
S2:将表面活性剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、成膜剂、漂洗剂混合,升温至52℃,控制转速500r/min,搅拌1分钟,得到产物B;
S3:混合产物A和产物B,控制温度65℃,超声2min,500r/min的转速搅拌5min,停止搅拌后,保温3min;
步骤(2)具体为自然冷却4h,得到环境友好的水基珩磨液。
实施例2
本例提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,与实施例1不同的是,所述环境友好的水基珩磨液包括包括润滑剂25份、稳定剂2份、表面活性剂1.1份、抗磨剂0.21份、沉降剂0.2份、防锈剂0.6份、缓蚀剂0.61份、成膜剂0.25份、漂洗剂0.3份和去离子水14份。
抗磨剂为水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液,水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液的重量比为6:1.5。
本例还提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本例提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,与实施例1不同的是,所述环境友好的水基珩磨液包括包括润滑剂27份、稳定剂3份、表面活性剂2份、抗磨剂0.4份、沉降剂0.32份、防锈剂1.3份、缓蚀剂1份、成膜剂1.2份、漂洗剂0.4份和去离子水17份。
抗磨剂为水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液,水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液的重量比为3:1.4。
本例还提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本例提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,与实施例1不同的是,所述环境友好的水基珩磨液包括包括润滑剂26份、稳定剂2.7份、表面活性剂1.5份、抗磨剂0.8份、沉降剂0.3份、防锈剂1.1份、缓蚀剂0.6份、成膜剂0.4份、漂洗剂0.5份和去离子水15份。
缓蚀剂为铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂的重量比为3.5:1。
本例还提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本例提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,与实施例1相同。
本例还提供一种环境友好的水基珩磨液的制备方法,与实施例1不同的是,步骤(1)具体为直接将润滑剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、抗磨剂、沉降剂、防锈剂、缓蚀剂、成膜剂、漂洗剂和去离子水按重量份混合,控制温度65℃,超声2min,500r/min的转速搅拌5min,停止搅拌后,保温3min。
性能测试:
1.稳定性测试:将实施例1-5得到的环境友好的水基珩磨液分别在5℃、25℃、40℃下放置10天,观察外观是否有沉淀及是否产生刺激气味,结果如表1:

3、防锈性能测试:将实施例1-5得到的环境友好的水基珩磨液按照GBT5096-2017测试防锈性能,级别高说明防锈性差,结果如表3:

可知,通过实施例1-2的水基珩磨液得到的稳定性后,长时间放置,无沉淀无刺激性气味,pH属于中性偏高,因此相比于市面上常见的pH在9左右的珩磨液腐蚀性低。

1.一种环境友好的水基珩磨液,其特征在于,按重量份计,由润滑剂30份、稳定剂3份、表面活性剂1.7份、抗磨剂0.34份、沉降剂0.25份、防锈剂0.8份、缓蚀剂0.9份、成膜剂0.3份、漂洗剂0.4份和去离子水16份组成;
所述润滑剂为聚合醇和有机钼,聚合醇和有机钼的重量比为5.3:3;
所述稳定剂为N-甲基二乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇,N-甲基二乙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇的重量比为2:0.8;
表面活性剂为丙二醇甲醚;
抗磨剂为水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液,水基钼极压剂和水乙二醇抗燃液压液的重量比为6:0.9;
沉降剂为EB77,防锈剂为有机羧酸;
缓蚀剂为铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂,铜缓蚀剂和铝缓蚀剂的重量比为1.5:1;
