本发明所揭示的一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,包括步骤半成品加工,保温冷却,表面处理,淬火,回火,防腐蚀预处理,防锈防腐蚀处理。本发明提供的一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,工艺过程较简单,制造成本较低,工艺过程连续性好,可以在锤子头表面形成防锈防腐蚀层,有效提升锤子头的防锈防腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锤子头的加工方法,尤其涉及一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺。
背景技术
锤子是最常用的手工工具,其在使用过程中难免遇到相对潮湿的环境,这就使得锤子头容易生锈腐蚀,最终导致断裂或裂纹,形成潜在的事故源。鉴于此,有必要提供一种锤子头的加工方法,生产更耐腐蚀的高强度锤子头。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,工艺过程较简单,制造成本较低,工艺过程连续性好,可以在锤子头表面形成防锈防腐蚀层,有效提升锤子头的防锈防腐蚀性能。
本发明的技术方案为:一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、半成品加工,选用中碳合金钢作为锤子头原料,按照尺寸规格通过模具对原料进行加工,得到半成品;
b、保温冷却,在钟罩炉内进行保温冷却,首先控制保温温度为600~700℃,保温时间5~9h,保温后随炉体冷却温度值250℃以下;
c、表面处理,对退火后的锤子头半成品的螺杆段进行磷化处理;
d、淬火,在硝盐炉内对成型的锤子头进行淬火,控制淬火温度为840~855℃,,升温时间为6~8min,保温时间为60~70min;
e、回火,在硝盐炉内对成型的锤子头进行回火,控制回火温度为520~570℃,升温时间为66~70min,保温时间为95~100min;
f、防腐蚀预处理,将回火后的锤子头放入电解液中电解除油,然后再放入酸洗溶液中进行酸洗,去除表面的氧化物,然后进行喷砂抛光处理后进行碱蚀处理;
g、将碱蚀处理后的锤子头浸入防腐蚀防锈油中,保持45℃液体温度浸泡65min,使得其表面形成防锈防腐蚀层。
作为优选,所述步骤f中电解液为碱性除油液包括:氢氧化钠 20-60 g/L,碳酸钠20-40 g/L,磷酸三钠 5-15 g/L。
作为优选,所述步骤f中酸洗溶液为稀盐酸,稀硫酸或稀硝酸。
作为优选,所述防腐蚀防锈油由如下各组分配比而成:松香酚醛树脂10~13份、云母粉4~7份、沸石粉3~6份、滑石粉12~15份、硅灰石粉5~8份、聚氯乙烯树脂4~6份、氨基树脂11~16份、环氧树脂1~4份、白节油2~4份、防锈颜料5~8份、溶剂7~12份、催干剂5~8份。
有益效果:本发明所揭示的一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,工艺过程较简单,制造成本较低,工艺过程连续性好,可以在锤子头表面形成防锈防腐蚀层,有效提升锤子头的防锈防腐蚀性能。

下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
本发明所揭示的一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、半成品加工,选用中碳合金钢作为锤子头原料,按照尺寸规格通过模具对原料进行加工,得到半成品;

Claims (4)

1.一种防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a、半成品加工,选用中碳合金钢作为锤子头原料,按照尺寸规格通过模具对原料进行加工,得到半成品;
b、保温冷却,在钟罩炉内进行保温冷却,首先控制保温温度为600~700℃,保温时间5~9h,保温后随炉体冷却温度值250℃以下;
c、表面处理,对退火后的锤子头半成品的螺杆段进行磷化处理;
d、淬火,在硝盐炉内对成型的锤子头进行淬火,控制淬火温度为840~855℃,,升温时间为6~8min,保温时间为60~70min;
e、回火,在硝盐炉内对成型的锤子头进行回火,控制回火温度为520~570℃,升温时间为66~70min,保温时间为95~100min;

2. 根据权利要求1所述的防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤f中电解液为碱性除油液包括:氢氧化钠 20-60 g/L,碳酸钠 20-40 g/L,磷酸三钠 5-15 g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防锈防腐蚀锤子头加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤f中酸洗溶液为稀盐酸,稀硫酸或稀硝酸。
