Abstract
本发明涉及一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,包括底座、工作台、下料滑道、果蔬限位槽、旋转刀片、切片挡板、旋转挡板、传动组件以及四个滑动挡板。工作台的下端面设置有矩形滑轨,果蔬限位槽设置在下料滑道的下端出料口处,果蔬限位槽的其中一端设置有切片挡板,旋转刀片设置在果蔬限位槽与切片挡板之间,传动组件包括一个旋转轴和三个五页旋转轮。本发明的条形果蔬自动切片机构通过沿矩形滑轨移动的四个滑动挡板以及三个五页旋转轮即可实现自动喂料和切片,结构不复杂,并且控制简易,只需要控制四个滑动挡板的绕行速度,就可以调节开关闭合与断开的频率,进而实现条形果蔬进入凹槽以及切片的速率。

技术领域
本发明涉及蔬菜加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种条形果蔬自动切片机构。
背景技术
民以食为天,吃是人类必不可少的活动。果蔬作为营养价值较高的食品备受人们广泛追捧。但许多条状果蔬如胡萝卜、莲藕等在做菜时需要进行切片、切丝等处理,其过程较为繁琐,费时费力,手工操作时还有受伤的危险。随着自动化程度的日益提高,机器逐步代替手工,自动切片机也应运而生。市面上现阶段存在的自动切片机存在很多问题。如自动化程度不高,机构冗繁,而且依赖人工喂料,切割效率低下,容易产生废料,无法实现完全切割。因此,开发一种简单易行自动化程度高的切片机构十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决上述技术问题的不足,提供一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,可实现条形果蔬的自动喂料及切片。
本发明为解决上述技术问题的不足,所采用的技术方案是:一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,包括底座、工作台、下料滑道、果蔬限位槽、旋转刀片、切片挡板、旋转挡板、传动组件以及四个滑动挡板;
所述工作台设置在底座上方,工作台上设置有可供下料滑道穿过的通孔,工作台的下端面设置有矩形滑轨;
所述下料滑道倾斜穿过工作台上的通孔设置,果蔬限位槽设置在下料滑道的下端出料口处,果蔬限位槽具有一个可容纳条形果蔬的V形凹槽,且V形凹槽位于矩形滑轨中对应滑轨的正下方,果蔬限位槽的其中一端设置有切片挡板,所述旋转刀片设置在果蔬限位槽与切片挡板之间;
所述旋转挡板通过转轴设置在工作台的通孔处,旋转挡板具有多个沿圆周方向均匀分布的拨片,传动组件包括一个旋转轴和三个五页旋转轮,其中一个五页旋转轮固定套设在转轴远离旋转刀片的一端,所述旋转轴竖直穿设在工作台上,且位于矩形滑轨内侧,另外两个五页旋转轮分别设置在旋转轴的两端,且旋转轴上端的五页旋转轮与旋转挡板转轴上的五页旋转轮相互咬合;
所述四个滑动挡板均由滑杆以及固定在滑杆下端的推板组成,滑动挡板的滑杆顶端可滑动设置在矩形滑轨内,并可通过链轮与电机传动连接,滑动挡板下端的推板形状与果蔬限位槽的V形凹槽相适宜,推板可在V形凹槽内沿其长度方向移动。
作为本发明一种条形果蔬自动切片机构的进一步优化:所述切片挡板的内侧设置有防止果蔬粘在旋转刀片的挡块。
有益效果
本发明的条形果蔬自动切片机构通过沿矩形滑轨移动的四个滑动挡板以及三个五页旋转轮即可实现自动喂料和切片,结构不复杂,并且控制简易,只需要控制四个滑动挡板的绕行速度,就可以调节开关闭合与断开的频率,进而实现条形果蔬进入凹槽以及切片的速率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示:一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,包括底座6、工作台3、下料滑道1、果蔬限位槽5、旋转刀片7、切片挡板9、旋转挡板2、传动组件以及四个滑动挡板4。所述工作台3设置在底座6上方,工作台3上设置有可供下料滑道1穿过的通孔,工作台3的下端面设置有矩形滑轨13。所述下料滑道1倾斜穿过工作台3上的通孔设置,果蔬限位槽5设置在下料滑道1的下端出料口处,果蔬限位槽5具有一个可容纳条形果蔬的V形凹槽,且V形凹槽位于矩形滑轨13中对应滑轨的正下方,果蔬限位槽5的其中一端设置有切片挡板9,所述旋转刀片7设置在果蔬限位槽5与切片挡板9之间,切片挡板9的内侧设置有防止果蔬粘在旋转刀片7的挡块8。所述旋转挡板2通过转轴10设置在工作台3的通孔处,旋转挡板2具有多个沿圆周方向均匀分布的拨片,传动组件包括一个旋转轴11和三个五页旋转轮12,其中一个五页旋转轮12固定套设在转轴10远离旋转刀片7的一端,所述旋转轴11竖直穿设在工作台3上,且位于矩形滑轨13内侧,另外两个五页旋转轮12分别设置在旋转轴11的两端,且旋转轴11上端的五页旋转轮12与转轴10上的五页旋转轮12相互咬合。所述四个滑动挡板4均由滑杆以及固定在滑杆下端的推板组成,滑动挡板4的滑杆顶端可滑动设置在矩形滑轨13内,并可通过链轮与电机传动连接,滑动挡板4下端的推板形状与果蔬限位槽5的V形凹槽相适宜,推板可在V形凹槽内沿其长度方向移动。
本发明条形果蔬自动切片机的工作原理为:启动电源后,滑动挡板在滑轨上移动,旋转刀片以一定速度旋转。条形果蔬从下料滑道进入旋转挡板的槽内,堆积在此。当滑动挡板移动至与旋转轴下端的五页旋转轮咬合时,滑动挡板的滑杆推动五页旋转轮旋转一定角度。五页旋转轮的转动带动旋转轴上端的五页旋转轮转动,进而带动转轴上的五页旋转轮转动,最终带动旋转挡板转动,使预先在旋转挡板槽内的条形果蔬随旋转挡板一起转动,最终从轨道进入果蔬限位槽内,此时,对应滑动挡板在果蔬限位槽内推动条形果蔬向旋转刀片运动,最终使条形果蔬前端与切片挡板相接触,使用滑动挡板和切片挡板之间的力将条形果蔬夹紧,与其同时,旋转刀片在旋转将条形果蔬切成片(条形果蔬片的宽度就是旋转刀片和切片挡板之间的距离),当一个条形果蔬快切完时,下一个滑动挡板推动五页旋转轮重复此过程。
本发明的条形果蔬自动切片机构通过沿矩形滑轨移动的四个滑动挡板以及三个五页旋转轮即可实现自动喂料和切片,结构不复杂,并且控制简易,只需要控制四个滑动挡板的绕行速度,就可以调节开关闭合与断开的频率,进而实现条形果蔬进入凹槽以及切片的速率。

Claims (2)
1.一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,其特征在于:包括底座(6)、工作台(3)、下料滑道(1)、果蔬限位槽(5)、旋转刀片(7)、切片挡板(9)、旋转挡板(2)、传动组件以及四个滑动挡板(4);
所述工作台(3)设置在底座(6)上方,工作台(3)上设置有可供下料滑道(1)穿过的通孔,工作台(3)的下端面设置有矩形滑轨(13);
所述下料滑道(1)倾斜穿过工作台(3)上的通孔设置,果蔬限位槽(5)设置在下料滑道(1)的下端出料口处,果蔬限位槽(5)具有一个可容纳条形果蔬的V形凹槽,且V形凹槽位于矩形滑轨(13)中对应滑轨的正下方,果蔬限位槽(5)的其中一端设置有切片挡板(9),所述旋转刀片(7)设置在果蔬限位槽(5)与切片挡板(9)之间;
所述旋转挡板(2)通过转轴(10)设置在工作台(3)的通孔处,旋转挡板(2)具有多个沿圆周方向均匀分布的拨片,每个拨片均与转轴(10)相连接,且拨片与转轴相连接的一端厚度大于拨片远离转轴一端的厚度,且旋转挡板与传动组件包括一个旋转轴(11)和三个五页旋转轮(12),其中一个五页旋转轮(12)固定套设在转轴(10)远离旋转刀片(7)的一端,所述旋转轴(11)竖直穿设在工作台(3)上,且位于矩形滑轨(13)内侧,另外两个五页旋转轮(12)分别设置在旋转轴(11)的两端,且旋转轴(11)上端的五页旋转轮(12)与转轴(10)上的五页旋转轮(12)相互咬合;
所述四个滑动挡板(4)均由滑杆以及固定在滑杆下端的推板组成,滑动挡板(4)的滑杆顶端可滑动设置在矩形滑轨(13)内,并可通过链轮与电机传动连接,滑动挡板(4)下端的推板形状与果蔬限位槽(5)的V形凹槽相适宜,推板可在V形凹槽内沿其长度方向移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种条形果蔬自动切片机构,其特征在于:所述切片挡板(9)的内侧设置有防止果蔬粘在旋转刀片(7)的挡块(8)。
