Abstract
本发明研发了一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,该涂层材料可根据需求具有保温、吸音、防核辐射功能的全部或其中组合。该涂层材料的基料为一种水性的纳米防核辐射材料,其组成为水性乳液、重晶石粉、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨、水以及助剂分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、环氧基硅烷偶联剂等;该纳米辐射材料防核辐射能力强,涂膜材料相互之间、与基体的结合牢固,且可与膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、水泥等配合制成水性浆料(腻子),在墙体制造比较厚的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料技术领域,尤指纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料。
背景技术
前苏联的切尔诺贝利核电站的***与核泄漏对人们的惊魂未定,日本福岛核电站的***与核泄漏更让人们普遍重视防核辐射材料的研究。传统的防辐射,核辐射材料一吸使用铅,但铅的大量使用对环境的影响、对人类健康的危害不可低估,屡屡发生的“血铅”事件等让人们不得不把眼光转向环境友好的防核辐射材料,如重晶石、 沉淀硫酸钡、锶的盐类、电气石、石墨、珍珠岩蛭石等,目前使用研究和推广有明显的加快,但成熟的产品不多。
节能减排的世界大趋势,使我国对建筑物外墙保温作出强制性要求,目前该保温层大多使用发泡聚苯乙烯板材,该类板材不但于内墙壁、外部涂层结合困难,开裂、脱落、起鼓现象时有发生,而且上海大火,沈阳大火,济南奥体中心大火表示该类材料的安全性十分令人堪忧,更严重的是该类材料遇高温和大火分离出来的致癌物质对环境影响极大。
城市化进度加快,人类工作、生产、生活区域高度集中、高楼林立、交通工具是蚂蚁成群、噪声污染使生活节奏越来越快,精神紧张的人们难以承受。目前的轻质保温材料有一定的吸音效果,但很不理想,十分需要开发能够用于建筑物的吸音材料。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术之不足,提供了一种保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其保温、吸音、防核辐射性能优良、配方有创新、制备工艺简单、使用施工方便。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其可以分为防核辐射涂层材料和用该防核辐射涂层材料加入轻质骨料、水泥等制作的水性浆料(腻子)。
本发明的防核辐射涂层材料的原材料规格与质量配比如下:
重晶石粉 300目 30%—50%
纳米电气石粉 <200nm 2%—4%
纳米鳞片石墨粉 <200nm 0.3%—1%
水性乳液(苯丙、纯丙、氟碳树脂乳液或其配合)
50%固体分 10%—20%
调色色浆 3%—8%
分散剂NNO 0.5%—3.0%
消泡剂 适量
增稠剂HE2 适量
乙二醇 0.2%—0.5%
环氧基硅烷偶联剂 0.3%—0.8%
水 40%—55%
该涂料的制造工艺为:
将水、分散剂NNO、重晶石粉、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨加入砂磨机,高速砂磨半小时,放出的浆料,在高速搅拌下加入其他组分,最后调节粘度,包装即为成品。
本发明的水性浆料(腻子)的组分质量比和制造工艺为:
将上述的防核辐射涂料100份,加入80目的膨胀珍珠岩粉,膨胀蛭石粉或其混合物100份至300份、500号水泥30份至80份、适量的水泥减水剂和水,在捏合机中混合成均匀的膏状即可。
本发明的突出特点是:
使用了对核辐射广谱电磁波有良好阻隔作用的重晶石粉,配合了电磁屏障好的电极性矿物电气石纳米粉、防核辐射和吸音效果良好的纳米鳞片石墨粉、在水性涂料(腻子)中更加入了轻质的保温吸音效果好,有一定防核辐射功能的膨胀珍珠岩粉、膨胀蛭石粉通过优选配合得到了优良的保温吸音放核辐射功能。
使用灵活方便、环境友好,本发明的材料可以用在内墙,也可以用于外墙,水性浆(腻子)可通过多次涂刷制成较厚的土层已得到更好的保温、隔离、放核辐射功能;本发明使用的原材料无毒无害,环境友好,耐火安全。
本发明的重大突破在水性建筑涂层材料中引入了环氧基硅烷偶联剂,环氧基硅烷偶联剂不但使涂层材料内的各组分之间结合牢固,也可以使涂层材料与建筑物基础(墙、顶棚、屋顶)的结合力大大加强,可避免开裂、脱落、空鼓等不良现象。

配制工艺为:将水、分散剂NNO、重晶石粉、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨粉加入砂磨机,高速砂磨半小时,放出的浆料在高速搅拌下加入其他组分,最后调节粘度,包装即为成品。

配制工艺为:按上表比例将各种材料加入到捏合机中,混合成均匀的便于施工的膏状即可。
Claims (8)
1.一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,可细分为水性防核辐射涂料和水性浆料(腻子),而水性浆料是利用水性防辐射涂料添加轻质功能性骨料,水泥等配制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于:其中所述水性防核辐射涂料,使用水性乳液为成膜剂、重晶石粉、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨为功能填料,另外加水以及助剂分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、环氧基硅烷偶联剂等经分散、研磨制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于:其中所述水性浆料(腻子)是使用本发明的水性防核辐射涂料,配合轻质功能骨料,水泥及水泥减水剂经捏合机混合配制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于可以制作比较厚的涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纳米吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于:使用了优良防核辐射功能的200目—300目的重晶石粉,粒径小于200nm的电气石粉和鳞片石墨粉。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于:使用了保温吸音性能好、又有一种防核辐射功能的膨胀珍珠岩粉和膨胀蛭石粉。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其特征在于:使用了可使涂膜材料相互之间、与基体的结合牢固的含环氧基的硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层材料,其中所述的水性乳液可以使用苯丙乳液、纯丙乳液、氟碳树脂乳液的一种或两种配合。
