Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料,该浆料制成的涂层可根据需求具有保温、吸音、防核辐射功能的全部或其组合。该浆料的基料为水性的纳米防核辐射材料,其组成为水性乳液、重晶石粉、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨、水及多种助剂;该材料防辐射能力强,涂膜材料相互之间、与基体的结合牢固,且可与膨胀珍珠岩、膨胀蛭石、水泥等配合制成水性浆料(腻子),可在墙体制造比较厚的纳米保温吸音防核辐射涂层。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料制造技术领域,尤其一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料。
背景技术
前苏联的切尔诺贝利核电站的***和核泄漏使人们惊魂未定,日本的福岛核电站又噩梦重现!防核辐射已成为大家重视的事情。
发明内容
为解决已有技术之不足,本发明一种纳米防核辐射涂料。一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料,可细分为水性防核辐射涂料和水性浆料(腻子),而水性浆料是利用水性防核辐射涂料添加轻质功能性骨料、水泥配制。
所述的水性防核辐射涂料,其组成包括以下质量百分比份数的组分:
重晶石粉300目 30 ~ 50
纳米电气石粉<200nm 2~4
纳米鳞片石墨粉<200nm 0.3 ~1
水性乳液(苯丙、纯丙、氟碳树脂乳液或其组合)50%固体份 10~ 20
调色色浆 3~8
分散剂NNO 0.5~3
消泡剂 适量
增稠剂HE2 适量
乙二醇 0.2-0.8
环氧基硅烷偶联剂 0.3-0.8
水 40-55
其工艺、制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将水放入分散罐内,转速控制在300 ~ 500 转/ 分钟;
(2)然后依次将消泡剂、分散剂及其它助剂加入到分散罐内,搅拌3±1 分钟;
(3)将重晶石粉 、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨粉加入分散罐内,提高转速至1200 ~1800 转/ 分钟,高速分散15±3 分钟;
(4)高速分散后降转速至600 ~ 800 转/ 分钟,加入水,搅拌3±1 分钟;
(5)缓慢加入水性乳液,搅拌5±2 分钟;
(6)接着加入环氧基硅烷偶联剂,搅拌3±1 分钟;
(7)调整粘度;
(8)过筛并包装。
所述的一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料(腻子),组分质量比和制造工艺为:
将上述水性防核辐射涂料100份,加入80目的膨胀珍珠岩粉,膨胀蛭石粉或其混合物100-300粉、500号水泥30-80份、适量的水泥减水剂和水,在捏合机混合成均匀的膏状即可。
本发明的突出特点是:使用了对核辐射广谱电磁波有良好阻隔作用的重晶石粉,配合了电磁屏蔽好的电极性矿物电气石纳米粉、防核辐射效果良好的纳米鳞片石墨粉,使产品的防核辐射功能优良、且保温、隔音、环境友好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施的配方和工艺流程,进一步阐述本发明:
一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料,可细分为水性防核辐射涂料和水性浆料(腻子),而水性浆料是利用水性防核辐射涂料添加轻质功能性骨料、水泥配制。
所述的水性防核辐射涂料,其组成包括以下质量百分比份数的组分:
重晶石粉300目 30 ~ 50
纳米电气石粉<200nm 2 ~4
纳米鳞片石墨粉<200nm 0.3 ~1
水性乳液(苯丙、纯丙、氟碳树脂乳液或其组合) 50%固体份 10~ 20
调色色浆 3~8
分散剂NNO 0.5~3
消泡剂 适量
增稠剂HE2 适量
乙二醇 0.2-0.8
环氧基硅烷偶联剂 0.3-0.8
水 40-55
其工艺、制备方法包括以下步骤:将水放入分散罐内,转速控制在300 ~ 500 转/ 分钟;然后依次将消泡剂、分散剂及其它助剂加入到分散罐内,搅拌3±1 分钟;将重晶石粉 、纳米电气石粉、纳米鳞片石墨粉加入分散罐内,提高转速至1200 ~ 1800 转/ 分钟,高速分散15±3 分钟;高速分散后降转速至600 ~ 800 转/ 分钟,加入水,搅拌3±1 分钟;缓慢加入水性乳液,搅拌5±2 分钟;接着加入环氧基硅烷偶联剂,搅拌3±1 分钟;调整粘度,过筛包装。

重晶石粉300目 30 ~ 50
纳米电气石粉<200nm 2 ~4
纳米鳞片石墨粉<200nm 0.3 ~1
水性乳液(苯丙、纯丙、氟碳树脂乳液或其组合)50%固体份 10~ 20
调色色浆 3~8
分散剂NNO 0.5~3
消泡剂 适量
增稠剂HE2 适量
乙二醇 0.2-0.8

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料,其特征在于: 所述的纳米保温吸音防核辐射浆料,是将上述水性防核辐射涂料100份,加入80目的膨胀珍珠岩粉,膨胀蛭石粉或其混合物100-300粉、500号水泥30-80份、适量的水泥减水剂和水,在捏合机混合成均匀的膏状即可。
