Abstract

本发明涉及一种石膏,具体涉及一种调节湿度的石膏板。一种调节湿度的石膏板,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30~35份,滑石粉10~12份,沸石‑纳米氧化锌复合材料10~15份,蒙脱土10~12份,纤维素醚0.2~0.3份,乳胶粉1~3份。本发明制得的石膏板,可以调节室内湿度,并且具有杀菌的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种石膏,具体涉及一种调节湿度的石膏板。
背景技术
四川盆地属温润的亚热带季风气候,具有冬暖、春旱、夏热、秋雨的特点。与中国同纬度的长江中下游地区比较,1月平均温度一般都高出3℃以上,极端最低温度一般高出10℃以上,造成盆地湿气重等特点。
由于气候原因,室内的衣物等物品、食品经常返潮。为此,需要一种可以调节湿度的石膏板来解决这个问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种调节湿度的石膏板。
一种调节湿度的石膏板,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30~35份,滑石粉10~12份,沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料10~15份,蒙脱土10~12份,纤维素醚0.2~0.3份,乳胶粉1~3份。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30份,滑石粉12份,沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料15份,蒙脱土10份,纤维素醚0.3份,乳胶粉1份。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种调节湿度的石膏板的制备方法。
一种调节湿度的石膏板的制备方法,按如下步骤制备而成:
a、将沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料和蒙脱土进行球磨,过100~120目筛,制得粉料;
b、将粉料与半水石膏、滑石粉、纤维素醚、乳胶粉混匀,加水搅拌,得到浆料;
c、将所述浆料喷涂在纸面石膏板表面后冷却,再进行干燥,得到调节湿度的石膏板。
优选的,步骤c中,喷涂所用浆料的温度为50~55℃。
优选的,步骤c中,干燥方法为,现在80~90℃下干燥10~20min,再在150~180℃下干燥5~8min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明制得的石膏板,可以调节室内湿度,并且具有杀菌的作用。

氧化锌不易分散,采用沸石-氧化锌复合材料,可以使氧化锌更易分散在石膏板上。而且沸石还可以进行吸放湿,调节室内湿度。沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料的杀菌更持久。
优选的,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30份,滑石粉12份,沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料15份,蒙脱土10份,纤维素醚0.3份,乳胶粉1份。
本发明要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种调节湿度的石膏板的制备方法。
一种调节湿度的石膏板的制备方法,按如下步骤制备而成:
a、将沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料和蒙脱土进行球磨,过100~120目筛,制得粉料;
b、将粉料与半水石膏、滑石粉、纤维素醚、乳胶粉混匀,加水搅拌,得到浆料;
c、将所述浆料喷涂在纸面石膏板表面后冷却,再进行干燥,得到调节湿度的石膏板。
优选的,步骤c中,喷涂所用浆料的温度为50~55℃。
优选的,步骤c中,干燥方法为,现在80~90℃下干燥10~20min,再在150~180℃下干燥5~8min。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
a、将10份沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料和10份蒙脱土进行球磨,过100目筛,制得粉料;
b、将粉料与30份半水石膏、10份滑石粉、0.3份纤维素醚、1份乳胶粉混匀,加水搅拌,得到浆料;
c、将所述浆料加热至50℃,再喷涂在纸面石膏板表面后冷却,然后再进行干燥,先在80℃下干燥20min,再在150℃下干燥8min,得到调节湿度的石膏板。
实施例2
a、将15份沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料和10份蒙脱土进行球磨,过110目筛,制得粉料;
b、将粉料与30份半水石膏、12份滑石粉、0.3份纤维素醚、1份乳胶粉混匀,加水搅拌,得到浆料;
c、将所述浆料加热至52℃,再喷涂在纸面石膏板表面后冷却,然后再进行干燥,先在80℃下干燥20min,再在170℃下干燥5min,得到调节湿度的石膏板。

Claims (5)

1.一种调节湿度的石膏板,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30~35份,滑石粉10~12份,沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料10~15份,蒙脱土10~12份,纤维素醚0.2~0.3份,乳胶粉1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节湿度的石膏板,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:半水石膏30份,滑石粉12份,沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料15份,蒙脱土10份,纤维素醚0.3份,乳胶粉1份。
3.权利要求1或2任一项所述的一种调节湿度的石膏板的制备方法,其特征在于,按如下步骤制备而成:
a、将沸石-纳米氧化锌复合材料和蒙脱土进行球磨,过100~120目筛,制得粉料;
b、将粉料与半水石膏、滑石粉、纤维素醚、乳胶粉混匀,加水搅拌,得到浆料;
c、将所述浆料喷涂在纸面石膏板表面后冷却,再进行干燥,得到调节湿度的石膏板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种调节湿度的石膏板,其特征在于,步骤c中,喷涂所用浆料的温度为50~55℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种调节湿度的石膏板,其特征在于,步骤c中,干燥方法为,先在80~90℃下干燥10~20min,再在150~180℃下干燥5~8min。
