Abstract
本发明公开了一种辣木根咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于各组分按照质量分配比为:辣木根粉30‑70份,山楂粉10~50份、微晶纤维素2~9份、安赛蜜1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1份;制作过程包括:(1)混合、(2)制粒、(3)烘干、(4)压制成片。本发明制得的咀嚼片,片型整,不裂片,具有辣木和山楂特有的风味及保健功能,且生产效率高,成本低,易于推广,口感好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体是一种辣木根咀嚼片及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣木是从2012年起在欧美新兴的一种保健植物,具有高钙、高蛋白质、高纤维、低脂质的特征,含有约20种氨基酸,46种抗氧化剂,抗炎化合物36-90种,具有增强免疫力、调节血压、降低血糖、抑制病菌等功效。尤其是辣木的根部因其特殊成分组成,在降血糖、调血压、抗菌消炎、排毒通便、强心的保健效果更为明显。因此,辣木根部可以用于保健食品的制备原料。当前,在国内外市场上主要将辣木叶、辣木籽作原材料,作为蔬菜、辣木粉、茶包、辣木精片等保健品上市,而针对辣木根部开发的产品仍未面向市场。辣木的根部性味辛辣,如直接采用辣木根粉制咀嚼片口感较差,存在难以入口下咽,使用人不能坚持服用导致达不到保健效果等问题。
山楂粉口感酸甜,含有多种维生素、酒石酸、柠檬酸、山楂酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能。中医认为,山楂具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。主治饮食积滞、胸膈痞满、疝气血淤闭经等症。山楂中含有山萜类及黄酮类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为克服现有辣木保健品的不足,提出用保健功效更明显的辣木根部为主,山楂粉为辅而制作一种服用方便,口感好且营养全面的辣木根咀嚼片。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下。
本发明的配方是辣木根粉(100~200目)30-70份,山楂粉10~50份、微晶纤维素2~9份、安赛蜜1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1份。
其制备方法其特征是:
(1)按原料重量配比;
(2)混合:将辣木根粉、山楂粉、安赛蜜及微晶纤维素混合;
(3)制粒:加入粘合剂10%淀粉浆制粒10分钟,过20目筛;
(4)干燥:设定50~60℃下烘干,烘干时间约1.5~2小时;
(5)压片:烘干后样品过20目筛,加入精确称取的一定份数的硬脂酸镁(或其它硬脂酸盐),混均,上单冲压片机进行压片。压片条件为参数压力调至4~6格,充填量500~800mg。
本发明的有益效果:本发明是以辣木根粉为主要成分的口嚼片,添加的山楂粉不仅能够强化辣木根的保健功效,而且大大改善产品的口感,成品口感酸甜,服用方便,具有辣木和山楂特有的风味及保健功能;该压片工艺简单,容易控制,方法可靠,易于推广,生产产品无裂片,色泽均匀,硬度合适,重量大小一致。
具体实施方式
下面,结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护之中。
实施例1。
(1)配方:辣木根粉(100~200目)70份,山楂粉22份、微晶纤维素3份、安赛蜜5份、硬脂酸镁1份
(2)将上述步骤所得的混合粉末加入10%的淀粉浆制粒,过20目的筛网,在50℃下烘干2.5小时,加入硬脂酸镁1份,混匀,在压力参数为4格条件下,填充量为600mg条件下压制成片。
实施例2。
配方:辣木根粉(100~200目)60份,山楂粉30份、微晶纤维素4份、安赛蜜5份、硬脂酸镁1份。
将上述步骤所得的混合粉末加入10%的淀粉浆制粒,过20目的筛网,在45℃下烘干2小时,加入硬脂酸镁1份,混匀,在压力参数为5格条件下,填充量为700mg条件下压制成片。
实施例3。
配方:辣木根粉(100~200目)50份,山楂粉46份、微晶纤维素2份、安赛蜜1.5份、硬脂酸镁0.5份。
将上述步骤所得的混合粉末加入10%的淀粉浆制粒,过20目的筛网,在60℃下烘干1.5小时,加入硬脂酸镁0.5份,混匀,在压力参数为6格条件下,填充量为800mg条件下压制成片。
Claims (2)
1.一种辣木根咀嚼片,其特征在于,各组分按照质量分配比为:辣木根粉30-70份,山楂粉10~50份、微晶纤维素2~9份、安赛蜜1~5份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辣木根咀嚼片的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按原料重量配比;
2)混合:将辣木根粉、山楂粉、安赛蜜及微晶纤维素混合;
3)制粒:加入粘合剂10%淀粉浆制粒10分钟,过20目筛;
4)烘干:设定50~60℃下烘干,烘干时间约1.5~2.5小时;
5)压片:烘干后样品过20目筛,加入精确称取的一定份数的硬脂酸镁(或其它硬脂酸盐),混均,上单冲压片机进行压片。压片条件为参数压力调至4~6格,充填量500~800mg。
