Abstract
本发明公开了一种天然植物防腐剂,它由以下的原料组成:包括:茶多酚、甜菜碱、甘露聚糖、果胶分解物、连翘提取物、紫苏叶提取物、外竹叶提取物、蒜氨酸、水,各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2‑5份、甜菜碱2.5‑6份、甘露聚糖3‑8份、果胶分解物5‑10份、连翘提取物0.5‑5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5‑6份、外竹叶提取物2‑6份、蒜氨酸5‑12份份、水15‑25份。本发明的天然植物防腐剂,以喷雾、浸渍或涂布等方式喷洒鲜肉表而形成层薄膜,或者掺入肉制品中,可以显著地延长食品的贮存期限,该植物防腐剂能抑制细菌生长,还有抗癌防龋、抗机体脂质氧化和抗辐射等功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌剂领域,特别是涉及一种天然植物防腐剂。
背景技术
食品防腐剂根据来源的不同,可分为天然防腐剂和人工合成防腐剂两大类。长期以来由于天然防腐剂的成本较高,在食品加工中未能得到普遍应用,而人工合成防腐剂苯甲酸钠为代表的人工合成防腐剂因其价格低廉、防腐效果好而在食品加工中得到了广泛应用,然而,研究发现一些人工合成的防腐剂有诱癌性、致畸性和易引起食物中毒等问题,如苯甲酸盐,可能会引起食物中毒,亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐可能会生成致癌的亚硝胺。此外,目前的化学防腐剂抗菌能力有限,由于抗菌失效而导致食品变质的中毒事件时有发生。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供天然植物防腐剂,本发明的天然植物防腐剂,以喷雾、浸渍或涂布等方式喷洒鲜肉表而形成层薄膜,或者掺入肉制品中,可以显著地延长食品的贮存期限,该植物防腐剂能抑制细菌生长,还有抗癌防龋、抗机体脂质氧化和抗辐射等功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:茶多酚、甜菜碱、甘露聚糖、果胶分解物、连翘提取物、紫苏叶提取物、外竹叶提取物、蒜氨酸、水,各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2-5份、甜菜碱2.5-6份、甘露聚糖3-8份、果胶分解物5-10份、连翘提取物0.5-5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5-6份、外竹叶提取物2-6份、蒜氨酸5-12份份、水15-25份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2份、甜菜碱2.5份、甘露聚糖3份、果胶分解物5份、连翘提取物0.5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5份、外竹叶提取物2份、蒜氨酸5份份、水15份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚3份、甜菜碱3.5份、甘露聚糖5份、果胶分解物8份、连翘提取物3份、紫苏叶提取物2份、外竹叶提取物4份、蒜氨酸8份份、水20份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚5份、甜菜碱26份、甘露聚糖8份、果胶分解物10份、连翘提取物5份、紫苏叶提取物6份、外竹叶提取物6份、蒜氨酸12份份、水25份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述甘露聚糖为浓度0.05%~1%的甘露聚糖溶液。
在本发明一个较佳实例中所述果胶分解物为聚合度在3~5的聚半乳糖醛酸或半乳糖醛酸。

本发明提供天然植物防腐剂,包括: 茶多酚、甜菜碱、甘露聚糖、果胶分解物、连翘提取物、紫苏叶提取物、外竹叶提取物、蒜氨酸、水,各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2-5份、甜菜碱2.5-6份、甘露聚糖3-8份、果胶分解物5-10份、连翘提取物0.5-5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5-6份、外竹叶提取物2-6份、蒜氨酸5-12份份、水15-25份。
上述中,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2份、甜菜碱2.5份、甘露聚糖3份、果胶分解物5份、连翘提取物0.5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5份、外竹叶提取物2份、蒜氨酸5份份、水15份。
上述中,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚3份、甜菜碱3.5份、甘露聚糖5份、果胶分解物8份、连翘提取物3份、紫苏叶提取物2份、外竹叶提取物4份、蒜氨酸8份份、水20份。

1.一种天然植物防腐剂,其特征在于,包括: 茶多酚、甜菜碱、甘露聚糖、果胶分解物、连翘提取物、紫苏叶提取物、外竹叶提取物、蒜氨酸、水,各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2-5份、甜菜碱2.5-6份、甘露聚糖3-8份、果胶分解物5-10份、连翘提取物0.5-5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5-6份、外竹叶提取物2-6份、蒜氨酸5-12份份、水15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物防腐剂,其特征在于,所述天然植物防腐剂各组分的质量分数为:茶多酚2份、甜菜碱2.5份、甘露聚糖3份、果胶分解物5份、连翘提取物0.5份、紫苏叶提取物1.5份、外竹叶提取物2份、蒜氨酸5份份、水15份。
