本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
大豆肽是将大分子的大豆蛋白质利用生物技术酶解成由2到10个氨基酸组成的小分子片段。大豆肽富含22种氨基酸,其中包含9种人体不能合成的必需氨基酸,大豆肽常被用作保健食品的原料,用于补充蛋白质,提升人体免疫力,降血脂、降血压、降血糖,促进脂肪代谢、减肥。
L-***糖是***糖的一种异构体,含量较高的植物组织有玉米皮、玉米棒芯、稻子、麦子等谷类以及甜菜、苹果等植物细胞壁的半纤维素和果胶质中。食品或药品中添加使用L-***糖的作用通常都是抑制蔗糖的吸收、控制血糖升高、促进双刺杆菌生长。常被用在糖尿病、减肥等保健食品中。
然而目前市售的保健食品中无论是添加使用大豆肽还是L-***糖,或多或少多存在吸收利用率不高,不能很好的发挥到预期的保健功效的作用,因此如何提升含有大豆肽和L-***糖的吸收利用率,提升保健食品的保健功效,成为了目前亟待解决的技术问题。

为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种保健食品,人体能够很好的吸收利用保健食品中的大豆肽、L-***糖,以及其他保健成分,很好发挥降血脂、降血压、降血糖、增强免疫力和减肥的保健功效。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种保健食品的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健食品,由包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:大豆肽50-60份、L-***糖25-45份、复合维生素10.05-11份、木糖醇10-20份、苦瓜提取物3.9-4.95份。
可选的,,所述复合维生素由VC、VB1、VB6和VB12混合组成。
进一步可选的,以复合维生素为一个整体基数,所述复合维生素中各原料的重量份数组成为:50-60份VC、10-20份VB1、10-20份VB6、1-5份VB12。
可选的,所述保健食品为固体饮料。可选的,所述固体饮料中各原料均为粉末状颗粒。
上述固体饮料的制备方法为按重量份数取各原料混合均匀,即完成。
上述固体饮料在食用过程中直接加入水溶解后,饮用即可;其中加水量为:相对于大豆肽的用量,每50-60份大豆肽,加水量为1800份。

试验方法:准备120只体重处于同一水平、健康的小鼠,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F,共6组,每组20只;对每组试验小鼠按照L-***糖的剂量0.525g/kgBW灌胃固体饮料,灌胃45天,检测每组小鼠的耐糖量;其中A组灌胃实施例1制备的固体饮料,B组灌胃对比例1制备的固体饮料,C组灌胃对比例2制备的固体饮料,D组灌胃对比例3制备的固体饮料,E组灌胃对比例4制备的固体饮料,F组灌胃对比例5制备的固体饮料。
试验结果:对每组小鼠灌胃相应的固体饮料45天后,检测每组小鼠的耐糖量,比较不同组小鼠的平均耐糖量大小,结果显示A组>E组>F组>B组>D组>C组,由该试验结果可知,本发明中将大豆肽、L-***糖和苦瓜提取物复配使用,并在由VC、VB1、VB6、VB12混合组成的复合维生素的环境下,发挥协同增效作用,提升固体饮料降血糖,以及对糖尿病的预防和保健效果。
2)减重保健效果动物试验:
试验方法:准备用高糖高脂饲料喂养的肥胖小鼠模型120只,每只小鼠的体重处于同一水平,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F,共6组,每组20只;对每组试验小鼠按照以人推荐量的30倍L-***糖量为基准灌胃固体饮料,灌胃45天,检测每组小鼠的体重降低量;其中A组灌胃实施例1制备的固体饮料,B组灌胃对比例1制备的固体饮料,C组灌胃对比例2制备的固体饮料,D组灌胃对比例3制备的固体饮料,E组灌胃对比例4制备的固体饮料,F组灌胃对比例5制备的固体饮料。
试验结果:对每组小鼠灌胃相应的固体饮料45天后,检测每组小鼠的体重降低量,比较不同组小鼠的平均体重降低量大小,结果显示A组>E组>F组>B组>D组>C组,由该试验结果可知,本发明中将大豆肽、L-***糖和苦瓜提取物复配使用,并在由VC、VB1、VB6、VB12混合组成的复合维生素的环境下,发挥协同增效作用,提升固体饮料减重的保健效果。
经过动物试验验证实施例2和实施例3制备的固体饮料的保健效果与实施例1基本等同。
Claims (6)
1.一种保健食品,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份数的原料制备而成:大豆肽50-60份、L-***糖25-45份、复合维生素10.05-11份、木糖醇10-20份、苦瓜提取物3.9-4.95份。
2.如权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述复合维生素由VC、VB1、VB6和VB12混合组成。
3.如权利要求2所述的保健食品,其特征在于,以复合维生素为一个整体基数,所述复合维生素中各原料的重量份数组成为:50-60份VC、10-20份VB1、10-20份VB6、1-5份VB12。
4.如权利要求1所述的保健食品,其特征在于,所述保健食品为固体饮料。
5.如权利要求4所述的保健食品,其特征在于,各原料均为粉末状颗粒。
6.一种如权利要求5所述的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,按重量份数取各原料混合均匀,即完成。
