本发明公开了一种防水生态板及其制作工艺,一种防水生态板,包括芯板、中板、表皮和三聚氰胺纸,三聚氰胺纸外层贴合有防水纸层,防水纸层包括上防水层、中防水层和下防水层,所述中防水层的两面均设置有防水凸块,所述上防水层、中防水层和下防水层由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成。本发明的防水生态板及其制作工艺,防水纸层采用贴合机贴合,贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理,防水纸层在原有的生态板上设置,纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯配制制成的防水纸层和高分子吸水树脂制成的防水凸块能够双层防水,可以使生态板具有很好的防水性能。

一种防水生态板及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及生态板制作领域,具体为一种防水生态板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
生态板,在行业内还有多种叫法,常见的叫法有免漆板和三聚氰胺板。最初的叫法就是叫三聚氰胺板,可是由于中国奶制品污染事件,后来被迫改名,业内统称为免漆板,也有叫生态板的,不过生态板过于笼统,因为很多达到生态环保的板材也可以叫做生态板,这样容易混淆。
生态板最初是用来做电脑桌办公家具,多为单色板,随着家庭中板式家具的流行,它逐渐成为各家具厂首选的制造材料,表面色彩和花纹也更多。生态板已广泛适用于家庭装饰、板式家具、橱柜衣柜、浴室柜等领域。
但是目前的生态板一些都是用于卫浴柜,所以对它的防潮性有一定的要求,由于现有的生态板不防水,而浴室内避免不了的会接触到水,所以这样的话让使用者很头疼。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水生态板及其制作工艺,具有防水的优点,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水生态板,包括芯板、中板、表皮和三聚氰胺纸,所述芯板的两面均通过胶水层粘结中板,中板的外层黏接有表皮,所述表皮上黏合三聚氰胺纸,三聚氰胺纸外层贴合有防水纸层。
优选的,所述防水纸层包括上防水层、中防水层和下防水层,上防水层、中防水层和下防水层依次贴合。
优选的,所述中防水层的两面均设置有防水凸块。
优选的,所述上防水层、中防水层和下防水层由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成。
优选的,所述防水凸块阵列在中防水层上。
优选的,所述防水凸块为一种高分子吸水树脂材质的构件。
一种防水生态板的制作工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:取材,选取松木原木;
S2:切割,将松木原木切割成适当规格的方木;
S3:烘干,采用蒸汽干燥窑人工将方木烘干;
S4:截断,采用断料机将烘干的方木截断成方料;
S5:刨平,采用压刨床将方料刨平;
S6:开方,将刨平的方料送入精密多片锯将方料开方;
S7:排板,人工将长短不同的板料摆排;
S8:拼板,排板后涂胶送入拼板机拼板;
S9:黏合,将胶水涂布在拼板上,将中板贴合;
S10:叠合,通过依次贴合三聚氰胺纸和防水纸层。
优选的,其中,步骤S10中防水纸层采用贴合机贴合。
优选的,其中,步骤S10中防水纸层贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防水生态板及其制作工艺,防水纸层采用贴合机贴合,贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理,防水纸层在原有的生态板上设置,上防水层、中防水层和下防水层由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成,加入纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯并按固定比例配合,可以起到很好的防水作用,中防水层的两面均设置有防水凸块,防水凸块采用高分子吸水树脂制成,高分子吸水树脂具有吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能优良,一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时,即使加压也很难把水分离出来,纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯配制制成的防水纸层和高分子吸水树脂制成的防水凸块能够双层防水,可以使生态板具有很好的防水性能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行亲楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防水生态板,包括芯板1、中板3、表皮4和三聚氰胺纸5,芯板1的两面均通过胶水层2粘结中板3,中板3的外层黏接有表皮4,表皮4上黏合三聚氰胺纸5,经过层层叠合制成生态板,三聚氰胺纸5外层贴合有防水纸层6,防水纸层6在原有的生态板上设置,防水纸层6可以起到很好的防水作用,上防水层61、中防水层62和下防水层63由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成,加入纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯并按固定比例配合,可以起到很好的防水作用,防水纸层6包括上防水层61、中防水层62和下防水层63,上防水层61、中防水层62和下防水层63依次贴合,中防水层62的两面均设置有防水凸块621,防水凸块621阵列在中防水层62上,防水凸块621为一种高分子吸水树脂材质的构件,高分子吸水树脂具有吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能优良,一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时,即使加压也很难把水分离出来,可以使生态板具有很好的防水性能。
一种防水生态板的制作工艺,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:取材,选取松木原木;
S2:切割,将松木原木切割成适当规格的方木,一般为自然长度,1.1M、1.25M、1.4M、1.55M,宽度为树径自然宽度,一般8CM、10.5CM、13CM、15.5CM、18CM、20.5CM,厚度为5.1CM、5.3CM、5.5CM;
S3:烘干,采用蒸汽干燥窑人工将方木烘干,由于松木含水率较高,为了达到使用要求,必须进行烘干作业;
S4:截断,采用断料机将烘干的方木截断成方料;
S5:刨平,采用压刨床将方料刨平,使其表面相对光滑;
S6:开方,将刨平的方料送入精密多片锯将方料开方;
S7:排板,人工将长短不同的板料摆排;
S8:拼板,排板后涂胶送入拼板机拼板;
S9:黏合,将胶水涂布在拼板上,将中板3贴合;
S10:叠合,通过依次贴合三聚氰胺纸5和防水纸层6,层层贴合,最后将防水纸层6贴在最外层,步骤S10中防水纸层6采用贴合机贴合,增强贴合效果,减少出现气泡,步骤S10中防水纸层6贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理,在贴合过程中,如果出现气泡,则采用除泡机进行除泡,提高光滑度。
综上所述:本发明的防水生态板及其制作工艺,防水纸层6采用贴合机贴合,贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理,防水纸层6在原有的生态板上设置,上防水层61、中防水层62和下防水层63由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成,加入纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯并按固定比例配合,可以起到很好的防水作用,中防水层62的两面均设置有防水凸块621,防水凸块621采用高分子吸水树脂制成,高分子吸水树脂具有吸收比自身重几百到几千倍水的高吸水功能,并且保水性能优良,一旦吸水膨胀成为水凝胶时,即使加压也很难把水分离出来,纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯配制制成的防水纸层6和高分子吸水树脂制成的防水凸块621能够双层防水,可以使生态板具有很好的防水性能。

1.一种防水生态板,其特征在于,包括芯板(1)、中板(3)、表皮(4)和三聚氰胺纸(5),所述芯板(1)的两面均通过胶水层(2)粘结中板(3),中板(3)的外层黏接有表皮(4),所述表皮(4)上黏合三聚氰胺纸(5),三聚氰胺纸(5)外层贴合有防水纸层(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水生态板,其特征在于,所述防水纸层(6)包括上防水层(61)、中防水层(62)和下防水层(63),上防水层(61)、中防水层(62)和下防水层(63)依次贴合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水生态板,其特征在于,所述中防水层(62)的两面均设置有防水凸块(621)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水生态板,其特征在于,所述防水纸层上防水层(61)、中防水层(62)和下防水层(63)由纤维素、半纤维素、木素、玻璃纤维、树脂和低密度聚乙烯按4:4:2:1:1:1配比制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防水生态板,其特征在于,所述防水凸块(621)阵列在中防水层(62)上。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种防水生态板,其特征在于,所述防水凸块(621)为一种高分子吸水树脂材质的构件。
7.一种防水生态板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下制作步骤:
S1:取材,选取松木原木;
S2:切割,将松木原木切割成适当规格的方木;
S3:烘干,采用蒸汽干燥窑人工将方木烘干;
S4:截断,采用断料机将烘干的方木截断成方料;
S5:刨平,采用压刨床将方料刨平;
S6:开方,将刨平的方料送入精密多片锯将方料开方;
S7:排板,人工将长短不同的板料摆排;
S8:拼板,排板后涂胶送入拼板机拼板;
S9:黏合,将胶水涂布在拼板上,将中板(3)贴合;
S10:叠合,通过依次贴合三聚氰胺纸(5)和防水纸层(6)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水生态板的制作工艺,其特征在于,其中,步骤S10中防水纸层(6)采用贴合机贴合。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防水生态板的制作工艺,其特征在于,其中,步骤S10中防水纸层(6)贴合后采用除泡机做除泡处理。
