Abstract

将车辆门锁装置的锁定杆在锁定位置与非锁定位置上变位的驱动器,具有安放双向电机的罩,由安放在罩内的电机动力而进行变位的内杆,以及安放在罩内的栓杆。内杆具有贯通罩伸到外部并与锁定杆连结的杆侧轴,栓杆具有贯通罩伸到外部并与门栓圆柱体相连结的、与杆侧轴有共同轴心的栓侧轴。杆侧轴与栓侧轴分别向相反方向伸出,内杆装有与共同轴心同轴的连结轴,而栓杆装有支承连结轴的孔。驱动器具有检测内杆的位置的第1检测装置以及检测栓杆位置的第2检测装置。第1及第2检测装置安放在罩内。

Description

车辆门锁装置用驱动器
本发明涉及一种将车辆门锁装置的锁定杆在锁紧位置与非锁定位置上变位的驱动器。
现在使用的门锁装置多数是由集中门锁***加以控制的,作为一例,如把司机席的锁定装置转换为锁定状态时,余下座位的锁定装置也转换为锁定状态。在使用集中的门锁***的锁定装置中,至少必需有检测锁定杆位置的第1检测装置,其中锁定杆将锁定装置从锁定状态转换为非锁定位置;检测门栓圆柱***置的第2检测装置;使上述锁定杆在锁定位置与非锁定位置间变位的驱动器(双向电机)。这些可参照美国专利US 5,028,084号。
上述的第1及第2检测装置一般是使用微动开关,所以必需有将两开关与集中的门锁***控制器进行电连接的导线。当然,也必需有连接电机与控制器的导线。如此众多的电线不但增加了零件费用,而且也增加了组装成本。特别是,两开关必需有使水不浸入门隙发生短路的防水构造,从而使开关的价格变高了。
另外,在美国专利5,028,084中,相当于第1检测装置的开关使用了电刷型开关,并配置在驱动器罩内,而相当于第2检测装置的开关使用了高价的防水型微动开关。这样,驱动器罩内连接门栓圆柱体的部件不受构造的制约。
本发明的目的是将相当于第1和第2检测装置的开关放在驱动器罩内,并得到制造成本低的驱动器。
另外,本发明的构造简单的驱动器,设有在罩内与锁定杆相连结的内杆和与门栓圆柱体相连结的栓杆。
还有,本发明的驱动器,使设在罩内的内杆与栓杆的支承结构加以简化。
再有,本发明的驱动器,使设在罩内的、有多个导电片的线路板的支承结构加以简化。

本发明的驱动器组件1具有由主壳2和用螺钉(图中未示出)等固定到主壳2上的盖壳3构成的合成树脂制成的罩4。如图3所示,主壳2具有容纳双向电机5下半部分的第1凹部6和容纳圆筒蜗杆7下半部分的第2凹部8。盖壳3具有容纳电机5上半部分的第3凹部9和容纳蜗杆7上半部分的第4凹部10。
与上述蜗杆7相啮合的蜗轮11的上面具有凸轮槽12。蜗轮11在电机5断开时由弹簧(图中未示出)弹力而回复到中立位置。在靠近蜗轮11的位置上设置合成树脂制的内杆13。内杆13具有与上述凸轮槽12相结合的突起14,经盖壳3上孔15(图4)向外伸出的长的杆侧轴16,及与杆侧轴16同轴的并与杆侧轴16的伸出方向反向伸出的短的连结轴17。在杆侧轴16的外端上,固定着与门锁装置的公知锁定杆18相连结的副杆19。上述内杆13通过电机5的动力使蜗轮11从中间位置向任一方向回转时,通过凸轮槽12与突起14的结合,使杆侧轴16左转或右转至中心,结果,锁定杆18以公知的方式转换至锁定位置或非锁定位置。
在上述锁定杆18上连接着内锁键20,它以公知的方式设置到门的内表面上。当通过锁键20的操作使锁定杆18回转时,内杆13使杆侧轴16转至中心,通过在内杆13的突起14与蜗轮11的凸轮槽12之间形成空转,使蜗轮11不回转。
在上述内杆13的下侧,设置着合成树脂制成的栓杆21。如图4所示,栓杆21的栓侧轴22经主壳2上孔23向下方伸出,并在其伸出端上固定着副杆24。副杆24通过杆等与门的栓圆柱体25相连。在栓杆21上面形成与栓侧轴22同轴的圆筒穴26,在该穴26上***内杆13的短连结轴17。同轴的3个杆侧轴16,17和22起到支撑2个杆13,21的一直线轴的作用。在这种构造中,为了支承杆13,21,不需要另外的轴。
内杆13与栓杆21相互连结,能够分别独立回转。为此,即使通过栓圆柱体25使栓杆21回转,内杆13(锁定杆18)也不会发生机械转动。
如图1所示,在罩4内,设置有检测栓杆21位置的微动开关27(第2检测装置),该栓杆21通过栓圆柱体25加以转动。另外,在罩4内,还设置检测内杆13位置的微动开关28(第1检测装置),该内杆13与锁定杆18为一体结构。电机5用的导电片29,30的端部,开关28用的导电片31,32的端部以及开关27用的导电片33,34的端部从罩4上形成的插座35处露到外部。集中门锁***的控制器上的插头(图中未示出)***插座35,控制器根据两开关27,28处的信息,控制电机5的转动。控制器控制内容自身因与本发明目的无直接关系,对其详细说明就省略了。在防水性好的驱动器罩4内,由于设置了开关群及导电片群,因而就没有必要对开关群及导电片群实施防水处理了。
图6-图10示出易于组装多个导电片29a-34a、及使用价廉的电刷型开关的第2实施例。导电片29a-34a首先用冲床冲裁铜或青铜、制成薄金属板,如图9所示的,使导电片端部都成为接头状态。没有割断的导电片如图10所示,只有必要部分露出,用内成形的合成树脂40包围,以形成板状线路板41。接着,一旦用导电片X示出的不要的连结部分被冲床冲去时,就完成了线路板41的制作。此线路板由于能机械化的大批量生产,所以价格便宜,而且,因为不需要将散乱的导电片组装到罩内的作业,组装成本也能削减。
上述线路板41如图7所示位于内杆13和栓杆21之间。线路板41上形成有***上述短的连结轴17的通孔42。这样,当用支承内杆13及栓杆21的轴部支承线路板41时,就能减少将线路板41固定到罩4上的螺钉等部件。
与上述微动开关27相对应的电刷27a固定到栓杆21上,而与上述微动开关28相对应的电刷28固定到内杆13上。两个电刷27a,28a分别与多个导电片29a-34a中的2个导通,以检测内杆13或栓杆21的位置。从图7中可明显地看到,电刷27a,28a分别位于线路板41的两侧。如此,内杆13与线路板41的间隙43及栓杆21与线路板41的间隙44就能变窄,从而电刷27a、28a的高度也能变短,而且也能使电刷27a、28a与导电片群保持良好的接触。

Claims (11)

1.一种使车辆门锁装置的锁定杆在锁定位置与非锁定位置间变位的驱动器,包括:
安放双向电机的罩;
由安放在罩内的所述电机的动力而进行变位的内杆,该内杆具有外端贯通所述罩,伸到外部并且与锁定杆固定连结的杆侧轴;
安放在所述罩内、检测出与所述锁定杆连动的所述内杆的位置的第1检测装置;
安放在所述罩内的栓杆,该栓杆具有外端贯通所述罩伸到外部并与门栓圆柱体相连结的栓侧轴,该栓侧轴与杆侧轴具有共同的轴心,而且朝与杆侧轴相反的方向伸出;
安放在所述罩内、根据对与所述栓圆柱体连动的所述栓杆的位置的检测,将使电机在任一方向转动的信号输出的第2检测装置;
所述内杆或所述栓杆的任一个上装有与所述共同轴心同轴心的连结轴,而在另一个上装有支承所述连结轴的孔。
2.一种使车辆门锁装置的锁定杆在锁定位置及非锁定装置上变位的驱动器,包括
安放双向电机的罩;
由安放在所述罩内的所述电机的动力而进行变位的内杆,该内杆具有外端贯通所述罩伸到外部并与锁定杆固定连结的杆侧轴;
安放在所述罩内、检测出与所述锁定杆连动的所述内杆的位置的第1检测装置;
安放在所述罩内的栓杆,该栓杆具有外端贯通所述罩伸到外部并且与门栓圆柱体连结的栓侧轴;
安放在所述罩内、根据对与所述栓圆柱体连动的所述栓杆的位置的检测,以将使电机在任一方向转动的信号输出的第2检测装置;
其一端与所述电机、所述第1检测装置或所述第2检测装置相连接的导电片群;以及
装在所述导电片群另一端的插座部。
3.按照权利要求2所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述栓杆与所述内杆可各自独立回转地相互连结。
4.按照权利要求2所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述杆侧轴与所述栓测轴有共同的轴心。
5.按照权利要求4所述的驱动器,其特征在于杆侧轴与所述栓侧轴分别朝相反方向伸出,所述内杆或所述栓杆之一上有与所述共同轴心同轴的连结轴,而另一杆上有支承所述连结轴的孔。
6.按照权利要求2所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述导电片群固定在合成树脂制的线路板上。
7.按照权利要求6所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述线路板设置在所述内杆与所述栓杆之间。
8.按照权利要求7所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述内杆或所述栓杆之一上装有连结轴,而另一杆上装有支承所述连结轴的孔;所述线路板上有***连结轴的孔。
9.按照权利要求7所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述线路板具有在外侧上露出的多片导电片和在里侧露出的多片导电片;在所述内杆上安装着与在外侧上露出的导电片有选择地接触的电刷,而在所述栓杆上安装着与在里侧上露出的导电片有选择地接触的电刷。
10.按照权利要求6所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述第1及第2检测装置分别固定在所述内杆及所述栓杆上,并作为与所述多片导电片中的2片导电片相连接的电刷开关。
11.按照权利要求6所述的驱动器,其特征在于所述线路板由内成形,用合成树脂部分包围所述导电片群的方式形成。
