本发明公开了一种绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法。该方法包括:1)以质量份数计,将磷酸二氢盐5~8份、硝酸盐6~9份、磷酸0.5~3份、氧化石墨烯0.05~0.5份、稳定剂0.1~1份、pH缓冲剂6~10份、水100~120份的原料组分投入反应釜中,升温至20~40℃,搅拌20~60分钟后出釜;2)将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至15~40℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理2~20分钟,晾干,得到磷化膜。本发明得到的磷化膜外观灰亮,具有较好的耐蚀性,与油漆的附着力强。本发明的磷化方法磷化速度快,磷化温度低,膜层结晶细,磷化液稳定、沉渣少,对人与环境无毒无害,成本低廉。

一种绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法
技术领域
本发明公开了磷化膜,特别是涉及一种绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,属于材料科学和表面技术领域。
背景技术
金属在喷涂、涂装前都必须对其表面进行转化处理,使其生成转化膜。转化膜包括磷化膜、钝化膜、有机膜、稀土转化膜以及溶胶硅烷膜等。其中磷化膜制备是把金属零部件进入到含有Zn,Ni,Mn,Fe等特定的酸式磷酸盐为主体的盐溶液中,同时加入各种复合添加剂,经过化学处理,在金属零部件的表面生成具有一定厚度难溶于水的磷酸盐转化膜。磷化的目的主要是:给基体金属提供保护,在一定程度上防止金属被腐蚀;用于涂漆前打底,提高漆膜层的附着力与防腐蚀能力;在金属冷加工工艺中起减摩润滑作用。
目前,国内外磷化处理使用较多的是中温、高温磷化,不仅能耗大、处理工艺时间长和沉渣多,而且磷化后需进行封闭处理,使磷化处理工艺复杂化,直接影响着涂装生产的质量、产量或成本。
目前,用于钢铁材料磷化处理的磷化液仍有很多缺陷,磷化液的各方面性能仍有待改进。
传统的磷化工艺是十分耗时的并且操作温度相对较高。
公开号为CN101029386A的中国专利申请公开了一种用于钢板及镀锌板处理的含钙锌锰三元阳离子磷化液,虽然该磷化液具有磷化膜形成速度快,与电泳涂层配套性好,但是该磷化液的浓度大,成本高,工作温度在40~60℃,不适应低温磷化的要求。
申请号为CN103469187A的专利申请公开了一种用于钢铁表面磷化黑化的处理液,虽然该处理液操作的温度为常温而且处理后的钢铁表面光亮耐腐蚀,膜层质量好,但是该磷化液磷化钢铁材料速度慢,磷化所需时间长。
传统的促进剂如氮化物,硝酸盐和氯酸盐等虽可以有效地提高磷酸盐涂层的性能,但对人体健康和环境有害。
申请号为CN201610397553.4的中国发明专利申请公开了一种碳钢管常温磷化液的配方,该配方虽然可以在接近常温下进行较快地进行工件的磷化处理,但是使用了有毒有害的亚硝酸钠和氟化钠作为促进剂,而且比例较高,产生的三废处理难度大,不满足环保的需求。
申请号为CN201510387197.3的中国发明专利申请,提供了一种有机和无机复配的锌系磷化液促进剂,虽有效地减少了磷化过程的操作时间,但是所使用的无机促进剂中含有亚硝酸锌、氯酸钠和过氧化氢等强氧化强还原试剂,对操作设备有一定的腐蚀以及对人体健康有害,而且成本较高,不适宜大量生产需要。
为了适应快速发展的市场竞争需要,提高磷化液的质量,实现常温快速形成磷化膜,降低能耗成本,工艺过程简单化、功能化等成为当前的发展趋势。而根据目前现有的磷化液配方设计中,还尚未涉及到关于氧化石墨烯促进磷化膜成膜的相关方面的研究。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,用以解决现有的磷化处理能耗大、处理时间长、磷化工艺复杂等导致磷化成本增加的问题,实现低成本制备耐蚀、耐磨的磷化膜,并且所使用的磷化液不含有害的亚硝酸钠和铬等金属离子,操作温度为常温,符合节能环保降耗要求。
氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)是石墨烯一种重要的衍生物,也被称为功能化的石墨烯,主要由Hummers法制备氧化剥离石墨来制得GO。GO的结构与石墨烯大体相同,只是在二维基面上连有一些含氧官能团(如环氧基、羟基、羧基等)。值得注意的是,石墨烯在溶液中容易团聚,而由于GO含有较多的含氧官能团,因此其亲水性特别优异,使得它很容易分散到各种溶剂中,极大地扩展了其应用范围。同时GO表面的含氧基团亦可以作为反应活性位点与溶液中其它离子反应或作为成核吸附位点结出晶核,因此在一定程度上促进结晶生成和构造具有一定形貌的纳米晶体。本发明在磷化液中加入0.02-0.5wt%的氧化石墨烯,使之和磷化膜在钢铁的表面共沉积,形成纳米氧化石墨烯复合磷化膜,利用氧化石墨烯和纳米材料的特性,增强磷化膜的抗腐蚀能力、耐磨性,同时减少磷化膜的制备时间和降低反应温度。这是一种新的快速、低温和环保的磷化膜制备方法。
本发明目的通过技术方案是实现:
一种绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,其特征在于包括磷化处理液的配制步骤和磷化处理步骤:
1)磷化处理液的配制:以质量份数计,将磷酸二氢盐5~8份、硝酸盐6~9份、磷酸0.5~3份、氧化石墨烯0.05~0.5份、稳定剂0.1~1份、pH缓冲剂6~10份、水100~120份的原料组分投入反应釜中,升温至20~40℃,控制搅拌速度在200~300转/分钟,机械搅拌20~60分钟后出釜;
2)磷化处理:将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至15~40℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理时间2~20分钟,用水冲净晾干,得到磷化膜。
为进一步实现本发明目的,优选地,所述的磷酸二氢盐为磷酸二氢锰、磷酸二氢锌和磷酸二氢钙的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的硝酸盐为四水合硝酸锰、六水合硝酸锌和四水合硝酸钙的一种或多种。
优选地,所述的稳定剂为OP-10乳化剂、PVP、APEO、SE-10和TX-10的一种或多种。
优选地,以质量份数计,所述的氧化石墨烯0.05~0.5份的用量是指氧化石墨烯的有效质量;所述的氧化石墨烯为0.1~4.0wt%氧化石墨烯水溶液或氧化石墨烯粉末,氧化石墨烯是通过Hummers法制备。
优选地,步骤1)磷化处理液的配制中还包括在原料中加入碱液,控制磷化处理液的pH值为2-3。
本发明使用GB6458-86中性盐雾实验测试磷化膜的防腐蚀性能。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法对工件进行磷化处理,使用了新型的氧化石墨烯作为促进剂极大地加速了磷化膜的生成速率,磷化时间短(2~20分钟),磷化温度低(15~40℃),常温下即可进行,磷化后的磷化池中基本无磷化沉渣,说明试件的磷化成功率高,磷化膜外观灰亮,膜层均匀细腻,耐蚀性符合GB6458-86规定,而且磷化液中不含有害的亚硝酸钠和铬等金属离子,在使用过程中及使用后均不危害人体健康和破坏生态环境,成本低,使用方便,可满足工业化需求。
具体实施方式
为更好地理解本发明,下面结合具体实施例进一步阐述本发明,但实施例不构成对本发明权利要求保护范围的限定,基于实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
(1)按重量份数计,称取如下的原料组分:磷酸二氢锌4份、磷酸二氢锰2份、硝酸锌6份、磷酸2份、3.5wt%氧化石墨烯水溶液6份、PVP 0.2份、水100份。
(2)将步骤(1)各组分投入反应釜中,使用碱液调节pH为2,然后升温至40℃,搅拌均匀。
(3)将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至28℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理时间5分钟,用水冲净晾干即可得到磷化处理的试件。
磷化后的磷化池中基本无磷化沉渣,说明试件的磷化成功率高。
本发明使用GB6458-86中性盐雾实验测试磷化膜的防腐蚀性能。
本实施例1得到的磷化膜外观灰亮,膜层细腻,膜厚2g/m2
磷化膜中性盐雾实验20小时不发生腐蚀,符合GB6458-86规定的防腐标准。
与传统的磷化工艺如中国专利CN101029386A报道的40~60℃工艺技术相比,本发明采用绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法对工件进行磷化处理,能大大简化磷化工艺,磷化温度低,常温下即可进行。
与现有技术如中国专利CN103469187A报道的30~60分钟的磷化处理工艺相比,本发明采用绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,处理时间仅为5分钟,磷化反应速度快,磷化时间短。
与现有技术如中国专利CN201610397553.4报导的使用对环境有害的亚硝酸钠和氟化钠作为磷化处理的促进剂相比,本发明采用可生物降解的氧化石墨烯作为促进剂,无毒无害,复合环保要求。
实施例2
(1)按重量配比取如下的原料组分:磷酸二氢锌8份、硝酸锌4份、磷酸钙3份、磷酸2.5份、氧化石墨烯粉末0.05份、APEO 0.2份、水100份。
(2)将各组分投入反应釜中,使用碱液调节pH为3,然后升温至30℃,搅拌均匀。
(3)将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至30℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理时间4分钟,用水冲净晾干即可得到磷化处理的试件。
本发明使用GB6458-86中性盐雾实验测试磷化膜的防腐蚀性能。
本实施例2得到的磷化膜外观灰亮,膜层细腻,膜厚1.5g/m2
磷化膜中性盐雾实验14小时不发生腐蚀,符合GB6458-86规定的防腐标准。
实施例3
(1)按重量配比取如下的原料组分:磷酸二氢锌7份、硝酸锌6份、磷酸1份、2.2wt%氧化石墨烯水溶液0.2份、OP-10乳化剂0.2份、TX-10 0.3份、水120份
(2)将各组分投入反应釜中,使用碱液调节pH为3,然后升温至25℃,搅拌均匀。
(3)将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至20℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理时间10分钟,用水冲净晾干即可得到磷化处理的试件。
本发明使用GB6458-86中性盐雾实验测试磷化膜的防腐蚀性能。
本实施例3得到的磷化膜外观灰亮,膜层细腻,膜厚3.0g/m2

(2)将各组分投入反应釜中,升温至30℃,搅拌速度在300转/分钟,搅拌均匀。
(3)将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至40℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理时间2分钟,用水冲净晾干即可得到磷化处理的试件。
本发明使用GB6458-86中性盐雾实验测试磷化膜的防腐蚀性能。
本实施例4得到的磷化膜外观灰亮,膜层细腻,膜厚2.2g/m2
磷化膜中性盐雾实验10小时不发生腐蚀,符合GB6458-86规定的防腐标准。

1)磷化处理液的配制:以质量份数计,将磷酸二氢盐5~8份、硝酸盐6~9份、磷酸0.5~3份、氧化石墨烯0.05~0.5份、稳定剂0.1~1份、pH缓冲剂6~10份、水100~120份的原料组分投入反应釜中,升温至20~40℃,控制搅拌速度在200~300转/分钟,机械搅拌20~60分钟后出釜;
2)磷化处理:将配制的磷化处理液放入磷化池内,使磷化处理的温度升至15~40℃,然后将钢铁试件浸入其中,处理2~20分钟,用水冲净晾干,得到磷化膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,其特征在于,所述的磷酸二氢盐为磷酸二氢锰、磷酸二氢锌和磷酸二氢钙的一种或多种。

5.根据权利要求1所述的绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,其特征在于,以质量份数计,所述的氧化石墨烯0.05~0.5份的用量是指氧化石墨烯的有效质量;所述的氧化石墨烯为0.1~4.0wt%氧化石墨烯水溶液或氧化石墨烯粉末,氧化石墨烯是通过Hummers法制备。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绿色低温快速制备磷化膜的方法,其特征在于,步骤1)磷化处理液的配制中还包括在原料中加入碱液,控制磷化处理液的pH值为2-3。
