Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体涉及环境空气净化设备的领域,并且更具体地涉及用于该类型的设备的过滤装置,所述过滤装置具有尤其吸附醛和甲醛的能力。
背景技术
醛是指具有优选地在甲醛,乙醛,丙醛,丁醛,丙烯醛,戊醛,己醛和苯甲醛中选择的终端羰基基团的任何有机分子。
醛是最为广泛的家用化学污染物之一。其来源众多。醛可尤其与例如甲烷的光氧化的外部产物相关。然而,醛的排放的主要来源位于住宅的内部,并且来源众多:用于制造压缩木料的树脂和胶水,颗粒板和胶合板,被注入到墙壁中和隔板中、纺织纤维涂层中的用于隔热的脲醛隔热泡沫,墙纸,油漆,皮革等等。
甲醛也是防腐剂,消毒剂和干燥剂。因此,甲醛在医院场所中广泛地被用作溶剂,以便为外科手术设备消毒,并且也广泛地在殡葬业中用于防腐。
考虑到这种化学污染物对公共健康的危害效果,通过减少醛的含量且尤其通过减少甲醛的含量,并且提供新的去污染装置来确保居住建筑的环境空气的净化显得是必要的。
根据已知的现有技术,存在于环境空气中的气体化学污染物的净化方法可分为两类:
-通过将有机化合物降解到完全矿化,也就是说通过氧化或光氧化将其降解成CO2和H2O来消灭污染物。
-通过拦截污染物但不降解污染物的多孔吸附材料来捕获污染物。这些材料是沸石或活性炭的类型并且经常被用在环境空气的处理中以便捕获挥发性的有机化合物和气味。
第一类别基于装置实现,所述装置使用诸如臭氧的氧化剂或由于等离子体或光催化而有利于氧化。
第二类别使用具有大的特定面积(>100m2/g)的多孔材料的吸附能力和性能,其不允许降解分子,而是将分子保持在多孔介质上。
第一类别具有的缺点为复杂且相对昂贵。此外,该类别可能产生分解的产物,该产物可能比被消除的化合物更加危险。
第二类别具有的缺点为具有的捕获率根据不同的待消除的化合物而非常不同。例如,活性炭对于吸附芳香族化合物是有效的,但对于吸附醛则被认为是无效的。此外,在该第二类别中,当所述多孔介质饱和或温度升高或相对湿度升高或被捕获的污染物的浓度降低时,所述多孔介质能够重新释放污染分子。例如这是活性炭或沸石的情况。
WO2014/07808描述通常被用于吸附挥发性有机化合物的多孔材料,所述材料尤其为沸石或活性炭:该文献还描述吸附挥发性有机化合物的滤芯;这些吸附性滤芯可与基于氧化铝的CO2过滤滤芯联合使用以便尽可能多地吸附有害气体。
根据FR2890745,对于消除醛并且更精确地消除甲醛尤其有效的多孔材料是金属氧化物的纳米多孔矩阵,所述纳米多孔矩阵包括至少与醛反应的基团。
吸附材料的制造商致力于通过使其功能化而提高其材料的有效性。然而,该功能化通过浸泡实现,其具有的缺点为在大程度浸泡的情况中限制进入到特定表面,并且因此如果希望浸泡足够的量,则限制捕获能力。
发明内容
首先,本发明的目的在于,通过在过滤装置中将环境空气的污染化学合成物的传统的吸收材料或吸附材料与特定的吸附介质结合,改善用于环境空气的净化设备的过滤装置的性能。特定的吸附介质或过滤介质质是指能够吸附环境空气的污染化学合成物的任何材料,传统的吸附材料对于这些空气污染化学合成物是无效的;这些特定的吸附材料特别针对醛并且尤其甲醛。
其次,本发明的目的在于通过吸附最终捕获环境空气的污染物。
再次,本发明的目的在于避免重新释放污染物到环境空气中,所述污染物可能由诸如沸石或活性炭的传统的吸附材料重新释放到环境空气中。
因此,本发明的装置包括至少两个滤芯或由至少两个滤芯构成,其中一个滤芯包括传统的吸收材料或吸附材料,而另一个滤芯包括特定的吸附介质,所述装置确保环境空气穿过所述至少两个滤芯,以便最终大量捕获大部分空气污染物。
更具体地,本发明的装置为一种用于空气净化设备的过滤装置,所述过滤装置包括第一滤芯结构,所述第一滤芯结构包括尤其在活性炭或沸石之间选择的传统的吸收材料或吸附材料,其特征在于,所述过滤装置包括不同的第二滤芯结构,所述第二滤芯结构确保由多孔的特定的吸附材料构成的过滤介质的保持,所述多孔的特定的吸附材料被至少一种探针分子功能化以便允许捕获醛类型的化学污染物。
在一种实施方式中,所述特定的吸附材料通过溶胶-凝胶方法制造,以便向多孔结构中、优选地向纳米多孔结构中导入具有能够捕获醛的探针分子的金属氧化物。有利地,该方法是一锅(One-Pot)掺杂方法。
在一种实施方式中,所述探针分子包括能够与醛基反应的反应基团,所述探针分子在烯胺酮和β二酮/胺对(couplesβ-dicétone/amine),亚胺,胺,酰亚胺和肼,或这些化合物衍生的盐中选择。
在一种实施方式中,确保保持过滤介质的结构是蜂窝状刚性结构,所述蜂窝包括过滤介质。
在一种实施方式中,被微穿孔的薄膜组装在所述蜂窝状刚性结构的上游面和下游面上。
在一种实施方式中,所述蜂窝的过滤介质的填充率大于40%,优选地大于50%。
在一种实施方式中,所述特定的吸附材料是颗粒形式的。优选地,所述颗粒是圆柱形的,所述圆柱形具有大于1的L/D比例,其中L对应于颗粒的长度,且D对应于颗粒的直径。D优选地介于0.1mm和8mm之间,很优选地介于1mm和5mm之间,更优选地介于2mm和4mm之间,更优选地约为3mm;L优选地介于1mm和20mm之间,优选地介于2mm和10mm之间,更优选地约为5.5mm。在本专利申请中,在数值之前的术语“大约”指在该数值上下15%的范围内变化。
在一种实施方式中,确保过滤介质的保持的结构是例如未编织的有孔织物类型的多个薄膜的集合,在所述薄膜上浸渍/撒布并且/或者夹着过滤介质,该过滤介质具有或不具有传统的吸收材料或吸附材料。
在一种实施方式中,特定的吸附材料的质量占传统的吸收材料或吸附材料的质量的5%和95%之间。
在一种实施方式中,所述特定的吸附材料的特定面积介于400m2g和1200m2g之间,优选地介于450m2g和800m2g之间,更优选地约为600m2g。
本发明还涉及一种空气净化设备,所述空气净化设备包括上述变型例中的任一变型例限定的过滤装置。

具体实施方式
本发明主要涉及一种包括多种过滤材料的过滤装置。组合或分离的不同过滤材料允许通过吸收和吸附消除存在于环境空气中的挥发性的有机合成物。根据本发明,被吸收和吸附的所述挥发性的有机合成物尤其为醛和/或溶剂。过滤装置用于安装在环境空气的净化设备中,所述净化设备能够在几m3/h到几千m3/h的流量下工作。
图1示出环境空气的净化设备100,所述净化设备100能够收纳根据本发明的过滤装置。所述设备主要包括壳体101,所述壳体101包括用于过滤装置110的容腔108。所述容腔108被盖102关闭。进入口(未示出)被形成以便允许环境空气进入到所述设备100中。在一种实施方式中,进入口位于壳体101的盖102附近。在一种实施方式中,进入口不位于壳体101的盖102附近。所述容腔在过滤装置110的上游处包括通风电机(未示出),所述通风电机产生在容腔108中穿过网107的吸入。在一种实施方式中,所述网107的形状是圆形的。在一种实施方式中,所述网107的形状是任意的。壳体101还包括经净化的空气的输出孔109。在一种实施方式中,这些输出孔109位于所述壳体101的上部上。在另一种实施方式中,这些输出孔109位于壳体101的另一个面上。

根据本发明,第一滤芯结构104包括在活性炭或沸石中选择的传统的吸入材料或吸附材料。根据本发明,所述过滤装置110包括与第一滤芯结构104不同的第二滤芯结构106,在图1所示的实施变型例中,所述第二滤芯结构106包括过滤介质。
该过滤介质由特定的吸附材料构成,以便捕获诸如醛、更具体地甲醛类型的合成物的很难被传统的吸入材料或吸附材料消除的合成物。
所述特定的吸附材料是能够特定地捕获一种污染物或一类污染物的材料。例如,过滤介质可通过适合的探针分子(或活性要素)捕获醛类,且所述探针分子(或活性要素)包含在多孔的结构中,优选地包含在微米多孔的结构中,很优选地包含在纳米多孔的结构中。探针分子的正确的选择可允许更确切地捕获例如甲醛的污染物。溶胶-凝胶类型的特定吸附材料的制造方法允许在一锅法(in situ)中的其实施期间导入活性要素而非通过浸泡导入活性要素。特定吸附材料的制造方法允许导入很多活性要素而无需浸泡。特定表面通过浸泡的饱和因此被避免。在一种实施方式中,特定的吸附材料不包括沸石也不包括活性炭。
在一种优选的实施方式中,通过进入口进入到所述容腔108的内部的环境空气将在第一时间穿过滤芯104,所述滤芯104包含传统的吸收材料或吸附材料。在该优选的实施方式中,在第二时间中,空气穿过包含特定吸附材料的过滤介质。
在一种实施方式中,滤芯具有圆柱形的形状。在一种实施方式中,滤芯具有平行六面体的形状。在一种实施方式中,滤芯是平坦的。在一种实施方式中,滤芯是大体积的。在一种实施方式中,滤芯限定在正交坐标中。与另外两个尺寸(x和y)相比更小的尺寸是z轴。在一种实施方式中,z和空气流具有共同的方向。在一种实施方式中,z和空气流具有不同的方向。
在一种实施方式中,滤芯具有在三个方向中相同的尺寸。在一种实施方式中,滤芯具有比第三尺寸更小的两个尺寸。在该实施方式中,最小的尺寸中的一个尺寸可为z。
在一种实施方式中,额外的滤芯103是用于阻止灰尘和/或碎屑的穿孔的薄膜。在该实施方式中,所述滤芯103在过滤装置110中置于上游。在一种实施方式中,额外的滤芯105是HEPA过滤器,其为空气过滤器,所述过滤器能够在一次通过中过滤至少99.95%的直径大于或等于0.3μm的颗粒。
图2,3A和3B示出能够在本发明的范围中使用的滤芯的结构的实施方式。
这些结构允许将过滤介质保持在穿过空气净化设备的空气流中。
图2示出包括一系列薄膜21的结构20。在一种实施方式中,过滤介质浸入在一个薄膜21中。在一种实施方式中,过滤介质浸入在多个薄膜21中。薄膜21的全部随后被组装以便形成滤芯。在一种实施方式中,薄膜的组装通过粘贴实现。在一种实施方式中,薄膜的组装通过焊接实现。在一种实施方式中,薄膜的组装通过组装技术实现。
薄膜21的尺寸和数量主要取决于空气净化设备希望的性能。在一种实施方式中,至少一个薄膜21被探针分子功能化。在一种实施方式中,没有薄膜21被探针分子功能化。
如图3A和3B所示,滤芯106包括蜂窝状刚性结构12。在一种实施方式中,所述蜂窝状结构为蜂巢类型。在一种实施方式中,所述蜂窝状结构包括任意几何形状的蜂窝。过滤介质设置在结构12的蜂窝11中。在一种实施方式中,并且为了保证将过滤介质保持在蜂窝11中,被微穿孔的薄膜安置在蜂窝状刚性结构12的两个下游面14和上游面15上。在一种实施方式中,所述薄膜相对于空气流完全是透明的并且不具有过滤功能。在一种实施方式中,薄膜相对于空气流是部分透明的。在一种实施方式中,薄膜具有至少一个过滤功能。
在溶胶-凝胶特定的吸附材料的情况中,污染物与反应要素反应以便提供具有更大的分子量和危害更小的第三主体,所述第三主体保持被捕获在包括特定吸附材料的过滤介质的纳米多孔网络中。与其他吸附材料不同,该特定的吸附材料通过污染物的不可逆的化学转化来实施最终的捕获。
因此,通过以合适的方式选择探针分子,可消除诸如甲醛的有害污染物,这种有害污染物的分子不能或难以被传统的吸附材料消除。
例如,特定的吸附材料在专利FR2890745中描述的材料中选择。
在一种实施方式中,特定的吸附材料可包括金属氧化物的溶胶凝胶纳米多孔矩阵,所述矩阵包含至少一种探针分子,所述至少一种探针分子具有至少一种能够与醛基反应的反应基团。
具有能够与醛基反应的反应基团的所述探针分子可在在烯胺酮和β二酮/胺对,亚胺,胺,酰亚胺和肼,或这些化合物衍生的盐之间选择。

根据本发明,金属氧化物的溶胶-凝胶纳米多孔矩阵基于至少一种金属氧化物而实现,所述至少一种金属氧化物的化学式如下:

-M对应于在硅,铝,钛,锆,铌,钒,钇和铈中选择的一种金属元素,
-R8和R9独立地对应于烷基或芳基,
-n,m和p都是整数,比如它们的和等于M的化合价,又如n值大于或等于2,
-X是卤素原子。
诸如上述限定的特定的吸附材料,允许特定地捕获醛并且尤其捕获甲醛,所述特定的吸附材料具有捕获甲醛能力的效率大于专用于挥发性有机合成物的活性炭,并且大于特定用于捕获甲醛气体的被浸泡的活性炭。特定吸附材料的最终的捕获能力为每克该材料对应最小0.01g甲醛。
根据现有技术,活性炭或沸石很难消除醛,尤其很难消除甲醛,而该气体一方面在环境空气中经常出现并且另一方面对健康有害。因此,通过在过滤装置中结合传统的吸收材料或吸附材料和对于醛且尤其对于甲醛是尤其有效的特定的吸附材料,根据本发明的过滤装置110允许借助被探针分子功能化的纳米多孔的特定的吸附材料的存在同时消除醛和尤其甲醛,并且借助于活性炭或沸石,消除尤其是单环芳香族烃族类(苯,甲苯,乙烯,二甲苯,...)的其他挥发性的有机合成物。
传统的吸收材料和特定的吸附材料的结合通过单一材料的连续的滤芯104,106结构的结合而构成。传统滤芯可为花粉过滤器,活性炭过滤器,HEPA过滤器,并且结合根据本发明的一个或多个滤芯,其可***设在传统滤芯之间或位于传统滤芯的最后。这些结合允许消除醛,因此允许净化环境空气,并且借助于上述滤芯的设置,限制由沸石或活性炭产生的重新释放。在本发明的实施方式中,过滤装置包括四个不同的滤芯103,104,105,106,其诸如图1所示。在一种实施方式中,滤芯103是用于阻止灰尘和/或碎屑的穿孔的薄膜,滤芯104包括传统的吸附材料,滤芯105是HEPA过滤器,其为空气过滤器,所述过滤器能够在一次通过中过滤至少99.95%的直径大于或等于0.3μm的颗粒,而最后滤芯106包括特定的吸附介质。
根据本发明,滤芯的去污染/过滤性能尤其由以下参数决定:
-在传统的吸收材料或吸附材料和特定的吸附材料之间的质量比
-特定的吸附材料的特定的面积
-特定的吸附材料的形状
-传统的吸收材料或吸附材料的物理特性和化学特性。
在特定的吸附材料和传统的吸收材料或吸附材料之间的质量比可从5/95到95/5之间变化,优选地从6/94到50/50之间变化,并且更优选地从8/92到15/85之间变化:具体选择根据存在于环境空气中的污染物的性质和数量而决定并且根据希望达到的性能而决定。
作为示例,对于包括20μg/m3的甲醛和200μg/m3的其他挥发性有机合成物的空气,优选地使用特定的吸附材料/活性炭的质量比为10/90。然而,通过加倍或加到四倍等等的特定的吸附材料的量,可能大大改善根据本发明的过滤介质的效率。
因此,在环境空气被甲醛严重污染的情况中,例如在环境空气包括的甲醛比其他挥发性有机合成物多十倍的情况中,可使用过滤装置110,其具有特定的吸附材料/活性炭的比为90/10。
用于特定的吸附材料的特定的面积相反地与孔的尺寸成比例。因此,特定的面积越大,孔的尺寸越小。因此,为了具有约为800m2/g的特定的面积,孔的直径典型地介于0.20nm和10nm之间。
一方面,允许增大捕获效率和能力的最大的特定的面积,另一方面,为了具有足够尺寸的孔而以便污染物能够进入到孔中而不得超过的限度,二者之间的最佳的折中被考虑。所述特定的面积的范围介于100m2/g和1500m2/g之间,其取决于待消除的污染物分子的尺寸,并且对于甲醛优选地介于600m2/g和800m2/g之间。
对于特定的吸附材料的颗粒的形状的选择被确定为具有最大的处理面积(颗粒的外部面积)以便增大捕获的效率,同时具有最小的负载损耗以便最小化去污染所需要的能量。在一种实施方式中,颗粒是圆柱形的。在一种实施方式中,颗粒是球形的。在一种实施方式中,颗粒是细长形的。在一种实施方式中,颗粒是任意形状的。
细长形状的圆柱形形状,也就是说具有比例L/D>1(L对应长度,D对应直径)十分有优势,因为其容易通过模制或通过压制而制造。其细长的形状避免平坦的表面连结,以便不减小处理面积并且不增大负载损耗和能量损耗。在该情况中,尺寸(长度)是毫米级的,优选地介于0.1和8mm之间,也导致了最好的折中。在一种实施方式中,特定的吸附材料具有圆柱形颗粒的形式,其长度L=5.5mm,且直径D=3mm。
根据另一种实施方式,颗粒可采用被磨碎的形式,其导致颗粒是毫米级的,优选地介于0.12和8mm之间。该形状也具有优点,因为对于大致相同的颗粒直径,其具有大于相同直径的球形颗粒的处理面积。
尺寸小于毫米级的颗粒也可被使用,只要使用颗粒间的支撑部(纤维),所述支撑部允许分散颗粒以便减少负载损耗。在该情况中,可考虑将特定的吸附材料的颗粒层限制在织物中,其允许增大过滤面积以便减少负载损耗。
此外,诸如蜂窝状刚性结构的尺寸和蜂窝填充率的其他标准也可被调整以便获得根据本发明的滤芯的希望的性能。因此,结构的蜂窝的尺寸介于特定的吸附材料的颗粒的最大尺寸的1倍和15倍之间、且优选地介于特定的吸附材料的颗粒的最大尺寸的1倍和10倍之间。该尺寸允许获得颗粒在蜂窝中的良好分布,并且允许能够使蜂窝状刚性结构的每个蜂窝收纳至少1个颗粒。
相同地,过滤介质的蜂窝的填充率可例如至少为40%。这允许限制根据本发明的第二滤芯结构106的体积。
根据本发明的所述过滤装置110没有探讨已知的环境空气净化设备的一般结构。实际上,只需***不同的滤芯结构到净化设备的容腔108中的预设的位置处。根据本发明的滤芯的构成和特征将根据环境空气的净化设备的特征而调节,尤其根据空气量和滤芯的尺寸而调节。
过滤装置可被材料比例特征化,所述材料比例定义为在特定的吸附材料的质量(g)和设备的空气流量(m3/h)之间的比例。在一种实施方式中,材料比例将介于1/10和1之间,更优选地为1/7。
根据本发明的过滤装置110的定尺寸的例子:
第一例子被定义以便实现具有以下特征的房间的去污染:
-体积:12m3
-新空气更新:5m3/h
-甲醛释放率:70.6μg/m3。
使用根据本发明的滤芯的净化设备的特征如下:
-空气流量:140m3/h,
-特定的吸附材料的质量:20g
-材料/空气流量比例:1/7。
图4示出在房间中的甲醛的浓度变化。
曲线A示出不具有根据本发明的环境空气净化设备的情况下的指示值70.6μg/m3。
曲线B示出当根据本发明的环境空气净化设备工作的情况下的浓度变化。
因此,观察到在几个小时工作后,甲醛的释放率下降到20μg/m3以下(小于公共场所中建议的比值30μg/m3)。
第二例子被定义用于实现具有与第一例子相同的特征的房间的去污染,但使用具有根据本发明的滤芯的环境空气净化设备的特征如下:
-空气流量:70m3/h,
-特定的吸附材料的质量:10g
-材料/空气流量比例:1/7。

因此,观察到在几个小时工作后,甲醛的释放率约为30μg/m3。
应理解地是,在不超出所附的权利要求所限定的发明范围的情况下,在本说明书中所描述的本发明的不同实施方式可采用多种对本领域技术人员来说显著的更改和/或改进。
因此,对于家用(几个m3的房间)的环境空气净化设备的实施例被示出。可考虑将根据本发明的滤芯应用在更大尺寸的环境空气净化设备中(例如适合于公共场所)。只需使用多个滤芯或使用更大尺寸的滤芯。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),所述过滤装置(110)包括第一滤芯结构(104),所述第一滤芯结构(104)包括在活性炭或沸石之间选择的传统的吸收材料或吸附材料,其特征在于,所述装置包括不同的第二滤芯结构(106),所述第二滤芯结构(106)确保由多孔的特定的吸附材料构成的过滤介质的保持,所述多孔的特定的吸附材料被至少一种探针分子功能化以便允许捕获醛类型的化学污染物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述特定的吸附材料通过溶胶-凝胶方法制造,以便向多孔结构中、优选地向纳米多孔结构中导入具有能够捕获醛的探针分子的金属氧化物。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述探针分子包括能够与醛基反应的反应基团,所述探针分子在烯胺酮和β二酮/胺对,亚胺,胺,酰亚胺和肼,或这些化合物衍生的盐中选择。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,确保保持过滤介质的结构(106)是蜂窝状刚性结构(12),所述蜂窝(11)包括过滤介质。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,被微穿孔的薄膜组装在所述蜂窝状刚性结构(12)的上游面(15)和下游面(14)上。
6.根据权利要求4或5中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述蜂窝的过滤介质的填充率大于40%。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述特定的吸附材料是颗粒形式的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述颗粒的形状是圆柱形的,所述圆柱形具有大于1的L/D比例,其中L对应于颗粒的长度,且D对应于颗粒的直径。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,确保过滤介质的保持的结构(20)是未编织的有孔织物类型的多个薄膜(21)的组合,在所述薄膜(21)上浸渍/撒布传统的吸收材料或吸附材料。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,特定的吸附材料的质量占传统的吸收材料或吸附材料的质量的5%和95%之间。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的用于空气净化设备的过滤装置(110),其特征在于,所述特定的吸附材料的特定面积介于400m2g和1200m2g之间。
12.一种空气净化设备,其特征在于,所述空气净化设备包括至少一个根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的过滤装置。
