本发明公开了一种日化生产用搅拌装置,包括由上而下依次设置的罐盖、罐体和底座,还包括设置在罐体内部的搅拌机构;罐体的侧壁上设有真空夹层,罐体的内壁上设有挡流板、加热管和测温探头;罐体的上部设有与罐体相连通的单向阀;搅拌机构包括转轴、以及安装在转轴上的第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片,第一螺旋叶片的旋向和第二螺旋叶片的旋向相反。本发明的一种日化生产用搅拌装置,能够将日化产品充分搅拌和混合,且具有结构简单,制造成本低,混合均匀等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于日用化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种日化生产用搅拌装置。
背景技术
搅拌设备与混合设备是日用化工领域中最常见的关键设备,应用非常广泛。通常,搅拌设备主要由搅拌罐体,搅拌罐盖,搅拌器和搅拌组件等组成。目前,用于日用化工的搅拌设备比较简陋,工作效率低,原料不能充分混合,达不到生产高质量液洗类日化工艺要求。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种日化生产用搅拌装置,该搅拌装置能够将日化产品充分搅拌和混合,且结构简单,制造成本低,混合均匀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种日化生产用搅拌装置,包括由上而下依次设置的罐盖、罐体和底座,还包括设置在所述罐体内部的搅拌机构;
所述罐体的侧壁上设有真空夹层,所述罐体的内壁上设有挡流板、加热管和测温探头;所述罐体的上部设有与所述罐体相连通的单向阀;
所述搅拌机构包括转轴、以及安装在所述转轴上的第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片,所述第一螺旋叶片的旋向和所述第二螺旋叶片的旋向相反。
作为一种改进的方案,所述罐体上设有与所述真空夹层相连通的真空抽口。
作为一种改进的方案,所述罐体的内壁上沿竖直方向间隔的设有多个所述挡流板。
作为一种改进的方案,所述罐盖上安装有电机,所述电机的输出轴与所述转轴直连。
采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明的一种日化生产用搅拌装置的转轴上第一螺旋叶片的旋向和第二螺旋叶片的旋向相反,当转轴带动第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片转动时,能使罐体内的日化产品做周向运动的同时伴随竖直方向的运动。改变电机的正反转还能改变日化产品运动的方向,使得罐体内的日化产品充分搅拌并混合均匀。罐体内的加热管和测温探头能够对罐体内的日化产品进行加热,并精确控制罐体内的温度,罐体侧壁上的真空夹层能有效增加罐体的保温性能,保证产品的稳定性。
综上所述,本发明的一种日化生产用搅拌装置,解决了现有技术中搅拌设备比较简陋,工作效率低,原料不能充分混合等技术问题。该日化生产用搅拌装置能够将日化产品充分搅拌和混合,且结构简单,制造成本低,混合均匀。

实施例
由图1所示,一种日化生产用搅拌装置,包括由上而下依次设置的罐盖2、罐体1和底座3,还包括设置在罐体1内部的搅拌机构4。罐体1的侧壁上设有真空夹层11和与真空夹层11相连通的真空抽口16。罐体1侧壁上的真空夹层11能有效增加罐体1的保温性能,保证产品的稳定性。罐体1的内壁上沿竖直方向间隔的设有多个挡流板12。罐体1的内壁上还设有加热管13和测温探头14。加热管13和测温探头14能够对罐体1内的日化产品进行加热,并精确控制罐体1内的温度。罐体1的上部设有与罐体1相连通的单向阀15,单向阀15可使得罐体1内的压力不超过设计值,设备更加安全。
由图1所示,搅拌机构4包括转轴41、以及安装在转轴41上的第一螺旋叶片42和第二螺旋叶片43,第一螺旋叶片42的旋向和第二螺旋叶片43的旋向相反。罐盖2上安装有电机5,电机5的输出轴与转轴41直连。由于转轴41上第一螺旋叶片42的旋向和第二螺旋叶片43的旋向相反,当转轴41带动第一螺旋叶片42和第二螺旋叶片43转动时,能使罐体1内的日化产品做周向运动的同时伴随竖直方向的运动。改变电机5的正反转还能改变日化产品运动的方向,使得罐体1内的日化产品充分搅拌并混合均匀。
综上所述,本发明的一种日化生产用搅拌装置,解决了现有技术中搅拌设备比较简陋,工作效率低,原料不能充分混合等技术问题。该日化生产用搅拌装置能够将日化产品充分搅拌和混合,且具有结构简单,制造成本低,混合均匀等优点。

1.一种日化生产用搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括由上而下依次设置的罐盖、罐体和底座,还包括设置在所述罐体内部的搅拌机构;
所述罐体的侧壁上设有真空夹层,所述罐体的内壁上设有挡流板、加热管和测温探头;所述罐体的上部设有与所述罐体相连通的单向阀;
所述搅拌机构包括转轴、以及安装在所述转轴上的第一螺旋叶片和第二螺旋叶片,所述第一螺旋叶片的旋向和所述第二螺旋叶片的旋向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的日化生产用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述罐体上设有与所述真空夹层相连通的真空抽口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的日化生产用搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述罐体的内壁上沿竖直方向间隔的设有多个所述挡流板。
