7. An automatic strapping device as in claim 3 wherein: the strapping tape is a polymer flexible strapping tape.
8. A method of strapping a bundle using the automatic strapping device of any one of claims 3-7, comprising the steps of:
s01: initializing an automatic bundling device;
s02: the dragging mechanism moves to the side of the belt conveying mechanism, and the strapping head is clamped and then moves to the initial position;
s03: the driving wheel of the strapping mechanism is started to drive the strapping tape to move, so that the strapping tape naturally drops to the bottom of the material bearing mechanism;
s04: conveying the materials to be bundled to the bottom of the material bearing mechanism, and pressing the materials to be bundled to the upper part of the material bearing mechanism;
s05: the strapping mechanism sends the strapping head back to the side of the belt conveying mechanism, and the strapping tape forms a surrounding structure for the materials to be strapped at the bottom of the material bearing mechanism;
s06: the driving wheel of the belt feeding mechanism is started to drive the strapping tapes to move reversely, so that the surrounding structure is tightened, and the strapping tapes form a closed loop to tighten materials to be strapped;
s07: the binding belt head forming a closed loop is welded with the binding belt by the pressing mechanism, so that binding is completed;
s08: the strapping cutting mechanism cuts off strapping tapes, and one-time strapping and packaging are completed.

The method for strapping the automatic strapping device of claim 8 wherein: the steps S05 and S06 also comprise the following steps: the strapping clamp block on the strapping fixing mechanism moves towards the strapping press table to press and fix the strapping passing through the strapping press table.

The method of strapping the automatic strapping device of any one of claims 8-9 wherein: the initialization in S01 refers to the return of the motion of the towing mechanism to the initial position; the driving wheel drives the driven wheel to move and drives the strapping tape to move 5-30mm towards one side of the strapping mechanism.
