本发明涉及食品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有疏通血管作用的果冻。
背景技术
果冻是现代人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,尤其是小孩特别喜欢食用。但小孩食用后有的出现肠胃不舒服症状,该类果冻不卫生,没具有保健作用。市场需要一种卫生又具有营养补充的果冻。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适合食用、营养丰富、促进消化、同时具有抗氧化美容作用、预防疾病的桂圆果冻。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种具有疏通血管作用的果冻,按重量比配方组成,包括中药微粉5~8%,木糖醇10~15%,山稔子粉7~12%,蜂胶胶0.6~1%,葡萄糖酸0.2~0.3%,维生素D添加剂0.1~2%,水加至100%;
所述中药微粉由麦芽10~20份、桂圆粉8~20份、丹参粉3~10份、白芨5~8份、橘皮15~22份制成。
进一步技术方案,包括中药微粉6%,木糖醇12%,山稔子粉10%,蜂胶胶0.8%,葡萄糖酸0.3%,维生素D添加剂1%,水加至100%;

一种具有疏通血管作用的果冻的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将中药微粉加入红糖,煮沸11~15分钟,进行过滤;
2)将木糖醇,山稔子粉,蜂胶胶,葡萄糖酸,维生素D添加剂和水加入步骤1)所制配溶液中,缓慢搅拌并加热,直到煮沸;
3)将步骤2)所得物质冷却,在82~85℃的温度下,用巴氏灭菌器灭菌10S~15S;
4)再将步骤3)所得物质降温至22~24℃,进行灌装、密封和包装封口。
本发明所采用中药成份之药理药性是:
麦芽:是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。麦芽内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
丹参粉:功能主治清热解毒,制作凉粉用料。
白芨:主治消化不良,积食、胃脘饱闷、吐酸 嗳腐、食欲不振;
桂圆粉:桂圆是纯天然的抗衰老的营养补充剂,研究证明是当今人类发现最有效的抗氧化剂,它的抗氧化性能比维生素E高出五十倍,比维生素C高出二十倍。它对人体的生物有效性是100%,服用后二十分钟就能在血液中检测到;
橘皮:味辛苦、性温,具有温胃散寒、理气健脾的功效,适合胃部胀满、消化不良、食欲不振、咳嗽多痰等症状。
本发明的有益效果是:山稔子粉营养丰富 容易被人体吸收,能提升口味;维生素D添加剂能促进钙的吸收,促进骨骼生长;白芨、橘皮和麦芽能促进食物消化,促进进食,促进营养吸收;桂圆粉、橘皮和丹参粉能预防疾病,促进免疫力。

1)将中药微粉加入红糖,煮沸11分钟,进行过滤;
2)将木糖醇,山稔子粉,蜂胶胶,葡萄糖酸,维生素D添加剂和水加入步骤1)所制配溶液中,缓慢搅拌并加热,直到煮沸;
3)将步骤2)所得物质冷却,在85℃的温度下,用巴氏灭菌器灭菌10S;
4)再将步骤3)所得物质降温至23℃,进行灌装、密封和包装封口。
