所述中药微粉由山楂10~20份、花青素粉 8~20 份、凉粉草3~10 份、白术5~8份、橘皮15~22份制成。

山楂:是中国特有的药果兼用树种,具有降血脂、血压、强心、抗心律不齐等作用,同时也是健脾开胃、消食化滞、活血化痰的良药,对胸膈脾满、疝气、血淤、闭经等症有很好的疗效。山楂内的黄酮类化合物牡荆素,是一种抗癌作用较强的药物,其提取物对抑制体内癌细胞生长、增殖和浸润转移均有一定的作用。
凉粉草:功能主治清热解毒,制作凉粉用料。
白术:主治消化不良,积食、胃脘饱闷、吐酸、嗳腐、食欲不振;
花青素粉:花青素是纯天然的抗衰老的营养补充剂,研究证明是当今人类发现最有效的抗氧化剂,它的抗氧化性能比维生素E高出五十倍,比维生素C高出二十倍。它对人体的生物有效性是100%,服用后二十分钟就能在血液中检测到;

Claims (4)
1.一种具有降血脂作用的果冻,其特征在于:按重量比配方组成,包括中药微粉 5~8%,木糖醇10~15%,辣木籽粉7~12%,魔芋胶0.6~1%,葡萄糖酸0.2~0.3%,维生素D添加剂0.1~2%,水加至100%;
所述中药微粉由山楂10~20份、花青素粉 8~20 份、凉粉草3~10 份、白术5~8份、橘皮15~22份制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有降血脂作用的果冻,其特征在于:按重量比配方组成,包括中药微粉 6%,木糖醇12%,辣木籽粉10%,魔芋胶0.8%,葡萄糖酸0.3%,维生素D添加剂1%,水加至100%;
所述中药微粉由山楂15份、花青素粉15 份、凉粉草8份、白术6份、橘皮20份制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种具有降血脂作用的果冻,其特征在于:所述中药微粉的粒径为12~15μm。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种具有降血脂作用的果冻的制备方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤 :
1) 将中药微粉加入红糖,煮沸11~15分钟,进行过滤;
2) 将木糖醇、辣木籽粉、魔芋胶、葡萄糖酸、维生素D添加剂和水加入步骤1)所制配溶液中,缓慢搅拌并加热,直到煮沸;
3)将步骤2)所得物质冷却,在 82~85℃的温度下,用巴氏灭菌器灭菌 10~15s ;
4)再将步骤3)所得物质降温至22~24℃,进行灌装、密封和包装封口。
