Abstract
本发明公开了一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物及其制备方法,属于食品加工领域,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料包括柑橘粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉,通过制备中药粉、配料、蒸制烘干并粉碎装等步骤制备得到;本发明的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物具有以下特点:与传统的解酒药物相比,该解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物在解酒的同时还可以补充人体所需的营养物质,且为粉末状溶解性好,更有利于人体吸收,可以更快的达到解酒的功效;添加的中药粉具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,阻止胃肠粘膜对酒精的吸收,降低血液中的酒精浓度,减轻胃部烧灼感等功效,从而保护胃肠粘膜,且整个制备过程无任何添加剂,安全无副作用。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及食品加工领域,尤其是一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
酒,又名杜康,是用大米、小麦或高粱与酒曲发酵酿制而成的一种含有乙醇和酯类的液体。中国的酒文化源远流长,饮酒似乎已成为了一种不可避免的社交和应酬方式,无论是婚丧、庆典还是会友、商谈几乎都离不开酒,适量的饮酒有益于身体健康,但若饮酒过量则会导致宿醉,呕吐,酒后连续数日出现头痛,头晕,精神不佳等一系列不良反应,严重的还会引发胃炎、肝炎等疾病,甚至危害人的生命。
目前,市面上销售的解酒药主要有:海王金樽、奘灵水苏糖、酒妹醒酒含片、解酒护肝丸、醒酒王片等,主要都是以含片及药丸的形式存在,且这些解酒药的有效成分大多是化学组合物,吃多会产生一定的副作用,解酒药解酒只能起到暂时的缓解作用,根本无法消除酒精对人体肝脏以及胃部器官的损害。
柑橘全身都是宝,橘皮中所含挥发油的药用功能,能增强心脏的收缩力,但大剂量则有抑制作用;能扩张冠状动脉,可增加冠状动脉血流量的作用;能降低毛细血管通透性,具有维生素P的作用;能扩张支气管,具有平喘作用;有刺激性,能促使消化液分泌与排除肠内积气。橘络内含一种名为芦丁的维生素,能使人的血管保持正常的弹性与密度;减少血管壁脆性和渗透性,防止毛细血管渗血;预防高血压患者发生脑出血、糖尿病病人发生视网膜出血;凡平时有出血倾向的人,尤其是有动脉血管硬化的中老年人,食用橘络更有裨益。橘核是一种可以入肝经和肾经的特色中草药,具有很好的解热、驱寒作用,还可以镇痛、抑菌,改善肌肤等。
柑橘富含水分、糖类、有机酸、氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素、膳食纤维、矿物质、酚类、萜类等营养和生物活性物质;每100g柑橘可食用部分约含糖10g,热量150kJ,维生素C50mg,维生素C含量最高,是人体最好的维生素C供给源。柑橘中的有机酸能与乙醇相互作用而形成酯类物质,因此可以利用这一特性加上柑橘自身的营养价值,研制出一种既有利于人体快速吸收又有利于解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是:针对现有技术制备的解酒药主要是以药片或是药丸的形式存在,不利于人体吸收,分解乙醇也比较慢,且主要有效成分大多是化学物质,吃多了对人体会产生一定的副作用的问题;本发明提供一种添加中药粉,既有利于人体快速吸收又有利于解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,并提供解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,包括具有如下重量份的组分:
柑橘粉42-54份、葛根粉20-35份、胡萝卜粉8-16份、中药粉8-16份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞5-13份、大苦溜溜2-6份、狗狗秧2-6份、胖儿草3-7份、午香草3-7份、头巾草5-13份、甘草4-8份、甜叶菊6-13、风轮菜2-6份、红枣5-13份。
优选地,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:柑橘粉45-51份、葛根粉24-31份、胡萝卜粉10-14份、中药粉10-14份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞7-11份、大苦溜溜3-5份、狗狗秧3-5份、胖儿草4-6份、午香草4-6份、头巾草7-11份、甘草5-7份、甜叶菊8-11份、风轮菜3-5、红枣7-11份。
优选地,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:柑橘粉48、葛根粉27.5份、胡萝卜粉12份、中药粉12份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞9份、大苦溜溜4份、狗狗秧4份、胖儿草5份、午香草5份、头巾草9份、甘草6份、甜叶菊9.5、风轮菜4份、红枣9份。
优选地,所述柑橘为贡柑。
一种上述的解酒柑橘粉解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:按重量份称取枸杞、大苦溜溜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草、甜叶菊、红枣洗净,将洗好的大苦溜溜、风轮菜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草切成长度为2-4mm的碎段;
(2)熬制:将所述步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水进行两次熬制,再将熬制好的药汁进行浓缩,得到浓缩药液;将所述步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水至浸过药材表面3-5cm,浸泡4-5h,煮沸后继续用文火熬20-30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬30-40min,然后滤出药汁,将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.12-1.14的溶液;
(3)干燥制粉:将所述步骤(2)制得的浓缩药液经喷雾干燥,得到所需的中药粉;
(二)柑橘粉的制备
(1)原料准备:用剥皮机将柑橘的果皮与果肉分离;再分别处理所述的果皮及果肉;
(2)打浆、酶解:将所述步骤(1)中处理后的果皮及果肉置于打浆机中打浆,在进行研磨,然后再研磨后的果浆中加入果胶酶及纤维酶,进行酶解;
(3)高温灭菌、均质:将所述步骤(2)经酶解后的果浆进行高温短时灭菌处理,再将所述灭菌后的果浆置于均质机中,进行两次均质处理,得到均质后的物料;
(4)喷雾干燥:采用离心喷雾干燥机将所述步骤(3)均质后的物料进行干燥,干燥后收集柑橘粉;
(二)配料
按重量份数称取柑橘粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉混合,再经搅拌器进行搅拌,使得混合更加均匀,得到混料;
(三)蒸干粉碎
将步骤(二)所述的混料用蒸盘盛好,放入蒸炉中隔水蒸制,得到解酒护肝柑橘糕,再采用低温梯度冷却干燥解酒护肝柑橘糕,将所述干燥柑橘糕进行机械粉碎,再过80-100目的筛子,得到解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物;
优选地,所述步骤(一)熬制步骤中两次熬制是第一次煮沸后继续用文火熬20-30min,然后滤出药汁,再加水进行第二次熬制,然后滤出药汁。
优选地,所述步骤(一)熬制步骤中的浓缩药汁是将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.12-1.14的溶液。
优选地,所述步骤(四)蒸制的温度为90-100℃,蒸制时间为50-60min。
优选地,所述步骤(四)解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的含水率为3%-5%。
一种上述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的用法为:在喝酒前和酒后取适量冲温水饮用。
本发明中药粉中各主要原料药的作用及功效如下:
枸杞属茄科,具有养肝滋肾、健脾和胃,理气止痛,消积化滞功效,可治胸胁胀满、脘腹胀痛;大苦溜溜为茄科植物旋花茄的全株,可治热浊腹泻、赤痢,具有清热解毒、利湿健胃等功效;狗狗秧为双子叶植物药旋花科植物日本天剑的根及全草,具有清热、减压、利尿的功效,可治消化不良、糖尿病;胖儿草可以健胃、利尿,治疗脾虚水肿、消疸;午香草为菊科植物昆明香青的全草,可以健胃行气、清热利湿,治疗急性肠胃炎、扁桃体炎等;头巾草为唇形科黄芩属植物并头黄芩的全草,具有清热解毒、利尿的功效,可应用于治疗肝炎及肝硬化;风轮菜,为唇形科、风轮菜属多年生草本,具有提振食欲、纾解消化不良和胃肠胀气;舒缓喉咙痛等功效;甜叶菊,为菊科、甜叶菊属多年生草本植物,具有调节血压,软化血管,降低血脂,血糖,抑菌止血,减肥养颜,养阴生津等功效,可以促进脾胃、胰腺功能,是一种低热量,高甜度的天然甜味剂;甘草,豆科、属多年生草本,有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用,在中医上,甘草补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药;红枣为鼠李科,具有补脾和胃,益气生津,调营卫,解药毒等功效,可治疗胃虚食少,脾弱便溏、气血津液不足,营卫不和,心悸怔忡等。
综上所述,采用上述的原料配方及技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.利用本发明方法制备的解酒柑橘粉的组合物具有解酒的功效,和传统的解酒药物相比,该解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物在解酒的同时还可以补充人体所需的营养物质,且为粉末状溶解性好,更有利于人体吸收,也可以更快的达到解酒的功效。
2.因为柑橘中含有丰富的果胶及膳食纤维,所以本发明在制备柑橘粉加入果胶酶及纤维素酶可以分解果胶及膳食纤维,提高两者的水溶性,使得分解后的果胶及膳食纤维能更好的被人体吸收。
3..本发明中药粉由10味中草药合理配制而成,具有行气利尿、和胃醒酒和保肝止呕等功效,阻止胃肠粘膜对酒精的吸收,降低血液中的酒精浓度,减轻胃部烧灼感等功效,从而保护胃肠粘膜。
4..本发明添加的中药粉以甘草调配诸药,使诸药协调配合,相辅相成,从而达到解酒护肝的目的。
5.本发明添加的中药粉里的甜叶菊是一种低热量,高甜度的天然甜味剂,与诸药配合使用,可以使该中药组合物具有甜味,提高适口感。
6.本发明一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物及其制备方法,其中葛根粉和胡萝卜粉配合使用具有健胃消食、滋补营养、解肌退热、生津止渴、解酒毒的功效,同时可以增加柑橘粉的色泽。
7.本发明一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物及其制备方法,柑橘粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉、四者按重量份调配好后进行蒸制烘干并粉碎,使得各细粉之间融合得更好,增强解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的解酒护肝作用。
8.本发明的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物分别在喝酒前后食用,有利于减轻酒精多人体的伤害,同时酒后食用不仅可以快速分解体内的酒精,还可以及时补充人体所需的营养物质。

实施1
一种解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物,包括具有如下重量份的组分:
贡柑粉42份、葛根粉20份、胡萝卜粉8份、中药粉8份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞5份、大苦溜溜2份、狗狗秧2份、胖儿草3份、午香草3份、头巾草5份、甘草4份、甜叶菊6、风轮菜2份、红枣5份。
实施例2
一种解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物,包括具有如下重量份的组分:
所述解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:贡柑粉48份、葛根粉27.5份、胡萝卜粉12份、中药粉12份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞9份、大苦溜溜4份、狗狗秧4份、胖儿草5份、午香草5份、头巾草9份、甘草6份、甜叶菊9.5、风轮菜4份、红枣9份。
实施例3
一种解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物,包括具有如下重量份的组分:
贡柑粉54份、葛根粉35份、胡萝卜粉16份、中药粉16份;所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞13份、大苦溜溜6份、狗狗秧6份、胖儿草7份、午香草7份、头巾草13份、甘草8份、甜叶菊13、风轮菜6份、红枣13份。
实施例4
制备上述实施例1-3中解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物可以按以下步骤进行:
(1)备料:按重量份称取枸杞、大苦溜溜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草、甜叶菊、红枣洗净,将洗好的大苦溜溜、风轮菜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草切成长度为2mm的碎段;
(2)熬制:将步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水至浸过药材表面3cm,浸泡4h,煮沸后继续用文火熬20min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬40min,然后滤出药汁,将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.12的溶液;
(3)干燥制粉:将制得的浓缩药液经喷雾干燥,得到所需的中药粉;
(二)贡柑粉的制备
(1)原料准备:选取无霉烂、无虫眼的新鲜贡柑,将贡柑用清水洗净,用剥皮机将贡柑的果皮与果肉分离;然后用浓度为3%的淡盐水将贡柑果皮煮沸15min,去除贡柑果皮的苦涩味;再把贡柑果肉置于75℃热水中,烫35s再捞起;得到处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉;
(2)打浆、酶解:将处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉置于打浆机中打浆,制得的果浆用100目的滤布进行过滤,过滤后将渣料再放入打浆机中重新打浆;将经过过滤的果浆进行研磨30min,然后在研磨后的果浆中加加入质量分数为2%的果胶酶及质量分数为1%的纤维酶,在30℃的温度下进行1h的酶解反应,以降低果浆的粘度;酶解反应成后,及时进行灭酶处理;
(3)高温灭菌、均质:在酶解后的果浆中加入麦芽糊精、***胶及异抗坏血酸钠,且三者的质量分数分别为0.8%、1.0%、0.6%,然后进行高温短时灭菌,灭菌温度80℃,灭菌时间40s,得到灭菌后的物料;灭菌后的物料置于均质机中,进行两次均质处理:第一次均质压力为26MPa,物料温度50℃,第二次均质压力为30MPa,物料温度为62℃,得到均质后的物料;
(4)喷雾干燥:采用进风温度为150℃、出风温度为65℃的离心喷雾干燥机干燥均质后的物料,干燥后收集贡柑粉;
(三)配料
按重量份数称取贡柑粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉混合,再经搅拌器进行搅拌,使得混合更加均匀,得到混料;
(四)蒸干粉碎
将混料用蒸盘盛好,放入蒸炉中隔水蒸制,蒸制温度为90℃,蒸制时间为60min,得到解酒护肝贡柑糕,再采用低温梯度冷却干燥贡柑糕,将干燥解酒护肝贡柑糕进行机械粉碎,再过80目的筛子,得到含水率为3%的解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物;
实施例5
制备上述实施例1-3中解酒贡柑粉可以按以下步骤进行:
(1)备料:按重量份称取枸杞、大苦溜溜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草、甜叶菊、红枣洗净,将洗好的大苦溜溜、风轮菜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草切成长度为2-4mm的碎段;
(2)熬制:将步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水进行两次熬制,再将熬制好的药汁进行浓缩,得到浓缩药液;将步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水至浸过药材表面4cm,浸泡4.5h,煮沸后继续用文火熬25min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬35min,然后滤出药汁,将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.13的溶液;
(3)干燥制粉:将步骤(2)制得的浓缩药液经喷雾干燥,得到所需的中药粉;
(二)贡柑粉的制备
(1)原料准备:选取无霉烂、无虫眼的新鲜贡柑,将贡柑用清水洗净,用剥皮机将贡柑的果皮与果肉分离;然后用浓度为4%的淡盐水将贡柑果皮煮沸20min,去除贡柑果皮的苦涩味;再把贡柑果肉置于80℃热水中,烫35s再捞起;得到处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉;
(2)打浆、酶解:将处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉置于打浆机中打浆,制得的果浆用100目的滤布进行过滤,过滤后将渣料再放入打浆机中重新打浆;将经过过滤的果浆进行研磨40min,然后在研磨后的果浆中加加入质量分数为2.5%的果胶酶及质量分数为1.5%的纤维酶,在40℃的温度下进行50min的酶解反应,以降低果浆的粘度;酶解反应成后,及时进行灭酶处理;
(3)高温灭菌、均质:在酶解后的果浆中加入麦芽糊精、***胶及异抗坏血酸钠,且三者的质量分数分别为1.0%、1.2%、0.8%,然后进行高温短时灭菌,灭菌85℃,灭菌时间35s,得到灭菌后的物料;灭菌后的物料置于均质机中,进行两次均质处理:第一次均质压力为28MPa,物料温度45℃,第二次均质压力为32MPa,物料温度为60℃,得到均质后的物料;
(4)喷雾干燥:采用进风温度为155℃、出风温度为70℃的离心喷雾干燥机干燥均质后的物料,干燥后收集贡柑粉;
(三)配料
按重量份数称取贡柑粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉混合,再经搅拌器进行搅拌,使得混合更加均匀,得到混料;
(四)蒸干粉碎
将混料用蒸盘盛好,放入蒸炉中隔水蒸制,蒸制温度为95℃,蒸制时间为55min,得到解酒护肝贡柑糕,再采用低温梯度冷却干燥解酒护肝贡柑糕,将干燥解酒护肝贡柑糕进行机械粉碎,再过90目的筛子,得到含水率为4%的解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物;
实施例6
制备上述实施例1-3中解酒贡柑粉可以按以下步骤进行:
(1)备料:按重量份称取枸杞、大苦溜溜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草、甜叶菊、红枣洗净,将洗好的大苦溜溜、风轮菜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草切成长度为4mm的碎段;
(2)熬制:将步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水至浸过药材表面5cm,浸泡5h,煮沸后继续用文火熬30min,滤出药汁;然后再加水至刚好浸没药材表面,进行第二次熬煮,煮沸后继续用文火慢熬30min,然后滤出药汁,将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.14的溶液;
(3)干燥制粉:将所述步骤(2)制得的浓缩药液经喷雾干燥,得到所需的中药粉;
(二)贡柑粉的制备
(1)原料准备:选取无霉烂、无虫眼的新鲜贡柑,将贡柑用清水洗净,用剥皮机将贡柑的果皮与果肉分离;然后用浓度5%的淡盐水将贡柑果皮煮沸15min,去除贡柑果皮的苦涩味;再把贡柑果肉置于85℃热水中,烫35s再捞起;得到处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉;
(2)打浆、酶解:将处理过的贡柑果皮及果肉置于打浆机中打浆,制得的果浆用100目的滤布进行过滤,过滤后将渣料再放入打浆机中重新打浆;将经过过滤的果浆进行研磨50min,然后在研磨后的果浆中加加入质量分数为3%的果胶酶及质量分数为2%的纤维酶,在50℃的温度下进行40min的酶解反应,以降低果浆的粘度;酶解反应成后,及时进行灭酶处理;
(3)高温灭菌、均质:在酶解后的果浆中加入麦芽糊精、***胶及异抗坏血酸钠,且三者的质量分数分别为1.2%、1.4%、1.0%,然后进行高温短时灭菌,灭菌温度90℃,灭菌时间30s,得到灭菌后的物料;灭菌后的物料置于均质机中,进行两次均质处理:第一次均质压力为30MPa,物料温度40℃,第二次均质压力为34MPa,物料温度为68℃,得到均质后的物料;
(4)喷雾干燥:采用进风温度为160℃、出风温度为75℃的离心喷雾干燥机干燥均质后的物料,干燥后收集贡柑粉;
(三)配料
按重量份数称取贡柑粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉混合,再经搅拌器进行搅拌,使得混合更加均匀,得到混料;
(四)蒸干粉碎
将混料用蒸盘盛好,放入蒸炉中隔水蒸制,蒸制温度为100℃,蒸制时间为50min,得到解酒护肝贡柑糕,再采用低温梯度冷却干燥解酒护肝贡柑糕,将干燥解酒护肝贡柑糕进行机械粉碎,再过100目的筛子,得到含水率为5%的解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物;
实施例7
使用上述实施例1-6所述的解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物的方法为:在喝酒前1-2h和喝酒后20-40min内,取0.3-0.5g的解酒贡柑粉,用80-110ml,温度为70℃左右的水冲开溶解后食用;分别在喝酒前后食用,有利于减轻酒精多人体的伤害,同时酒后食用不仅可以快速分解体内的酒精,还可以及时补充人体所需的营养物质。
应用效果:
为了更充分的说明本发明解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物在解酒护肝方面的功效,征集40位经常饮酒的志愿者进行试验。将40位自愿者分成两组,每组20人;第一组志愿者在喝酒前20min取3.0g解酒贡柑粉组合物用80ml的温水溶解,再饮用;然后开始饮酒直至喝醉,再适时取0.5g的解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物用110ml的温水溶解,服用;第二组志愿者则是在喝酒前20min食用常见的解酒药物,然后开始饮酒直至喝醉,再适时服用开始喝酒前服用的解酒药。结果:第一组志愿者从开始喝酒至喝醉所用的时间比第二组志愿者所用的时间久,且醉酒服用解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物后,头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状有较大缓解,且酒后第二天无任何不适症状,有效率达75%;而第二组志愿者,醉酒服用常见的解酒药物后,头晕、恶心、呕吐等症状没有得到明显的缓解,且酒后第二天还会有头晕、头胀甚至还有拉肚子的症状。上述参与试验的志愿者都是身体健康,无酒精过敏的中年人,对比结果可看出本发明解酒护肝贡柑粉的组合物在解酒护肝方面具有显著的效果,且服用后无不良反应。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,其特征在于,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:柑橘粉42-54份、葛根粉20-35份、胡萝卜粉8-16份、中药粉8-16份;
所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞5-13份、大苦溜溜2-6份、狗狗秧2-6份、胖儿草3-7份、午香草3-7份、头巾草5-13份、甘草4-8份、甜叶菊6-13、风轮菜2-6份、红枣5-13份。
2.一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,其特征在于,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:柑橘粉45-51份、葛根粉24-31份、胡萝卜粉10-14份、中药粉10-14份;
所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞7-11份、大苦溜溜3-5份、狗狗秧3-5份、胖儿草4-6份、午香草4-6份、头巾草7-11份、甘草5-7份、甜叶菊8-11份、风轮菜3-5、红枣7-11份。
3.一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,其特征在于,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的原料组成及其重量份数为:柑橘粉48份、葛根粉27.5份、胡萝卜粉12份、中药粉12份;
所述中药粉的原料组成及其重量份为:枸杞9份、大苦溜溜4份、狗狗秧4份、胖儿草5份、午香草5份、头巾草9份、甘草6份、甜叶菊9.5、风轮菜4份、红枣9份。
4.一种解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物,其特征在于,所述柑橘为贡柑。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(一)中药粉的制备
(1)备料:按重量份称取枸杞、大苦溜溜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草、甜叶菊、红枣洗净,将洗好的大苦溜溜、风轮菜、狗狗秧、胖儿草、午香草、头巾草、甘草切成长度为2-4mm的碎段;
(2)熬制:将所述步骤(1)处理好的药材放入锅中,加水进行两次熬制,再将熬制好的药汁进行浓缩,得到浓缩药液;
(3)干燥制粉:将所述步骤(2)制得的浓缩药液经喷雾干燥,得到所需的中药粉。
(二)柑橘粉的制备
(1)原料准备:用剥皮机将柑橘的果皮与果肉分离;再分别处理所述的果皮及果肉;
(2)打浆、酶解:将所述步骤(1)中处理后的果皮及果肉置于打浆机中打浆,在进行研磨,然后再研磨后的果浆中加入果胶酶及纤维酶,进行酶解;
(3)高温灭菌、均质:将所述步骤(2)经酶解后的果浆进行高温短时灭菌处理,再将所述灭菌后的果浆置于均质机中,进行两次均质处理,得到均质后的物料;
(4)喷雾干燥:采用离心喷雾干燥机将所述步骤(3)均质后的物料进行干燥,干燥后收集柑橘粉;
(三)配料
按重量份数称取柑橘粉、葛根粉、胡萝卜粉、中药粉混合,再经搅拌器进行搅拌,使得混合更加均匀,得到混料;
(四)蒸干粉碎
将步骤(二)所述的混料用蒸盘盛好,放入蒸炉中隔水蒸制,得到解酒护肝柑橘糕,再采用低温梯度冷却干燥解酒护肝柑橘糕,将所述干燥柑橘糕进行机械粉碎,再过80-100目的筛子,得到解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(一)熬制步骤中两次熬制是第一次煮沸后继续用文火熬30-40min,然后滤出药汁,再加水进行第二次熬制,然后滤出药汁。
7.根据权利要求4所述的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(一)熬制步骤中的浓缩药汁是将两次得到的药汁合并后浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.12-1.14的溶液。
8.根据权利要求4所述的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(四)蒸炉的温度为90-100℃,蒸制时间为50-60min。
9.根据权利要求4所述的解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(四)解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的含水率为3%-5%。
10.一种如权利要求1所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物的用法,其特征在于,所述解酒护肝柑橘粉的组合物是在喝酒前和酒后取适量冲温水饮用。
