本发明公开了一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用7号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗氧剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂、催冷剂、分散剂的。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、承载能力、减摩减振、清洗和排屑作用,防锈性、抗氧防腐蚀性、消泡性、抗腐败好,低气味、低油雾、无刺激性,与机床油漆相溶性好。

技术领域
本发明一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
普通黄铜是由铜和锌组成的合金。当含锌量小于35%时,锌能溶于铜内形成单相a,称单相黄铜,塑性好,适于冷热加压加工。当含锌量为36%~46%时,有a单相还有以铜锌为基的β固溶体,称双相黄铜,β相使黄铜塑性减小而抗拉强度上升,只适于热压力加工。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、承载能力、减摩减振、清洗和排屑作用,防锈性、抗氧防腐蚀性、消泡性、抗腐败好,低气味、低油雾、无刺激性,与机床油漆相溶性好的普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用7号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的对,对’二异辛基二苯胺和50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502复合;
金属减活剂是苯***衍生物T551。
油性剂是棕榈油。
摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酸酯。
极压剂是硼化磷酸酯。
抗氧剂是氯化石蜡T502。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化物聚合物T1001。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钙T102。
分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。
本发明的优点在于:

1.一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用7号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的对,对’二异辛基二苯胺和50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502复合;金属减活剂是苯***衍生物T551。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种普通黄铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是棕榈油;摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酸酯。
