Abstract
本发明公开了一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,采用15号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、抗泡性、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、催冷剂、表面活性剂、偶合剂、杀菌剂、助乳化剂。本发明组合物的优点在于:具有环境友好、承载能力高、易于扩散、热容量大、防锈性好、清洗性好、低泡、长寿命、不易发臭,废液于处理达标排放。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于切削液领域,特别涉及一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物。
背景技术
铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些铝合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。
随着铝及铝合金的广泛应用,其加工量也快速的增加,铝及铝合金切削液用量也在增加。人们对环境保护意识的增强,对使用后的加工液的环保性提出更高的要求。同时因工作场所的健康要求和安全规范提标也对切削液提出新的要求。
它具有环境友好、承载能力高、易于扩散、热容量大、防锈性好、清洗性好、低泡、长寿命、不易发臭,废液于处理达标排放。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。要求润滑油具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、承载能力、减摩减振、清洗和排屑作用,以及防锈、抗氧防腐蚀、消泡性、抗腐败、低气味、无刺激性。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种环境友好、承载能力高、易于扩散、热容量大、防锈性好、清洗性好、低泡、长寿命、不易发臭,废液于处理达标排放的环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,采用15号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分质量百分比总和为100%。
抗氧剂是丁基辛基二苯胺T557;金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501复合。
油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403A;摩擦改进剂是油酸乙基酯。
抗泡性是甲基硅油;极压剂是硫化棉籽油T405。
抗磨剂是质量比50%的硫化异丁烯T321与50%的高碱值石油磺酸钙T103复合;防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706与50%是十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐T703复合。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钠;表面活性剂是质量比33%的妥尔油二乙醇酰胺与67%的失水山梨醇油酸酯类复合;偶合剂是聚丙醇;
杀菌剂是质量比50%的1,4-氧氮杂环己烷与50%的三嗪Starcide BK复合;助乳化剂是醇醚羧酸Staradd HW35。
本发明组合物的优点在于:具有环境友好、承载能力高、易于扩散、热容量大、防锈性好、清洗性好、低泡、长寿命、不易发臭,废液于处理达标排放。

1.一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于:采用15号全损耗***用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是丁基辛基二苯胺T557。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚T501复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于油性剂是油酸乙二醇酯T403A;摩擦改进剂是油酸乙基酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于抗泡性是甲基硅油;极压剂是硫化棉籽油T405。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是质量比50%的硫化异丁烯T321与50%的高碱值石油磺酸钙T103复合;防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706与50%是十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐T703复合。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于催冷剂是石油磺酸钠;表面活性剂是质量比33%的妥尔油二乙醇酰胺与67%的失水山梨醇油酸酯类复合;偶合剂是聚丙醇。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种环境友好铝及铝合金切削液组合物,其特征在于杀菌剂是质量比50%的1,4-氧氮杂环己烷与50%的三嗪Starcide BK复合;助乳化剂是醇醚羧酸Staradd HW35。
