技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种环境友好钛合金Ti6A14V切削液的组合物。
背景技术
由于钛合金Ti6A14V具有优越的机械性能特性,被广泛应用于海洋工程和航空航天工业结构组件的制造。它具有良好的比强度,较强的耐腐蚀性和高温下保持高强度的能力。可是钛合金Ti6A14V不仅是一种很难进行机械加工的材料,而且在加工过程中会导致刀具的快速磨损。磨损是由于摩擦的存在使得在相对运动过程中,产生能量的损耗或表面材料的磨损情况。若仅仅宏观上看其接触表面是光滑的,但从细观上看,确是众多微凸体之间的相互作用。
钛合金Ti6A14V材料具有导热系数低。在高温下,材料的强度和硬度变化不大。因此切削阻力大。此外,由于其韧性高,切削易黏附,故在加工时,切具磨损快,易崩刀,加工件表面质量差,易出现裂纹及切屑瘤残系数等瑕疵。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见、应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
