Abstract
本发明公开了一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVIS150基础油为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、填充剂等。直接用于白铜合金切削加工工艺的润滑过程中。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、浸润性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、防锈性、排屑性、低挥发性、低油烟雾,有利于刀具保护和提高切削效率,热容量大,良好的对油漆的相溶性,表面光洁度高,抗腐蚀,使用周期长。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
白铜是以镍为主要添加元素的铜基合金,呈银白色,有金属光泽,故名白铜。铜镍之间彼此可无限固溶,从而形成连续固溶体,即不论彼此的比例多少,而恒为α-单相合金。当把镍熔入红铜里,含量超过16%以上时,产生的合金色泽就变得洁白如银,镍含量越高,颜色越白。白铜中镍的含量一般为25%。纯铜加镍能显著提高强度、耐蚀性、硬度、电阻和热电性,且易于塑型、加工和焊接[6],并降低电阻率温度系数。因此白铜较其他铜合金的机械性能、物理性能都异常良好,延展性好、硬度高、色泽美观、耐腐蚀、富有深冲性能,被广泛使用于造船、石油化工、电器、仪表、医疗器械、建筑、电力、日用品、乐器制作、工艺品等领域,并还是重要的电阻及热电偶合金。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、浸润性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、防锈性、排屑性、低挥发性、低油烟雾,有利于刀具保护和提高切削效率,热容量大,良好的对油漆的相溶性,表面光洁度高,抗腐蚀,使用周期长的白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用HVIS150基础油为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的含铜抗氧剂T541与50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的噻重氮复合。
油性剂是菜籽油。
摩擦改进剂是苯***脂肪酸氨盐T406。
极压剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的环烷酸锌T704与50%的羊毛脂复合。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001。
填充剂是液体石蜡。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、浸润性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、防锈性、排屑性、低挥发性、低油烟雾,有利于刀具保护和提高切削效率,热容量大,良好的对油漆的相溶性,表面光洁度高,抗腐蚀,使用周期长。

1.一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用HVIS150基础油为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的含铜抗氧剂T541与50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502复合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯***衍生物T551与50%的噻重氮复合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是菜籽油。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是苯***脂肪酸氨盐T406。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301;防锈剂是质量比50%的环烷酸锌T704与50%的羊毛脂复合。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种白铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901;抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001。
