技术领域
本发明一种青铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
青铜是是金属冶铸史上最早的合金,在纯铜(红铜)中加入锡或铅的合金,有特殊重要性和历史意义。青铜是现代人给予的名字,古时青铜是黄色偏红,而埋在土里后颜色因氧化而青灰,称为青铜。与纯铜(红铜)相比,青铜强度高且熔点低(25%的锡冶炼青铜,熔点就会降低到800℃。纯铜(红铜)的熔点为1083℃)。青铜铸造性好,耐磨且化学性质稳定。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却作用,消除高温变形及摩擦产生的热量,抑制屑瘤的生成;良好的高温润滑性、极压抗磨承载能力、渗透性、扩散性、清洗性、排屑性、防锈性的青铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种青铜合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的5号工业白油50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%的丁基,辛基二苯胺T531复合。
金属减活剂是苯***衍生物T551。
油性剂是棉籽油。抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
极压剂是硼酸三丁酯。摩擦改进剂是磷酸酯T451。
防锈剂是质量比33%的苯并三氮唑T706和67%的羊毛脂复合。
抗泡剂是乙基硅油。
抗乳化剂是聚醚类高分子化合物DL-32。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钠45#
分散剂是聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T154A。
本发明的优点在于:
