技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,尤其涉及一种纯棉巾被织物的活性低温染整方法。
背景技术
纯棉巾被织物的染整包括前处理、染色和皂洗三大工艺。传统的染色整理工艺普遍采用高温前处理,并且传统染料大都存在上染率,浮色重等问题。
在前处理过程中,传统用的95-100℃高温练漂工艺温度高,耗时长,加入助剂多,不利于操作,而且得到的毛效仅能达到基本的染色要求。
在染色工艺中,活性染料是反应性染料,上染机理是通过活性染料所带的活性基团,在碱性条件下与纤维素纤维-OH发生交链反应,从而牢固的固着在纤维上。因传统的纯棉巾被织物活性染色工艺选用的常规的染料大都只有一个活性基团,上染率只有60%左右,浮色重,同时传统染料染色温度60-80℃,纯棉巾被织物,因带有毛圈,织物厚重,染色过程中带液量高达400%,因此常规皂洗必须在95-100℃度下进行,且皂洗前后水洗次数多,耗能耗水较大,皂洗色度高,对环境污染严重。
针对水资源一直短缺的现状,国家严格控制产品水吨耗和污水排放,因此急需推广应用新型节能的染整方法
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种纯棉巾被织物的活性低温染整方法,该染整方法全程低温处理,节能减排,节约水资源,且上染率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种纯棉巾被织物的活性低温染整方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)前处理:首先将织造后的织物生坯加入水浴中,加入助剂,升温到82℃-88℃,碱性条件下练漂50min;然后,加入纤维素酶,在中性、47℃-52℃条件下对所述练漂后的织物生坯进行酶洗抛光处理30min。
(2)染色:将所述酶洗抛光后织物生坯放入38℃-42℃水浴中,浴比为1:6-20,依次加入低温活性染料、元明粉和纯碱,其中低温活性染料进料时间15-30min,然后循环10min;元明粉进料时间15-30min,然后循环10min;纯碱进料30min,然后循环10min;全部加料完毕再循环5min,以1-2℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,恒温染色30min。
(3)皂洗:将所述染色后的织物生坯在38℃-42℃下水洗1-3次,每次15min;然后在58℃-62℃下皂洗15min;最后分别依次在58℃-62℃,48℃-52℃下热洗15min;最后,加软烘干。
作为一种优选的方案,所述步骤(1)的酶洗抛光中,抛光酶又称纤柔酶,加酸调PH值至6-8;柠檬酸用量可根据PH值适量调整,中性纤柔酶用量约1-1.5g/l;脱氧酶0.12ml/l,染色后酵洗之后必须用80℃以上的热水洗,否则会导致织物强力下降。染前酵洗因后面还有染色、皂洗等工序,因此不必灭活。
作为一种优选的方案,所述步骤(1)中,所述练漂,所述助剂为火碱、棉丽净和双氧水,首先火碱和棉丽净同时进料15min,循环10min;然后40℃-60℃下,双氧水进料15min,循环10min;最后升温到82℃-88℃,开始练漂。
作为一种优选的方案,所述步骤(1)中,所述练漂在喷射式溢流机中进行,浴比1:6-15,滚筒转速60-70m/min,主泵压力60-70%。
作为一种优选的方案,所述步骤(1)中,纤维素酶的加入量为所述织物生坯烘干重的1wt%。

由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明涉及的低温前处理工艺,采用棉丽净是漆酶模拟物与特殊表面活性剂的复配物,适用于全棉散纤维、毛巾布、筒子纱、绞纱、纯棉针织物等的低温练漂加工。能够在85℃下活化双氧水进行有效练漂,且对棉籽壳具有很强的去除效果,经处理的织物白度高,润湿性好,手感柔软。反应温和,纤维的保形好,强力保留率高,避免高温造成细皱纹、纤维脆损等疵病。与传统高温练漂工艺相比,降低10℃,节能30%以上,且操作简单,可缩短加工时间,降低综合成本。所有高温高压溢流机节省降温用冷却水100%,产品失重不高于5%。
2)控制练漂全过程的滚筒转速为60-70m/min,主泵压力为60-65%,以减少产品表面毛羽出现。采用染色前酶洗抛光,省去传统染色后酶洗抛光的80℃灭活步骤,节省成本。
3)纯棉巾被织物带液率高达400%,选用的低温活性染料(系列、诺威克隆的FN系列)含有2-3个活性基团,上染率高达90%以上。低温活性染料具有极高的匀染性、实现染色重现性,从而减低返修率,具有高上染率、易清洗的特性,具有90%以上的上染率和固色率,各项色牢度性能达到4级以上,同时采用60℃的染色加工工艺,极易清洗,为减少皂洗遍数带来可能。
4)采用依次加入染料、助剂的加料顺序,且纯碱的进料曲线为70%,所加工的染色产品获得极高的匀染性、颜色重现性和极低的返修率。
5)采用的低温高效皂洗工艺,高效皂洗剂选用阿白特斯DS,用于纤维素纤维活性染料染色后清洗,具有高清洗力、防沾性和脱盐性,与AVITERA SE染料一起在较低温度60℃能达到需要的水洗效果和柔软手感、透亮布面效果,能使水解染料保持在水中并排出,防止水解染料回沾到纤维上。将常规皂洗温度由95℃皂洗两遍降低为60℃皂洗一遍,且后续水洗次数减少3-4遍,同时避免了常规皂洗工艺因减少水洗次数带来的手感发硬的问题,进一步提高了水洗牢度,从而改善纯棉巾被织物的内在牢度指标与外在手感、蓬松顺滑度等指标。
本发明采用的全流程低温环保高效的染整方法,将上述几个工序有机组合,保证省水、减排、节能、高效的同时获得高质量的产品,提高性价比。

(2)染色:将所述酶洗抛光后织物生坯放入40℃水浴中,浴比为1:10,依次加入低温活性染料、元明粉和纯碱,循环5min,以1℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,恒温染色30min;所述低温活性染料进料20min,循环10min;元明粉进料20min,循环10min;纯碱以70%加料曲线进料30min,循环10min。元明粉用量60g/L,纯碱用量20g/L,水位6000L。
(3)皂洗:将所述染色后的织物生坯在40℃下水洗2次,每次15min;然后在60℃下皂洗15min;最后分别依次在60℃,50℃下热洗15min;最后,加软烘干。

(3)皂洗:将所述染色后的织物生坯在40℃下水洗2次,每次15min;然后在60℃下皂洗15min;最后分别依次在60℃,50℃下热洗15min;最后,加软烘干。

(2)染色:将所述酶洗抛光后织物生坯放入38℃-42℃水浴中,浴比为1:6-20,依次加入低温活性染料、元明粉和纯碱,其中低温活性染料进料时间15-30min,然后循环10min;元明粉进料时间15-30min,然后循环10min;纯碱进料30min,然后循环10min;全部加料完毕再循环5min,以1-2℃/min的升温速率升温至60℃,恒温染色30min;
