Abstract

本发明涉及一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺步骤:将织物放入缸体,进水,保持浴比1:9,加入白雪净棉酶、冰醋酸、除氧酶;采用60℃恒温染色工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色,添加6%的Avitera SE系列染料、元明粉、纯碱,染色;染色后与染色板对比一致后,用清水清洗织物;后处理:加入表面活性剂去除织物表面的碱液;加入冰醋酸、柠檬酸调节PH至4.5;加入色软剂、固色剂固色。该工艺染色条件温和,操作简便,环保,能保证染色后纤维强力、织物白度和毛效等均达到染色要求。Avitera SE系列染料为新型高固着活性染料,直接性较低、匀染性佳、色泽鲜艳,染色后织物各项色牢度较优。

Description

一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种染色染整工艺,具体涉及一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺。
背景技术
莫代尔是一种新型再生纤维素纤维,它既有棉的舒适性,又有粘胶纤维的悬垂性和柔和的光泽。莫代尔纤维和棉混纺织物具有良好的光泽和悬垂感,柔软舒适,色泽鲜艳;含氨纶的莫代尔/棉混纺织物,除上述优点外,同时具有良好的弹性,适合作高档面料,但该织物存在易折皱、易擦伤起毛和强力不佳等缺陷,影响染色效果。
莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色后因两种纤维对染料上色率的差异性,导致布面颜色不均匀,成深浅麻灰状,影响客人要求素色布面品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述中存在的问题,提供一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺,解决了莫代尔/棉混纺织物同浴上色不均现象,大大提升了产品的布面品质。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述方案得以解决的:一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺,具体工艺包括以下步骤:
(a)前处理:将莫代尔/棉混纺织物放入缸体,进水,保持浴比1:9,加入3%白雪净棉酶升温至98℃运行30min,排水;进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.4%的冰醋酸,常温冷行10min;排水;再次进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.12%除氧酶,常温冷行10min;
(b)染色:采用60℃恒温染色工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色,将莫代尔/棉混纺织物置于染缸中,进水保持浴比1:9,升温至60℃保持恒温,添加6%的AviteraSE系列染料、元明粉60~120g/L、纯碱10~30g/L,染色60~100min;
(c)水洗:染色后与染色板对比一致后,用清水清洗织物;
(d)后处理:加入1%的表面活性剂去除织物表面的碱液,升温至80℃保持10min,重复2~3次;加入0.5%的冰醋酸调节pH至7~7.5,保持温度60℃;再次加入0.2%的柠檬酸调节PH至4.5;加入8~10%的色软剂以及0.5~1.5%的固色剂对织物进一步固色,保持温度40℃,运行20min;
(e)水洗:用清水清洗织物;
(f)脱水烘干。
作为优选,所述步骤(b)染色工艺中采用60℃恒温染色工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色的具体步骤:将莫代尔/棉混纺织物置于染缸中,进水保持浴比1:9,升温至60℃保持恒温,在15min内加入6%的Avitera SE系列染料后运行10min后,在15min内添加1/3的元明粉运行5min,再次在15min内添加剩余的2/3的元明粉运行20min;分两次添加纯碱,其中1/3的纯碱添加后运行5min,再添加剩余的2/3的纯碱后运行80min完成染色。
由于现有的染料的匀染性较差,Avitera SE系列染料具有日晒牢度优异且匀染性好,添加染料后分别分两次加入元明粉和纯碱,防止了染料在染色时织物出现染花现象,影响染色效果,且染色后先调节织物的pH值,通过冰醋酸调节pH至7~7.5,由于冰醋酸挥发性强,需要加入柠檬酸调节pH至4.5,达到标准后再次加入色软剂以及固色剂进一步固色。
现有的技术相比,本发明的优点如下:染色条件温和,操作简便,环保,能保证染色后纤维强力、织物白度和毛效等均达到染色要求。Avitera SE系列染料为新型高固着活性染料,直接性较低、匀染性佳、色泽鲜艳,染色后织物各项色牢度较优。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及其附图进一步叙述本发明,但本发明不受实施例的限制:
实施例1:如图1所示,一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺,具体工艺包括以下步骤:
(a)前处理:将40S50/50棉莫代尔+20D汗布的织物167kg,置于立信ECO-38 2T缸体中,进水,保持浴比1:9,加入3%白雪净棉酶升温至98℃运行30min,排水;进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.4%的冰醋酸,常温冷行10min;排水;再次进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.12%除氧酶,常温冷行10min;
(b)染色:采用60℃恒温染色工艺对织物染色,采用60℃恒温染色工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色的具体步骤:将莫代尔/棉混纺织物置于染缸中,进水保持浴比1:9,升温至60℃保持恒温,在15min内加入1.45%Avitra SE黄、1.9%Avitra SE红、1.75%Avitra SE兰系列染料后运行10min后,在15min内添加1/3的元明粉运行5min,再次在15min内添加剩余的2/3的元明粉运行20min;分两次添加纯碱,其中1/3的纯碱添加后运行5min,再添加剩余的2/3的纯碱后运行80min完成染色;
(c)水洗:染色后与染色板对比一致后,用清水清洗织物;
(d)后处理:加入1%的表面活性剂去除织物表面的碱液,升温至80℃保持10min,重复2~3次;加入0.5%的冰醋酸调节pH至7.5,保持温度60℃;再次加入0.2%的柠檬酸调节pH至4.5;加入9%的色软剂以1%的固色剂对织物进一步固色,保持温度40℃,运行20min;
(e)水洗:用清水清洗织物;
(f)脱水烘干。
由于现有的染料的匀染性较差,Avitera SE系列染料具有日晒牢度优异且匀染性好,添加染料后分别分两次加入元明粉和纯碱,防止了染料在染色时织物出现染花现象,影响染色效果,且染色后先调节织物的PH值,通过冰醋酸调节pH至7~7.5,由于冰醋酸挥发性强,需要加入柠檬酸调节pH至4.5,达到标准后再次加入色软剂以及固色剂进一步固色。
本发明的优点如下:染色条件温和,操作简便,环保,能保证染色后纤维强力、织物白度和毛效等均达到染色要求。Avitera SE系列染料为新型高固着活性染料,直接性较低、匀染性佳、色泽鲜艳,染色后织物各项色牢度较优。
采用该工艺与传统工艺色牢度检测结果比较如表1(色牢度检测标准为ISO 105B02:2013):
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明的技术方案并不限于上述实施例,还可以有很多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色工艺,其特征在于,具体工艺包括以下步骤:
(a)前处理:将莫代尔/棉混纺织物放入缸体,进水,保持浴比1:9,加入3%白雪净棉酶升温至98℃运行30min,排水;进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.4%的冰醋酸,常温冷行10min;排水;再次进水保持浴比1:9,加入0.12%除氧酶,常温冷行10min;
(b)染色:采用60℃恒温染色工艺对莫代尔/棉混纺织物染色,将莫代尔/棉混纺织物置于染缸中,将莫代尔/棉混 纺织物置于染缸中,进水保持浴比1:9,升温至60℃保持恒温,在15min内加入6%的Avitera SE系列染料后运行10min后,在15min内添加1/3的元明粉运行5min,再次在15min内添加剩余的2/3的元明粉运行20min;分两次添加纯碱,其中1/3的纯碱添加后运行5min,再添加剩余的2/3的纯碱后运行80min完成染色;
(c)水洗:染色后与染色板对比一致后,用清水清洗织物;
(d)后处理:加入1%的表面活性剂去除织物表面的碱液,升温至80℃保持10min,重复2~3次;加入0.5%的冰醋酸调节pH至7~7.5,保持温度60℃;再次加入0.2%的柠檬酸调节pH至4.5;加入8~10%的色软剂以及0.5~1.5%的固色剂对织物进一步固色,保持温度40℃,运行20min;
(e)水洗:用清水清洗织物;
(f)脱水烘干。
