技术领域
本发明涉及与成像过程有关的解剖学结构局部体积的相互定位。
背景技术
基本构造最简单的医学X射线成像中所使用的常规设备包括与胶片暗盒一同使用的辐射源,该胶片暗盒与辐射源分离。医院通常还使用所谓的C-弓形(C-arch)X射线设备,其中辐射源和图像信息接收器布置在弓形臂部的相对的端部。通常,完全自身的一组装置由大尺寸和极其昂贵的计算机断层扫描设备组成,其中患者一般被定位成在环形或管状结构内以卧位(lying position)成像。
因为常规的计算机断层扫描设备已经相当巨大和昂贵,获得他们例如用于医院急诊室过去在实践中是不可能的。另一方面,对于商用计算机断层扫描设备而言,还常见的是它们不一定必须被设计成用于对某些特定的解剖学构造成像,而它们或多或少是通用的成像设备。如果希望例如对患者的整个躯干(torso)成像,则布置到该设备的成像站以及设备的其它尺寸必须要以相应的比例实现。
此外还发展了更多轻量级的计算机断层扫描设备版本。作为现有技术解决方案的示例,可以参考例如WO公开文本2011/135186公开的结构。在这种设备中,布置为围绕成像站移动的成像装置被布置在从其侧面支撑的环形O型臂内。
在如上参考的根据现有技术的更轻量级的设备中,可以使用锥束断层扫描(CBCT)。这样,限制被成像的体积(FOV-视场)的大小的一个标准为成像探测器的尺寸,因为明显的原因成像探测器在这种情况下不能被布置为非常大。例如,当考虑对末端(extremity)成像时,清楚的是当使用这种成像设备时,通过患者和成像设备的一次相互定位只可能对末端的单个局部体积成像。然后,变得有必要在成像设备中重新定位该解剖学结构,以用于对下一个局部体积成像,并且以精确地期望方式实现相对于先前定位的重新定位可能是个挑战。
发明内容

具体实施方式
由图1-4展示的过程可以被认为是对用于成像的解剖学结构定位的方法,在该方法中首先是对第一局部体积成像并且在这之后是对第二局部体积成像。对这些局部体积成像使得在成像之间改变解剖学结构和成像装置的相互定位。可以实现这种定位上的改变使得第一局部体积和第二局部体积将部分覆盖被成像的解剖学结构的相同体积,但本发明还可以使得局部体积的受控定位成为可能,使得局部体积彼此不相交。

对于本领域技术人员而言本发明的细节是显然的,本发明还可以以不同于如上描述的本发明的实施例的其它方式实现。

Claims (5)

1.一种定位用于成像的解剖学结构的方法,在所述方法中首先对第一局部体积成像并且然后对第二局部体积成像,其特征在于,与第一局部体积的成像有关,由与成像站相连地布置的相机拍摄定位在成像站中的解剖学结构的照片或静止视频图像,所述解剖学结构的图像被呈现在显示器上,如同相对于成像站移动到新的位置,之后所述图像和成像站的实时图像彼此叠加地呈现在所述显示器上,并且从显示器观察到被成像的解剖学结构被定位为符合呈现在显示器上的如同移动到新的位置的第一局部体积的图像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在成像之间改变解剖学结构和成像装置的相互定位,使得第一局部体积和第二局部体积部分覆盖被成像的解剖学结构的相同局部体积。
3.一种医学计算机断层扫描成像设备,所述设备包括:
-支撑构造(1),被布置为支撑大致环形结构(2),所述大致环形结构支撑成像装置,所述成像装置包括辐射源(21)和图像信息接收器(22),所述成像装置在支撑所述成像装置的所述大致环形结构(2)的内部大致布置在相对侧,并且待被移动到支撑所述成像装置的所述环形结构(2)的内部,
-用于控制所述设备的功能中的至少一些的控制***,
-所述设备在支撑所述成像装置的所述环形结构(2)中包括检查开口(4),在所述检查开口中待被成像的对象能够定位以进行成像,
所述设备布置有至少一个摄影或视频相机(12)以及与所述至少一个摄影或视频相机(12)功能连接地布置的至少一个显示器(11),所述至少一个摄影或视频相机(12)与所述大致环形结构(2)连接地布置并且在所述检查开口(4)内部对齐或待对齐,其特征在于,所述至少一个摄影或视频相机(12)被布置为对所述设备的成像区域成像并且所述设备的控制***被布置为在所述至少一个显示器(11)上彼此叠加地呈现对定位在成像区域内用于断层扫描成像的对象拍摄的第一图像以及由所述相机拍摄的所述成像区域的基本上实时的图像,使得在所述第一图像中可视的用于断层扫描成像的对象在成像区域内移动到不同于当第一图像被拍摄时所处位置的位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的成像设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个相机被布置在所述大致环形结构(2)的内部并且所述大致环形结构(2)的内表面的至少一部分已经被布置为透明的或者布置为包括开口,通过所述开口所述至少一个相机在所述检查开口(4)处对齐或者能够对齐。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的成像设备,其特征在于,在所述检查开口(4)中布置定位支撑件(8),用于定位待被成像的解剖学结构以进行X射线成像,并且所述至少一个相机(12)在所述定位支撑件(8)处对齐或者被布置为大致对齐。
