Description
Claims (6)
- 組織構造の第1の部分ボリューム及び第2の部分ボリュームの放射線撮影を順次行う組織構造撮影に伴って実行される、組織構造位置決め方法であって、
撮影ステーション内の第1の放射線撮影位置に位置決めされた前記組織構造の前記第1の部分ボリュームの放射線撮影時に実行される第1のステップと、
前記組織構造の前記第2の部分ボリュームの放射線撮影前に、前記組織構造の前記第2の部分ボリュームを、前記撮影ステーション内の第2の放射線撮影位置に位置決めする際に実行される第2のステップと、を含み、
前記第1のステップでは、
前記第1の放射線撮影位置に位置決めされた前記組織構造の静止画像を、写真用又はビデオ用のカメラによって撮影し、
前記第2のステップでは、
前記組織構造の前記静止画像を、ディスプレイ上で、前記第2の放射線撮影位置を表す新たな座標位置へ移動させ、
前記新たな座標位置へ移動した前記組織構造の前記静止画像と、前記カメラによって撮影された前記撮影ステーションのリアルタイム画像とを、前記ディスプレイ上で重ねて表示させる、
ことを特徴とする、組織構造位置決め方法。 - 前記第1の部分ボリュームおよび前記第2の部分ボリュームそれぞれの一部として、撮影する前記組織構造の同じ部分ボリュームが含まれる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 医療用コンピュータ断層撮影装置であって、
− 撮影手段を支持している実質的に環状の構造(2)を支持するようにされている支持構造部(1)であって、前記撮影手段が、放射線源(21)と画像情報の受信器(22)とを含み、前記撮影手段が、前記撮影手段を実質的に両端において支持している前記実質的に環状の構造(2)、の内側に配置されており、前記撮影手段を支持している前記環状の構造(2)の内側で移動する、前記支持構造部(1)と、
− 前記装置の機能の少なくともいくつかを制御する制御システムと、
を含み、
前記装置が、前記撮影手段を支持している前記環状の構造(2)において検査開口部(4)を含み、前記検査開口部(4)の中で、撮影する対象部位を撮影のために位置決めすることができ、
前記装置が、少なくとも1つの写真撮影用カメラまたはビデオカメラ(12)と、前記カメラ(12)に機能的に接続されている少なくとも1つのディスプレイ(11)と、を備えており、前記カメラ(12)が、前記実質的に環状の構造(2)に配置されており、前記検査開口部(4)の内側に向けられている、または向けられる、
医療用コンピュータ断層撮影装置において、
前記カメラ(12)が、前記装置の撮影領域を撮るようにされており、前記装置の前記制御システムが、断層撮影するために前記撮影領域内で位置決めされた対象部位の、前記カメラ(12)によって撮られた第1の画像と、前記カメラ(12)によって撮られた前記撮影領域の本質的にリアルタイムの画像とを重ねて、前記少なくとも1つのディスプレイ(11)に表示し、断層撮影するために位置決めされた、前記第1の画像の中に見えている前記対象部位が、前記第1の画像が撮られたときの前記対象部位の位置とは異なる位置に前記撮影領域内で動かされる、
ことを特徴とする、医療用コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記カメラ(12)が、前記実質的に環状の構造(2)の内側に配置されており、前記実質的に環状の構造(2)の内面の少なくとも一部分が、透明であるようにされている、または開口部を含むようにされており、前記透明部分または前記開口部を通じて前記カメラ(12)が前記検査開口部(4)に向けられている、または向けることができる、
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の撮影装置。 - X線撮影において、撮影する組織構造を位置決めするための位置決め支持体(8)が、前記検査開口部(4)の中に配置されており、前記カメラ(12)が、実質的に前記位置決め支持体(8)に向けられている、または向けられるようにされている、
ことを特徴とする、請求項3または請求項4に記載の撮影装置。 - 支持構造部と、
組織構造を内部に位置決め可能な検査開口部を有し、断層撮影手段を前記検査開口部の周りを移動可能に支持し、前記支持構造部に支持されている、実質的に環状の構造と、
写真用又はビデオ用のカメラと、
ディスプレイと、
前記断層撮影手段、前記カメラ及び前記ディスプレイを制御する制御システムと、を有し、
前記制御システムは、
前記検査開口部内の第1の断層撮影位置に位置決めされた前記組織構造の第1の部分ボリュームを前記断層撮影手段によって撮影するとき、第1の制御として、
前記検査開口部内の前記第1の断層撮影位置に位置決めされた前記組織構造の静止画像を前記カメラによって撮影し、
前記第1の制御の後、かつ、前記組織構造の第2の部分ボリュームを前記断層撮影手段によって撮影する前に、前記組織構造の第2の部分ボリュームを、前記検査開口部内の第2の断層撮影位置に位置決めする際に、第2の制御として、
前記組織構造の前記静止画像を、前記ディスプレイ上で、前記検査開口部内の前記第2の断層撮影位置を表す新たな座標位置へ移動させ、
前記新たな座標位置へ移動した前記組織構造の前記静止画像と、前記カメラによって撮影された前記検査開口部のリアルタイム画像とを、前記ディスプレイ上で重ねて表示させる、
ことを特徴とする、医療用コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
