Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于提高染色效果的竹原纤维的改性方法,属于植物纤维技术领域。步骤包括有首先对竹原纤维进行脱胶处理,再用碱浸泡,再依次经过聚乙二醇和磷酸脂改性处理,通过烘干、梳理之后,得到改性竹原纤维。本发明通过对竹原纤维进行改性,提高了对其进行染色后的上染率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于提高染色效果的竹原纤维的改性方法,属于植物纤维技术领域。
背景技术
竹原纤维即竹纤维,竹纤维就是从自然生长的竹子中提取出的一种纤维素纤维,是继棉、麻、毛、丝之后的第五大天然纤维。竹纤维具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,同时又具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨、防臭和抗紫外线功能化学成分。
竹原纤维的化学成分主要是纤维素、半纤维素和木质素,三者同属高聚糖,总量占纤维干质量的90%以上,其次是蛋白质、脂肪、果胶、单宁、色素、灰分等,大多数存在于细胞内腔或特殊的细胞器内,直接或间接地参与其生理作用。纤维素是组成竹原纤维细胞的主要物质,也是它能作为纺织纤维的意义所在。竹纤维纱线用于服装面料、凉席、床单、窗帘、围巾等,如采用与维纶混纺的方法可生产轻薄服装面料。与棉、毛、麻、绢及化学纤维进行混纺,用于机织或针织,生产各种规格的机织面料和针织面料。机织面料可用于制作窗帘竹纤维纯色环保窗帘、夹克衫、休闲服、西装套服、衬衫、床单和毛巾、浴巾等。针织面料适宜制作内衣、汗衫、T 恤衫、袜子等。
但是由于竹原纤维的纤维特性导致了其在染色时染色率不高,限制了其的使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:针对竹原纤维染色后的色牢度不高的问题,提供了一种改性方法,通过在线引入改性剂,提高了染色的上染率。
技术方案:
一种用于提高染色效果的竹原纤维的改性方法,包括如下步骤:
第1步,对竹原纤维进行脱胶处理;
第2步,脱胶后的竹原纤维在碱溶液中进行浸泡处理,再用水洗至中性;
第3步,按重量份计,将竹原纤维40~50份、水30~40份、聚乙二醇2~4份、氯化钠1~3份混合均匀,升温至80~85℃,保温,再用水洗至中性;
第4步,在第3步得到的竹原纤维中再加入水60~70份、脂肪醇0.2~0.5份、聚丙烯酸钠0.1~0.2份、聚磷酸0.05~0.1份、有机酸酐0.3~0.6份,升温至80~90℃进行反应;反应结束后,用水清洗,干燥;
第5步,对干燥后的纤维原料采用梳理机进行解纤梳理;再采用多级分级机对梳理后的纤维进行分级,其中,取长度在5~8cm、生纤维细度在0.01~0.08mm之间的作为产品,进行包装。
所述的第1步中,采用的是酶法脱胶,所述的酶是指果胶酶和木质素酶的混合物。
所述的第3步中,所述的聚乙二醇是指聚乙二醇400,保温时间1小时。
所述的第4步中,脂肪醇选自异构十三醇、异构十醇、异构七醇、聚乙二醇或者聚丙二醇中一种或几种的混合物。
所述的第4步中,有机酸酐选自马来酸酐、乙酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐中的一种或者几种的混合物。
所述的第4步中,反应时间1~3小时。
有益效果
本发明通过对竹原纤维进行改性,提高了对其进行染色后的上染率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于提高染色效果的竹原纤维的改性方法,包括如下步骤:
第1步,对竹原纤维进行脱胶处理,采用的是酶法脱胶,所述的酶是指果胶酶和木质素酶的混合物;
第2步,脱胶后的竹原纤维在碱溶液中进行浸泡处理,再用水洗至中性;
第3步,按重量份计,将竹原纤维40份、水30份、聚乙二醇400 2份、氯化钠1份混合均匀,升温至80℃,保温1小时,再用水洗至中性;
第4步,在第3步得到的竹原纤维中再加入水60份、异构十三醇0.2份、聚丙烯酸钠0.1份、聚磷酸0.05份、马来酸酐0.3份,升温至80℃进行反应1小时;反应结束后,用水清洗,干燥;
第5步,对干燥后的纤维原料采用梳理机进行解纤梳理;再采用多级分级机对梳理后的纤维进行分级,其中,取长度在5~8cm、生纤维细度在0.01~0.08mm之间的作为产品,进行包装。

第3步,按重量份计,将竹原纤维50份、水40份、聚乙二醇400 4份、氯化钠3份混合均匀,升温至85℃,保温1小时,再用水洗至中性;
第4步,在第3步得到的竹原纤维中再加入水70份、异构十三醇0.5份、聚丙烯酸钠0.2份、聚磷酸0.1份、马来酸酐0.6份,升温至90℃进行反应3小时;反应结束后,用水清洗,干燥;
第5步,对干燥后的纤维原料采用梳理机进行解纤梳理;再采用多级分级机对梳理后的纤维进行分级,其中,取长度在5~8cm、生纤维细度在0.01~0.08mm之间的作为产品,进行包装。

第1步,对竹原纤维进行脱胶处理,采用的是酶法脱胶,所述的酶是指果胶酶和木质素酶的混合物;
第2步,脱胶后的竹原纤维在碱溶液中进行浸泡处理,再用水洗至中性;
第3步,按重量份计,将竹原纤维45份、水35份、氯化钠2份混合均匀,升温至82℃,保温1小时,再用水洗,干燥;
第4步,对干燥后的纤维原料采用梳理机进行解纤梳理;再采用多级分级机对梳理后的纤维进行分级,其中,取长度在5~8cm、生纤维细度在0.01~0.08mm之间的作为产品,进行包装。
对以上制备得到的竹原纤维进行测试,结果如下:
染色性:
将竹原纤维纺织为纤维面料,采用如下步骤进行染色:
染料处方为:
活性红120 3%
元明粉 80 g.L-1
纯碱 5 g.L-1
溢流机内染色,加入螯合分散剂匀染剂40℃运行5分钟,加入染料,1℃/min升温到90℃,加入元明粉,90℃保温染色30分钟,加入纯碱固色保温45分钟。颜色准确后排液,热水洗,皂洗,热水洗,冷水洗出布。
上染率测定如下:

从表中看出,本发明通过改性之后提高了竹原纤维的染色的上染率,其中,对照例1-3中可以看出,如果单独采用聚乙二醇改性或者单独采用磷化酯类改性,都无法明显提高染色效果;而只有当如果实施例中这样同时采用聚乙二醇和磷化酯同时使用时,才能提高染色效果;这主要是通过聚乙二醇首先接枝于纤维表面,使其表面被羟基化,此时,磷化酯在同步合成时,可以较好地附着于纤维上,进而当染色的过程时,可以有效地使染色附着,提高染色率。

1.一种用于提高染色效果的竹原纤维的改性方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
第1步,对竹原纤维进行脱胶处理,采用的是酶法脱胶,所述的酶是指果胶酶和木质素酶的混合物;
第2步,脱胶后的竹原纤维在碱溶液中进行浸泡处理,再用水洗至中性;
第3步,按重量份计,将竹原纤维45份、水35份、聚乙二醇400 3份、氯化钠2份混合均匀,升温至82℃,保温1小时,再用水洗至中性;
第4步,在第3步得到的竹原纤维中再加入水65份、异构十三醇0.3份、聚丙烯酸钠0.1份、聚磷酸0.07份、马来酸酐0.5份,升温至85℃进行反应2小时;反应结束后,用水清洗,干燥;
第5步,对干燥后的纤维原料采用梳理机进行解纤梳理;再采用多级分级机对梳理后的纤维进行分级,其中,取长度在5~8cm、生纤维细度在0.01~0.08mm之间的作为产品,进行包装。
