Abstract

一种空气调节器,主要由三个相对独立的部分组成,分别为底座、主机和顶盖;主机安置在底座上,顶盖盖在主机上,水和水中密集的铜丝替代滤芯对空气进行过滤,不需要反复更换滤芯,减少投入;由三个相对独立的部分组成,能够自行定期清洁滤网及更换主机内的水,维护简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对小型空间的空气进行过滤的空气调节器,属于空调扇的优化技术。
背景技术
现有的空调扇主要使用在小型空间,对于进入这些空间的粉尘及油烟进行捕捉吸附。这些空调扇大多采用干式滤芯,尽管滤芯分为多层,确实能够过滤掉一些粉尘,但存在以下不足:首先是滤芯需要定时更换,成本较高,二是功率较大,三是如果滤芯清洗更换不及时,将大幅将降过滤效果。
因此,需要寻找一种耗材成本低廉、更换清洁容易、功率小能耗低的空气调节器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耗材成本低廉、更换清洁容易、功率小能耗低的空气调节器。
本发明的技术方案是:一种空气调节器,主要由三个相对独立的部分组成,分别为底座1、主机2和顶盖3;主机安置在底座1上,顶盖3盖在主机2上;主机箱为水箱,水中安置密集的金属丝,主机设有顶板,顶板旋拧在主机上,在顶板中心设有气流窗;电源从底座1上进入,底座1内设有水平方向的分隔板,分隔板上方为进气空间,进气空间壁上设有进气格栅,围绕进气格栅设有滤网,进气空间内设有气泵4,气泵4通过进气格栅和滤网吸入空气并加压后经输气管5输出到主机内,再从主机顶壁上的气流窗进入顶盖内,通过设在顶盖上的出风口吹出;在主机中部设有中空的封闭支柱21,在支柱中部设有送气管22,送气管的直径小于支柱内孔的直径;送气管上下开口,上部开口高于主机内的水面最大高度,上部开口与支柱21的顶壁之间留有空隙,下部开口穿过支柱底壁和主机底壁与输气管5套接;主机下部设有空气弥散器6,弥散器套在支柱21外壁;弥散器与支柱21间设有送气通道相通;所述的弥散器上设有多个气孔;弥散器设置在主机底壁上,使其覆盖住主机2的底壁。
气孔只设在弥散器的上表面。
空气从气孔进入水中形成气泡;气泡向上飘浮时,由于金属丝的阻隔,迫使气泡绕行,延长了气泡在水中的运行路线;运行中的气泡被金属丝刺破,气泡内的部分尘埃在***的过程中被融解在水中;气泡最后从主机顶部的气流窗进入顶盖3。
顶盖3的下部开口;顶盖3的外壁设有自下而上间隔排列的环状叶片31;叶片之间通过加强筋32连接固定;从主机进入顶盖3的空气,从叶片31间的空隙流出。
有益效果:
1、用水和水中密集的铜丝替代滤芯对空气进行过滤,不需要反复更换滤芯,减少投入;
2、由三个相对独立的部分组成,能够自行定期清洁滤网及更换主机内的水,维护简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种空气调节器,主要由三个相对独立的部分组成,分别为底座1、主机2和顶盖3;主机安置在底座2上,顶盖3盖在主机2上。主机箱为水箱,水中安置密集的金属丝,主机设有顶板,顶板旋拧在主机上,在顶板中心设有气流窗。需要时,不仅能够将顶盖3从主机上提起,还能将主机从底座上单独提起,以便于将主机内的污水倒掉进行冲洗,然后往主机内添加干净的水。
电源从底座1上进入,底座1内设有水平方向的分隔板,分隔板上方为进气空间,进气空间壁上设有进气格栅,围绕进气格栅设有滤网,进气空间内设有气泵4,气泵4通过进气格栅和滤网吸入空气并加压后经输气管5输出到主机内,再从主机顶壁上的气流窗进入顶盖内,通过设在顶盖上的出风口吹出。提起主机后,还能方便地将滤网拿出来进行清洗,清洗干净后再放回去,使过滤的效果更好。
在主机中部设有中空的封闭支柱21,在支柱中部设有送气管22;送气管的直径小于支柱内孔的直径,即在送气管与支柱间留有空隙。
送气管上下开口,上部开口高于主机内的水面最大高度,上部开口与支柱21的顶壁之间留有空隙,下部开口穿过支柱底壁和主机底壁与输气管5套接;主机下部设有空气弥散器6,弥散器套在支柱21外壁;弥散器与支柱21间设有送气通道相通;所述的弥散器上设有多个气孔。
弥散器通过送气通道固定在支柱上。使用一段时间后,弥散器和支柱外壁会覆盖上一些粉尘和油污,需要定时拿出来进行清洗,所以,弥散器6和支柱21要能够从主机内取出或放入。支柱的固定有两种方式,一种是在主机顶部设置一个支架用于固定支柱,避免支柱向上浮起,一种是将支柱通过螺纹或卡口固定在主机底壁上。
空气从气孔进入水中形成气泡;气泡向上飘浮时,由于金属丝的阻隔,迫使气泡的路径发生绕行,延长了气泡在水中的运行路线,使得气泡与水的接触时间以及接触面积加大,而且,运行中的气泡会被尖锐锋利的金属丝刺破,使得气泡内的尘埃在***的过程中被更多的融解在水中。气泡最后离开水面,从主机顶部的气流窗进入顶盖3。
顶盖3的下部开口;顶盖3的外壁设有自下而上间隔排列的环状叶片31,叶片之间通过加强筋32连接固定;从主机进入顶盖3的空气,从叶片31间的空隙流出。
在顶盖内部空间的上方设有导流罩,导流罩的边缘位于叶片的上方。
所述的导流罩中心高度低于边缘的高度。
在顶盖上方设有提手,便于将顶盖从主机上提起。
设置弥散器的一种优选方案是将弥散器设置在主机底壁上,使其覆盖住主机2的底壁,气孔只设在弥散器的上表面。
所述的金属丝为锌铜合金。
在水中添加洗涤剂或明矾。由于气泡可能含有油烟,油烟包裹着尘埃,进入含有洗涤剂成份的水,油脂容易被融解。
在金属丝下方设置一个超声波振荡器,使金属丝振荡,更高效地切割刺破气泡,使气泡变得更小,充分释放内部的尘埃。
本发明中,气泡穿过主机中的水后再吹到室内,水能够帮助空气降温,所以,吹出来的是凉爽的风。

1.一种空气调节器,其特征在于:主要由三个相对独立的部分组成,分别为底座(1)、主机(2)和顶盖(3);主机安置在底座(1)上,顶盖(3)盖在主机(2)上;主机箱为水箱,水中安置密集的金属丝,主机设有顶板,顶板旋拧在主机上,在顶板中心设有气流窗;电源从底座(1)上进入,底座(1)内设有水平方向的分隔板,分隔板上方为进气空间,进气空间壁上设有进气格栅,围绕进气格栅设有滤网,进气空间内设有气泵(4),气泵(4)通过进气格栅和滤网吸入空气并加压后经输气管(5)输出到主机内,再从主机顶壁上的气流窗进入顶盖内,通过设在顶盖上的出风口吹出;在主机中部设有中空的封闭支柱(21),在支柱中部设有送气管(22),送气管的直径小于支柱内孔的直径;送气管上下开口,上部开口高于主机内的水面最大高度,上部开口与支柱(21)的顶壁之间留有空隙,下部开口穿过支柱底壁和主机底壁与输气管(5)套接;主机下部设有空气弥散器(6),弥散器套在支柱(21)外壁;弥散器与支柱(21)间设有送气通道相通;所述的弥散器上设有多个气孔;弥散器设置在主机底壁上,使其覆盖住主机(2)的底壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气调节器,其特征在于:气孔只设在弥散器的上表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气调节器,其特征在于:空气从气孔进入水中形成气泡;气泡向上飘浮时,由于金属丝的阻隔,迫使气泡绕行,延长了气泡在水中的运行路线;运行中的气泡被金属丝刺破,气泡内的部分尘埃在***的过程中被融解在水中;气泡最后从主机顶部的气流窗进入顶盖(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气调节器,其特征在于:顶盖(3)的下部开口;顶盖(3)的外壁设有自下而上间隔排列的环状叶片(31);叶片之间通过加强筋(32)连接固定;从主机进入顶盖(3)的空气,从叶片(31)间的空隙流出。
