本发明公开一种棉锦面料的染色工艺,属于面料染色的技术领域,包括以下步骤:配缸→缝头→冷堆→退浆烘干打卷→预定型→检验→称重→缝头→丝光打卷→卷染机染色→水洗烘半干→成品定型→检验、打卷;卷染机染色工序采用二浴法染色;第一浴包括常温下料,45℃时加元明粉,升温至65℃时保温0.5‑1.5小时,加纯碱,继续在65℃保温1.5小时后排水,接着进水升温至90℃进行皂洗,皂洗后将布面洗净,再进水升温至70℃,进行中和水洗,过冷水后,进行染色;第二浴包括常温下料,调pH值,升温至98℃保温1.2小时以上,取布对样。通过本发明棉锦面料的染色工艺所生产的产品,色牢度高、耐磨性高、缩水率低、光泽度好、平整度高。

技术领域
本发明公开一种棉锦面料的染色工艺,属于面料染色的技术领域。
背景技术
棉锦面料是以棉和锦纶为原料而制成的产品,且棉的含量大于50%。棉锦面料经过现有的染色工艺加工后,存在色牢度差、耐磨性差、缩水率高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种色牢度高、耐磨性高、缩水率低的棉锦面料的染色工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种棉锦面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:配缸→缝头→冷堆→退浆烘干打卷→预定型→检验→称重→缝头→丝光打卷→卷染机染色→水洗烘半干→成品定型→检验、打卷;
其中,卷染机染色工序采用二浴法染色;第一浴包括常温下料,在45℃时加元明粉,继续升温至65℃时保温0.5-1.5小时,再加纯碱,然后继续在65℃保温1.5小时后排水,接着再进水升温至90℃进行皂洗,皂洗后将布面洗净,再接着进水升温至70℃,进行中和水洗,过冷水后,进行染色;第二浴包括常温下料,调pH值,升温至98℃保温1.2小时以上,取布对样。
作为上述方案的进一步设置,所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在1.5-2.5kg/cm2,速度控制在120-140yd/min。
所述预定型工序的温度为185-195℃,车速为40-60m/min。
所述水洗烘半干工序的温度为85-95℃,车速为50-60m/min。
所述成品定型工序的温度为190-195℃。
通过本发明棉锦面料的染色工艺所生产的产品,不仅色牢度高、耐磨性高、缩水率低,而且光泽度好、平整度高。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不受以下实施例所限定。
实施例1
棉锦面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:配缸→缝头→冷堆→退浆烘干打卷→预定型→检验→称重→缝头→丝光打卷→卷染机染色→水洗烘半干→成品定型→检验、打卷。
其中,卷染机染色工序采用二浴法染色;第一浴包括常温下料,在45℃时加元明粉,继续升温至65℃时保温1小时,再加纯碱,然后继续在65℃保温1.5小时后排水,接着再进水升温至90℃进行皂洗,皂洗后将布面洗净,再接着进水升温至70℃,进行中和水洗,过冷水后,进行染色;第二浴包括常温下料,调pH值,升温至98℃保温1.2小时以上,取布对样。
上述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在2.0kg/cm2,速度控制在130yd/min。
上述预定型工序的温度为190℃,车速为50m/min。
上述水洗烘半干工序的温度为90℃,车速为55m/min。
上述成品定型工序的温度为192℃。
染后织物经测试,色牢度达3级,缩水率3%以内,耐摩擦牢度:干湿摩3级,酸、碱汗渍牢度3-4级。
实施例2
棉锦面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:配缸→缝头→冷堆→退浆烘干打卷→预定型→检验→称重→缝头→丝光打卷→卷染机染色→水洗烘半干→成品定型→检验、打卷。
其中,卷染机染色工序采用二浴法染色;第一浴包括常温下料,在45℃时加元明粉,继续升温至65℃时保温0.5小时,再加纯碱,然后继续在65℃保温1.5小时后排水,接着再进水升温至90℃进行皂洗,皂洗后将布面洗净,再接着进水升温至70℃,进行中和水洗,过冷水后,进行染色;第二浴包括常温下料,调pH值,升温至98℃保温1.2小时以上,取布对样。

染后织物经测试,色牢度达3级,缩水率3%以内,耐摩擦牢度:干湿摩3级,酸、碱汗渍牢度3-4级。

1.一种棉锦面料的染色工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:配缸→缝头→冷堆→退浆烘干打卷→预定型→检验→称重→缝头→丝光打卷→卷染机染色→水洗烘半干→成品定型→检验、打卷;
其中,卷染机染色工序采用二浴法染色;第一浴包括常温下料,在45℃时加元明粉,继续升温至65℃时保温0.5-1.5小时,再加纯碱,然后继续在65℃保温1.5小时后排水,接着再进水升温至90℃进行皂洗,皂洗后将布面洗净,再接着进水升温至70℃,进行中和水洗,过冷水后,进行染色;第二浴包括常温下料,调pH值,升温至98℃保温1.2小时以上,取布对样。
2.如权利要求1所述的棉锦面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在1.5-2.5kg/cm2,速度控制在120-140yd/min。
3.如权利要求1所述的棉锦面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述预定型工序的温度为185-195℃,车速为40-60m/min。
4.如权利要求1所述的棉锦面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述水洗烘半干工序的温度为85-95℃,车速为50-60m/min。
5.如权利要求1所述的棉锦面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述成品定型工序的温度为190-195℃。
