技术领域
本发明属于面料领域,具体涉及一种人棉丝光布生产工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中一般纺织服装,在织造结构上都大同小异,考虑到成本,原材料供应,机器种类等各方面因素,市场上针织产品大多以最简单的纬平针为主,其常规的生产工艺依次为:配布→松布→预定→双面烧毛→车布边→染色→脱水→中检→开幅→定型→QC成检。
其中,配布是指将织厂来的毛胚依照染厂生产计划排缸流程卡,将布放入布车等待后道工序处理。
松布:含氨纶弹性针织物由于织造过程中受到张力作用,会产生较大的拉伸变形,虽然具有较好的回弹力,但仍不能回复到自然状态,织物的幅宽、厚度易处于不稳定状态,进而对染色和后整理产生较大影响,松布的目的是使织物充分预缩,消除织物内部的残余应力,在棉针织物的染整加工中,应尽量减小张力,使织物处于松弛状态,避免织物纤维伸长。
预定:含氨纶针织物预定形的目的是使织物尺寸稳定、布面平整、纹路清晰,含弹性纤维的棉织物在染整加工中,极易起皱、卷边、幅宽不稳,松弛处理虽然在一定程度上起到定形作用,但作用较弱,因为只有当温度高于150℃时,氨纶硬链段的氢键才能拆开,才有较好的定形作用,所以,织物松弛后可通过预定形达到控制幅宽、防止卷边和起皱的目的。
烧毛:就是将原布平幅迅速的通过烧毛机的火焰或擦过赤热的金属表面,此时,布面上的绒毛因靠近火焰或与赤热的金属表面接触且结构疏松,很快升温燃烧,而织物因其本身比较紧密、厚实且离火焰或赤热的金属表面较远,故升温较慢,当温度尚未达到织物的着火点时,它已经离开了火焰或赤热的金属表面。利用布身与绒毛升温速度不同原理,既能达到既烧去绒毛又不损伤织物的目的。
染色:是通过染料(或颜料)和纺织材料发生物理的、化学的或物理化学的结合,使纺织材料获得鲜艳、均匀和坚牢色泽的加工过程。
开幅:针织面料在染色时缝合染色,染完后需要开幅才能定型。
常规工艺生产出的产品其构造大同小异,布面效果相仿,面料的光泽和手感均有待改善。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种人棉丝光布生产工艺,目的在于改善面料的光泽与手感。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种人棉丝光布生产工艺,依次包括如下生产工序:配布→松布→预定→双面烧毛→车布边→染色→脱水→中检→开幅→定型→QC成检,所述双面烧毛工序与车布边工序之间还包括依次进行的丝光以及中和工序。
进一步,所述中和工序之后紧接着还设置有干布工序。
进一步,所述定型与QC成检工序之间还设置有预缩工序。
进一步,所述预定工序的胚定温度在180℃到220℃之间、胚定速度在20Y/min到30Y/min之间、胚定配方为干定、胚定上机布纹为顺纹。
进一步,所述预定工序的胚定温度为205℃、胚定速度为25Y/min。
进一步,所述定型工序的成定温度在160℃到200℃之间、成定速度在18Y/min到28Y/min之间、成定配方为湿定1%。
进一步,所述定型工序的成定温度为180℃、成定速度为22Y/min。
进一步,所述丝光工序的丝光烧碱浓度为7.3Be、丝光速度为20m/min、丝光烧碱稀浓度为2Be、丝光烧碱温度为20℃。

下面将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
一种人棉丝光布生产工艺,依次包括如下生产工序:配布→松布→预定→双面烧毛→车布边→染色→脱水→中检→开幅→定型→QC成检,所述双面烧毛工序与车布边工序之间还包括依次进行的丝光以及中和工序。
本实施例中丝光工序是借助浓烧碱的作用完成的,原因在于:纺织品在承受一定张力的状态下,借助浓烧碱的作用,并保持所需要的尺寸,可获得丝一般的光泽,这一过程被称为丝光。
本实施例中,所述中和工序之后紧接着还设置有干布工序。
本实施例中,所述定型与QC成检工序之间还设置有预缩工序。针织物的预缩定型原理:呢毯运行到进布辊表面时,呢毯外表面被拉伸,当织物经超喂、扩幅及汽蒸过程后运行至呢毯与阻尼板之间时,由于织物与呢毯之间磨擦力远远大于与阻尼板之间的磨擦力。此时,阻尼板可起到堆集织物,使织物紧贴呢毯的作用。因而织物紧贴在呢毯表面上运行,当呢毯脱离进布辊沿烘筒表面运行时,呢毯表面开始径向收缩,布面也跟随呢毯表面开始收缩,脱离阻尼板后布面被夹持在烘筒与呢毯之间,由于烘筒的高温,织物被熨烫定型,尺寸缩短并被固定下来,预缩过程完成。同理,第二预缩单元完成织物另一面的预缩定型整理。经此预缩处理后,针织物的单位克重增加,残余内应力基本消除。
本发明生产工艺在普通的生产工序中增加了丝光、中和、干布,预缩四道工序,其中主要的是丝光和中和工序,必须把握好溶液的浓度、丝光温度及时间的控制,若控制不好,则布面会有破洞的风险,中和工序中,要注意溶液的浓度调配,否则会使面料出现酸碱度偏高的风险。本实施例的相关重要参数如下:
本实施例中,所述预定工序的胚定温度为205℃、胚定速度为25Y/min、胚定配方为干定、胚定上机布纹为顺纹;所述定型工序的成定温度为180℃、成定速度为22Y/min、成定配方为湿定1%(831)。
本实施例中,所述丝光工序的丝光烧碱浓度为7.3Be、丝光速度为20m/min、丝光烧碱稀浓度为2Be、丝光烧碱温度为20℃。
本实施例中,所述中和工序的前处理配方为纯碱NaCO3 1g/L和双氧水5g/L,中和温度为60℃,中和时间为10min,中和液为冰醋酸HAC 0.5g/L,浴比为1:8,水洗次数为2次。
本实施例中,所述染色工序的染色配方为活性黄4GL 0.4%、精盐15g/L、纯碱NaCO37g/L,染色温度*时间为60℃*30min,染色浴比为1:8,染后中和用冰醋酸HAC 0.5g/L,中和温度*时间为60℃*10min。

4.根据权利要求1所述的人棉丝光布生产工艺,其特征在于:所述预定工序的胚定温度在180℃到220℃之间、胚定速度在20Y/min到30Y/min之间、胚定配方为干定、胚定上机布纹为顺纹。
