技术领域
本发明涉及防火封堵技术领域,尤其是涉及一种环保防火封堵材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防火封堵产品主要应用在电力、轨道交通、建筑工程等行业的桥架、电缆、管路的孔洞缝隙封堵领域。传统防火封堵产品主要以无机填料、阻火包,阻火模块,防火泡沫板材为主。主要成分为含有卤素类阻燃剂,遇火燃烧时释放有毒烟气。随着行业的发展一些硅酮胶、环氧树脂、聚氨酯类封堵材料的诞生也改进了此类产品的缺陷弊端。但是此类产品多用一氟二氯乙烷等氢氯氟烃作发泡剂,产生气体破坏大气造成环境污染。且通常采用的有机金属类催化剂耐水解性较差,产品使用时效较低。另外产品组份混合过程需要加热设备来提供固化反应所需温度,施工不便,造成应用局限。因此,本发明的环保防火封堵材料是国内产品的一种技术衍生,弥补了防火封堵行业的产品弊端。
发明内容
本发明提供一种环保防火封堵材料及其制备方法,以满足建筑、轨道交通、电力等领域的孔洞防火封堵施工需求。
本发明采取的技术方案是:由下列重量份的原料制成的:
A组份:多元醇100~200份,液态阻燃剂35~65份,膨胀石墨20~40份,粉体阻燃剂25~50份,发泡剂1~4份,氨基醇活化剂2~3份,热敏催化剂2~4份,颜料4~8份;
B组份:多异氰酸酯50~150份。
本发明所述多元醇为二羟基聚醚多元醇,三羟基聚醚多元醇,二羟基聚己内酯多元醇,三羟基聚己内酯多元醇中的一种。
本发明所述液态阻燃剂为叔丁基化芳基磷酸酯。
本发明所述膨胀石墨为膨胀倍率大于250 ml/g的80目可膨胀石墨。
本发明所述粉体阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌的等比混合物。
本发明所述发泡剂为蒸馏水。

将二羟基聚己内酯多元醇150份,叔丁基化芳基磷酸酯45,膨胀倍率大于250ml/g的80目可膨胀石墨30份,聚磷酸铵5份,三聚氰胺5份,季戊四醇5份,氢氧化铝5份,硼酸锌5份,蒸馏水2份,双(二甲氨基乙基)醚2份,1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯辛酸盐3份,氧化铁红6份,加入拉缸中混合搅拌30分钟作为A组份。将改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯86份作为B组份。按重量比A:B=100:30对A、B组份分别包装。
实施例10
由下列重量份的原料制成的:
将二羟基聚醚多元醇150份,叔丁基化芳基磷酸酯45,膨胀倍率大于250ml/g的80目可膨胀石墨30份,聚磷酸铵5份,三聚氰胺5份,季戊四醇5份,氢氧化铝5份,硼酸锌5份,蒸馏水2份,氨基丙醇2份,1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯辛酸盐3份,红磷6份,加入拉缸中混合搅拌30分钟作为A组份。将多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯86份作为B组份。按重量比A:B=100:30对A、B组份分别包装。

Claims (11)

1.一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,是由下列重量份的原料制成的:
A组份:多元醇100~200份,液态阻燃剂35~65份,膨胀石墨20~40份,粉体阻燃剂25~50份,发泡剂1~4份,氨基醇活化剂2~3份,热敏催化剂2~4份,颜料4~8份;
B组份:多异氰酸酯50~150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述多元醇为二羟基聚醚多元醇,三羟基聚醚多元醇,二羟基聚己内酯多元醇,三羟基聚己内酯多元醇中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述液态阻燃剂为叔丁基化芳基磷酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述膨胀石墨为膨胀倍率大于250 ml/g的80目可膨胀石墨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述粉体阻燃剂为聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌的等比混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为蒸馏水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述氨基醇活化剂为双(二甲氨基乙基)醚、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、2-氨基乙醇、氨基丙醇中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述热敏催化剂为1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯辛酸盐、1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯苯酚盐中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述颜料为氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、红磷中的一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保防火封堵材料,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯为改性二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、3-异氰酸酯基-3,5,5-三甲基环己基异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯中的一种。
11.如权利要求1~10所述的一种环保防火封堵材料的制备方法,其特征在于,将A组份构成原料按配方量加入拉缸中混合搅拌20~40分钟,按重量比A:B=100:(30~40)对A、B组份分别包装。
