Abstract
本发明公开了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂40~50%,阴离子表面活性剂5~15%,非离子表面活性剂0.5~3%,黑色金属缓释剂3~6%,耦合剂5~10%,铜合金缓蚀剂0.5~2%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂2~8%,杀菌剂1~3%,消泡剂0.2~1%,纯水3~12%;本发明通用性强,适合于多种金属,特别是适用于加工镁合金和镁铝合金部件,对镁合金有极佳的抗腐蚀效果,且长久持效,可有效防止敏感镁合金及镁铝合金的氧化变色,抑制氢气的发生和镁离子的溶出,同时具有优异的润滑性能、防锈性能和突出的耐硬水能力等,使用寿命长,且不含亚硝酸盐、酚类等有毒有害物质,对环境和健康有利。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于加工液技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性镁合金加工液。
背景技术
镁合金具有密度小、比强度和比刚度高、尺寸稳定性和机加工性好、导电导热性优良等优点;此外,在电磁屏蔽性、减震性等方面也具有优异的性能。作为良好的轻量化结构材料,镁合金被广泛地应用于汽车、船舶、航空航天、电子电器等众多领域。
目前市场上在镁合金加工领域技术还不是特别成熟,现有的镁合金都会存在一些缺憾,最基本的问题就是镁合金容易被氧化,暴露在空气中,很快就会被氧化成黑色,在加工过程中由于有氢气的放出,氢氧根离子会越来越多,pH随之升高,进而镁合金也越来越容易被高pH加工业腐蚀,工件就不能满足加工需求。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明目的在于,提供一种配方合理,对镁合金有较佳的抗腐蚀效果,且长久持效,可有效防止敏感镁合金及镁铝合金的氧化变色,同时具有较好的润滑性能、防锈性能和耐硬水能力的水溶性镁合金加工液。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案是:一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
基础油或油性剂40~50%,
阴离子表面活性剂5~15%,
非离子表面活性剂0.5~3%,
黑色金属缓释剂3~6%,
耦合剂5~10%,
铜合金缓蚀剂0.5~2%,
镁/铝合金缓蚀剂2~8%,
杀菌剂1~3%,
消泡剂0.2~1%,
纯水3~12%。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述基础油或油性剂为矿物油、聚α-烯烃、多元醇酯类、植物油或改性植物油酯的一种或数种复配产物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述阴离子表面活性剂为油酸、蓖麻油酸、二聚酸、妥儿油或妥尔油酸或异构脂肪酸中的一种或几种与一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉、二甘醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物以及不同类型的石油磺酸钠。该阴离子表面活性剂的乳化速度快、润滑性优越、清洗效果好并且有一定的抗泡作用,对硬水的适应范围宽,有良好的抗酸败性。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述非离子表面活性剂为酰胺类、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚或多种不同类型醚羧酸类的一种或多种复配产物。该非离子表面活性剂在溶液中不是以离子状态存在,所以它的稳定性高,不易受强电解质存在的影响,也不易受酸、碱的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂能混合使用,相容性好,在各种溶剂中均有良好的溶解性,在固体表面上不发生强烈吸附。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述黑色金属缓释剂为硼酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨基酸衍生物、十到十二碳二元羧酸类中的一种或几种与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉或二甘醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述耦合剂为异丙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇单丁醚或异构脂肪醇类中的一种或数种。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述铜合金缓蚀剂为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种,具有优异的缓蚀和抗腐蚀效果。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述镁/铝合金缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述杀菌剂为六氢化三嗪、吗啉衍生物、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、3,3'-亚甲基双(5-甲基恶唑烷)或异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或数种。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,其化学性质稳定,不挥发,不易燃烧,对金属无腐蚀性,久置于空气中也不易胶化,并且具有优异的化学稳定性、耐热耐寒性、耐候性、润滑性、憎水性和低表面张力,对人体无毒无害。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的水溶性镁合金加工液的配方合理,易于配制,通用性强,适合于多种金属,特别是适用于加工镁合金和镁铝合金部件,对镁合金有极佳的抗腐蚀效果,且长久持效,可有效防止敏感镁合金及镁铝合金的氧化变色,抑制氢气的发生和镁离子的溶出,同时具有优异的润滑性能、防锈性能、抗腐败能力和突出的耐硬水能力,工作液使用寿命长,且不含亚硝酸盐、酚类等有毒有害物质,对环境和健康有利,利于广泛推广应用。

具体实施方式
实施例1:本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂50%,阴离子表面活性剂12%,非离子表面活性剂2.8%,黑色金属缓释剂5%,耦合剂9%,铜合金缓蚀剂2%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂7%,杀菌剂2%,消泡剂0.2%,纯水10%。
其中,所述基础油或油性剂优选为矿物油、聚α-烯烃、多元醇酯类、植物油或改性植物油酯的一种或数种复配产物。
本实施例中,所述阴离子表面活性剂优选为油酸、蓖麻油酸、二聚酸、妥儿油或妥尔油酸或异构脂肪酸中的一种或几种与一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉、二甘醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物以及不同类型的石油磺酸钠。该阴离子表面活性剂的乳化速度快、润滑性优越、清洗效果好并且有一定的抗泡作用,对硬水的适应范围宽,有良好的抗酸败性。
本实施例中,所述非离子表面活性剂优选为酰胺类、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚或多种不同类型醚羧酸类的一种或多种复配产物。该非离子表面活性剂在溶液中不是以离子状态存在,所以它的稳定性高,不易受强电解质存在的影响,也不易受酸、碱的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂能混合使用,相容性好,在各种溶剂中均有良好的溶解性,在固体表面上不发生强烈吸附。

所述耦合剂优选为异丙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇单丁醚或异构脂肪醇类中的一种或数种。
所述铜合金缓蚀剂优选为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种,具有优异的缓蚀和抗腐蚀效果。
所述镁/铝合金缓蚀剂优选为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述杀菌剂优选为六氢化三嗪、吗啉衍生物、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、3,3'-亚甲基双(5-甲基恶唑烷)或异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或数种,有效提升使用寿命。

实施例4,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂49%,阴离子表面活性剂14%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%,黑色金属缓释剂5%,耦合剂8%,铜合金缓蚀剂1.5%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂7.2%,杀菌剂2.5%,消泡剂0.8%,纯水11.5%。
实施例5,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂49%,阴离子表面活性剂15%,非离子表面活性剂3%,黑色金属缓释剂6%,耦合剂10%,铜合金缓蚀剂2%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂8%,杀菌剂3%,消泡剂1%,纯水3%。
实施例6,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂50%,阴离子表面活性剂14%,非离子表面活性剂2.2%,黑色金属缓释剂5%,耦合剂5%,铜合金缓蚀剂1.8%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂8%,杀菌剂1%,消泡剂1%,纯水12%。
实施例7,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂48.5%,阴离子表面活性剂13.5%,非离子表面活性剂3%,黑色金属缓释剂3%,耦合剂10%,铜合金缓蚀剂0.5%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂6.8%,杀菌剂3%,消泡剂0.7%,纯水11%。
实施例8,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂50%,阴离子表面活性剂14.6%,非离子表面活性剂2.7%,黑色金属缓释剂4.6%,耦合剂9.5%,铜合金缓蚀剂1.6%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂2%,杀菌剂2.8%,消泡剂0.4%,纯水11.8%。
实施例9,本实施例提供了一种水溶性镁合金加工液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该水溶性镁合金加工液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:基础油或油性剂47.5%,阴离子表面活性剂14%,非离子表面活性剂3%,黑色金属缓释剂5%,耦合剂9%,铜合金缓蚀剂2%,镁/铝合金缓蚀剂7%,杀菌剂2%,消泡剂0.5%,纯水10%。

基础油或油性剂40~50%,
阴离子表面活性剂5~15%,
非离子表面活性剂0.5~3%,
黑色金属缓释剂3~6%,
耦合剂5~10%,
铜合金缓蚀剂0.5~2%,
镁/铝合金缓蚀剂2~8%,
杀菌剂1~3%,
消泡剂0.2~1%,
纯水3~12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述基础油或油性剂为矿物油、聚α-烯烃、多元醇酯类、植物油或改性植物油酯的一种或数种复配产物。
3.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为油酸、蓖麻油酸、二聚酸、妥儿油或妥尔油酸或异构脂肪酸中的一种或几种与一乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉、二甘醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物以及不同类型的石油磺酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为酰胺类、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚或多种不同类型醚羧酸类的一种或多种复配产物。
5.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述黑色金属缓释剂为硼酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨基酸衍生物、十到十二碳二元羧酸类中的一种或几种与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉或二甘醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述耦合剂为异丙醇、丙二醇、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、丙二醇单丁醚或异构脂肪醇类中的一种或数种。
7.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述铜合金缓蚀剂为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种。
8.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述镁/铝合金缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或亚磷酸酯中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为六氢化三嗪、吗啉衍生物、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、3,3'-亚甲基双(5-甲基恶唑烷)或异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或数种。
10.根据权利要求1所述水溶性镁合金加工液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
