Abstract

本发明提供了一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂。包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:35%~46%,2,4,6‑三(氨基己酸基)‑1,3,5‑三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):8%~12%,三乙醇胺:1%~3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%~0.05%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%~0.05%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.01%~0.05%,聚合丙三醇:0.01%~0.02%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.01%~0.02%,纯水:余量。本发明能够在金属表面形成干膜,不沾手印,不沾染灰尘;同时,不影响原有金属的色泽与质感,形成的防锈膜为超薄的连续的透明的干性膜层。本发明的防锈性能优于传统的水性防锈剂;而且其环保程度高,不含磷、不含亚硝酸钠致癌物、不含六价铬等重金属毒害物;本发明可取代传统意义上的溶剂型油性硬膜防锈油;杜绝的易燃的不良特性,属于安全型产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,具体涉及一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂。
背景技术
金属加工件在生产加工及运输的过程中,很容易生锈,这就需要使用防锈油在金属表面形成一层薄膜,防止金属锈蚀的化学品。机械在运行和贮存中很难不与空气中的氧、湿气或其它腐蚀性介质接触,这些物质在金属表面将发生电化学腐蚀而生锈,要防止锈蚀就得阻止以上物质与金属接触。防锈剂属于防锈产品的一种,其它类型的还有防锈油、防锈纸等。防锈剂是一种超级高效的合成渗透剂,它能强力渗入铁锈、腐蚀物、油污内从而轻松地清除掉螺丝、螺拴上的锈迹和腐蚀物,具有渗透除锈、松动润滑、抵制腐蚀、保护金属等性能。并可在部件表面上形成并贮存一层润滑膜,可以抑制湿气及许多其它化学成份造成的腐蚀。
目前,常规防锈剂普遍存在一定的技术缺陷。其中,传统的防锈油:防锈期长,可以实现中长期防锈;但是工件表面油腻,表面清洁性差,容易沾染灰尘;在后期需要清洗除油的场合,除油难度大,需要专业的除油剂配合多道清洗工序,才能清洗干净。传统的水性防锈剂:有利于后期的清洗洗净。但仍然存在表面湿膜油腻或白色结晶现象。防锈效果较弱。磷化等皮膜等工艺:防锈期短,表面干燥,但改变了金属的原有色泽。硅烷陶化类产品:防锈期太短,不能满足工序间间歇中转的需求,表面干燥,但改变了金属的原有色泽。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对现有技术的技术缺陷,提供一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,以解决常规防锈剂性能有待改善的技术问题。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:35%~46%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):8%~12%,三乙醇胺:1%~3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%~0.05%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%~0.05%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.01%~0.05%,聚合丙三醇:0.01%~0.02%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.01%~0.02%,纯水:余量。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂还包括1~3%的苯并三氮唑。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂还包括2~7%的辛酸醇胺酯。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂还包括3~5%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂还包括2~4%的羟基乙叉二磷酸四钠。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂由以下重量份的成分组成:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:40%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):10%,三乙醇胺:2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.03%,聚合丙三醇:0.015%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.015%,纯水:余量。
作为优选,该水性防锈缓蚀剂由以下重量份的成分组成:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:40%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):10%,三乙醇胺:2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.03%,聚合丙三醇:0.015%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.015%,苯并三氮唑:2%,辛酸醇胺酯4%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠4%,羟基乙叉二磷酸四钠3%,纯水:余量。
本发明提供了一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂。本发明为可以形成干膜的水性防锈缓蚀剂,金属表面形成的防锈膜层干燥光滑细腻,无油腻感,同时后期需要清理时,可以轻易通过水洗清理洁净。该产品能够在金属表面形成干膜,不沾手印,不沾染灰尘;同时,不影响原有金属的色泽与质感;形成的防锈膜为超薄的连续的透明的干性膜层;而且,有利于后期的清洗脱除处理,单独使用清水即可完全清理干净,这样就可实现节省后续复杂的工艺配套药剂消耗及能源消耗,可实现节能。本发明的防锈性能优于传统的水性防锈剂;而且其环保程度高,不含磷、不含亚硝酸钠致癌物、不含六价铬等重金属毒害物;本发明可取代传统意义上的溶剂型油性硬膜防锈油;杜绝的易燃的不良特性,属于安全型产品,作为兼具以上效果的金新型属防锈、防腐蚀、缓蚀剂,本发明具有良好的使用效果和突出的技术优势。

实施例1
一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:40%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):10%,三乙醇胺:2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.03%,聚合丙三醇:0.015%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.015%,纯水:余量。
本发明的制备过程如下:
全程反应温度:先将水加热至45℃~48℃,再分批加入“氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷”溶解均匀,反应30分钟,再加入三嗪聚羧酸,搅拌反应30分钟,至完全溶解。反应完全后,再加入其余原料。反应至均匀透明液体,冷却至常温即可灌装。
实施例2
一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:40%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):10%,三乙醇胺:2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.03%,聚合丙三醇:0.015%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.015%,苯并三氮唑:2%,辛酸醇胺酯4%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠4%,羟基乙叉二磷酸四钠3%,纯水:余量。
实施例3
一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:35%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):8%,三乙醇胺:1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.01%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.01%,聚合丙三醇:0.01%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.01%,纯水:余量。

一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:46%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):12%,三乙醇胺:3%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.05%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.05%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.05%,聚合丙三醇:0.02%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.02%,纯水:余量。
实施例5
一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷:40%,2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪(三嗪聚羧酸):10%,三乙醇胺:2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚:0.03%,6000分子量聚乙二醇:0.03%,聚合丙三醇:0.015%,炔醇类消泡剂:0.015%,苯并三氮唑:2%,羟基乙叉二磷酸四钠3%,纯水:余量。
实施例6
对本发明进行防锈性能测定:
配制浓度:5%,溶解介质:纯水。
实验参考标准:单片防锈实验GB/T6144-2010。
试片材质:一级灰口铸铁,金相组织应符合GB/T718的规定。
试片尺寸:直径356*20MM。
试片制备:按SH/T0218进行。
按梅花格式进行标准化实验。
梅花格点滴后,利用50℃的热风烘干30分钟,至形成干燥透明的连续膜层,制备后试片后,再进行下一步的标准化实验。
检测结果:48小时,记录实验现象,五滴全无锈,达到标准规定的A级标准

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可形成干膜的新型水性防锈缓蚀剂,其特征在于,该水性防锈缓蚀剂还包括1~3%的苯并三氮唑。
