本发明属于切削液技术领域,具体涉及一种全合成特种铝合金切削液。
背景技术
铝合金是指在铝冶炼过程中加入少量铜、镁、锰、锌、硅、铬等元素,从而大大改善铝金属性能的材料。大幅度提高铝材的机械强度和表面硬度,且仍保持铝重量较轻的固有特性;密度低,而强度高,可塑性好,易于加工成各种型材,其使用价值大大增加。在工业上广泛应用,使用量仅次于钢。
在铝及铝合金加工过程中,切削液是一种重要的辅助材料,不但可以防止金属氧化腐蚀,增加工件加工面的光洁度,而且可以延长刀具的使用寿命。切削液按油品化学组成分为非水溶性(油基)液和水溶性(水基)液两大类。其中水基的切削液又可分为乳化液、微乳化切削液(半合成切削液)和全合成切削液。而随着现代机械加工向高速、强力、精密方向发展,超硬、超强度等难加工材料的发展也使切削加工的难度日益增加。从而导致切削加工过程中的摩擦力、摩擦热大幅度提高,这就要求金属加工液具有更好的润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能,以便获得理想的加工表面。矿物润滑油的润滑、防锈性能优越,但冷却、清洗性能差;水基切削液的冷却、清洗性能优良,但润滑、防锈性能差。目前,由于传统的油基切削液防锈性、稳定性、冷却性及环保等方面已明显滞后于现代切削加工技术的发展,开始向无公害或低公害的水基切削液发展。现在在国内,水基切削液的使用范围越来越广,且已开始从寿命长、气味温和,不含对人体有害的二乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠等有害物质的合成切削液过渡。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明目的在于,提供一种配方合理,气味温和,不含对人体有害的二乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠等有害物质,而且不会对铝合金的氧化变色有影响,同时确保了工作液的长寿命,极大降低了使用成本的全合成特种铝合金切削液。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述耦合剂为碳8到碳10中链正构或异构脂肪酸,或者是碳11到14的异构格尔伯特酸中的一种或几种复配产物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述铜合金缓蚀剂为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种混合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述铝合金缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或膦酸酯中的一种或几种。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述极压剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯正向嵌段或反向嵌段聚醚、或者正丁醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段或无规聚醚中的一种或几种混合物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述润湿剂为正构或异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或数种复配产物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述杀菌剂为六氢化三嗪、吗啉衍生物、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、3,3'-亚甲基双(5-甲基恶唑烷)或异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或数种复配产物。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油,其化学性质稳定,不挥发,不易燃烧,对金属无腐蚀性,久置于空气中也不易胶化,并且具有优异的化学稳定性、耐热耐寒性、耐候性、润滑性、憎水性和低表面张力,对人体无毒无害。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的全合成特种铝合金切削液的配方合理,易于配制,使用范围广,可以适用于民用电子行业(手机、电脑和相机)以及航空工业广泛使用的航空铝合金加工,产品的稀释液pH值偏向中性(稀释液pH:7.5-8.0),气味温和,不含对人体有害的二乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠等有害物质;通过对黑色金属以及有色金属类缓蚀剂的有效搭配,确保对航空铝合金的氧化变色没有任何不利影响,同时确保了工作液的长寿命,极大降低了使用成本,利于广泛推广应用。
下面结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
实施例1:本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水38%,特种胺12%,黑色金属缓蚀剂6%,耦合剂5%,铜合金缓蚀剂0.8%,铝合金缓蚀剂4%,极压剂28%,润湿剂4%,杀菌剂2%,消泡剂0.2%;所述特种胺为三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二甘醇胺、N-丁基二乙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
其中,在本实施例中,所述黑色金属缓蚀剂优选为硼酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类三元羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨基酸衍生物、十到十二碳二元羧酸类中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述耦合剂优选为碳8到碳10中链正构或异构脂肪酸,或者是碳11到14的异构格尔伯特酸中的一种或几种复配产物。
所述铜合金缓蚀剂优选为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种混合物。
所述铝合金缓蚀剂优选为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或膦酸酯中的一种或几种。
所述极压剂优选为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯正向嵌段或反向嵌段聚醚、或者正丁醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段或无规聚醚中的一种或几种混合物。
所述润湿剂优选为正构或异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或数种复配产物。

实施例2,本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该全合成特种铝合金切削液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水30%,特种胺20%,黑色金属缓蚀剂9%,耦合剂10%,铜合金缓蚀剂1%,铝合金缓蚀剂2%,极压剂21%,润湿剂5%,杀菌剂1.5%,消泡剂0.5%。
实施例3,本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该全合成特种铝合金切削液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水40%,特种胺5%,黑色金属缓蚀剂10%,耦合剂7%,铜合金缓蚀剂0.5%,铝合金缓蚀剂3%,极压剂30%,润湿剂3%,杀菌剂1.1%,消泡剂0.4%。
实施例4,本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该全合成特种铝合金切削液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水39%,特种胺19%,黑色金属缓蚀剂8.5%,耦合剂9%,铜合金缓蚀剂1.5%,铝合金缓蚀剂2.5%,极压剂15%,润湿剂4.2%,杀菌剂1%,消泡剂0.3%。
实施例5,本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该全合成特种铝合金切削液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水37%,特种胺18.5%,黑色金属缓蚀剂8%,耦合剂8%,铜合金缓蚀剂0.7%,铝合金缓蚀剂2.3%,极压剂20%,润湿剂3.4%,杀菌剂1.6%,消泡剂0.5%。
实施例6,本实施例提供了一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其与实施例1基本相同,区别在于:该全合成特种铝合金切削液由以下质量百分比的原料组成:纯水35%,特种胺18%,黑色金属缓蚀剂7%,耦合剂7%,铜合金缓蚀剂1%,铝合金缓蚀剂3%,极压剂22%,润湿剂5%,杀菌剂1.5%,消泡剂0.5%。
上述实施例仅为本发明较好的实施方式,本发明不能一一列举出全部的实施方式,凡采用上述实施例之一的技术方案,或根据上述实施例所做的等同变化,均在本发明保护范围内。
本发明提供的全合成特种铝合金切削液的配方合理,易于配制,使用范围广,可以适用于民用电子行业(手机、电脑和相机)以及航空工业广泛使用的航空铝合金加工,气味温和,不含对人体有害的二乙醇胺、亚硝酸钠等有害物质;而且对航空铝合金的氧化变色没有任何不利影响,同时延长工作液的使用寿命,极大降低了使用成本,利于广泛推广应用。

Claims (9)

1.一种全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,其由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
纯水30~40%,
特种胺5~20%,
黑色金属缓蚀剂3~10%,
耦合剂5~10%,
铜合金缓蚀剂0.5~1%,
铝合金缓蚀剂2~5%,
极压剂15~30%,
润湿剂3~5%,
杀菌剂1~2%,
消泡剂0.2~0.5%,
所述特种胺为三乙醇胺、N-甲基二乙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、二甘醇胺、N-丁基二乙醇胺中的一种或几种的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述黑色金属缓蚀剂为硼酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类三元羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨基酸衍生物、十到十二碳二元羧酸类中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述耦合剂为碳8到碳10中链正构或异构脂肪酸,或者是碳11到14的异构格尔伯特酸中的一种或几种复配产物。
4.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述铜合金缓蚀剂为苯***、咪唑啉、噻二唑多硫化物或甲基苯***,或苯***钠盐、甲基苯***钠盐、噻二唑钠盐类中的一种或数种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述铝合金缓蚀剂为偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、磷酸酯、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-β-(氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷或膦酸酯中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述极压剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯正向嵌段或反向嵌段聚醚、或者正丁醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段或无规聚醚中的一种或几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为正构或异构脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚中的一种或数种复配产物。
8.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为六氢化三嗪、吗啉衍生物、碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯、3,3'-亚甲基双(5-甲基恶唑烷)或异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或数种复配产物。
9.根据权利要求1所述全合成特种铝合金切削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油。
