Abstract

一种用于组织再生的亲水性静电纺生物复合支架材料及其制法与应用,所述的生物复合材料是由纤维蛋白原、L-精氨酸或其盐酸盐的水溶液与P(LLA-CL)溶液共混,采用静电纺技术制备而得到的。该生物复合支架材料的平衡接触角达55℃以下,具有亲水性,在修复机体组织缺损中具有良好应用前景。
