Abstract
发明公开了一种高性能切削液,由以下成分制成,碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物、乙酸钠、硼砂、硅酸钠、硼酸三甲酯、二甲基硅油、季戊四醇、二苯胺磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、水。本发明切削液具有良好的润滑和抗磨擦性能,降低了切削液进入切缝中的难度。通过在切削液中添加碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物使得切削液具有良好的再分散特性,易于清洗和后续处理。通过二苯胺磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的协同作用,使得切削液的缓蚀率得到极大的提高。通过对甲基硅油的预处理能够提高切削液的抗泡性,加工件光洁度好,大幅度的提高了加工精度,延长了刀具寿命,极大了降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及冷却液技术领域,特别是涉及一种高性能切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、出油清洗功能、防腐功能易稀释特点。然而,现在大多数企业,只管看中切削液的作用效果,而不去考虑使用切削液的环保性,当切削液失效后,随意排放废弃的切削液,对环境造成大量的污染。此外,许多切削液在高速或重载切削的环境下,会产生高温化学反应,形成有害烟雾和油雾,不仅污染环境还对加工人员身体健康造成损害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能切削液。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高性能切削液,按重量份计由以下成分制成,碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物30份、乙酸钠3份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠10份、硼酸三甲酯4份、二甲基硅油50份、季戊四醇8份、二苯胺磺酸钠8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、水100份。
进一步地,所述碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠的混合比例为3:1。
进一步地,所述硼砂在350℃下经过预先锻制处理,时间为20分钟。
进一步地,所述二甲基硅油经过预处理:将总重量份为1份的甲基三乙氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷的混合物与二甲基硅油混合,在温度为75℃下,反应1-2小时;所述甲基三乙氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷按1:4比例混合。
进一步地,将锻制后的硼砂与硅酸钠进行预混合,添加重量份为15份的水,加热55-65℃,持续15分钟。
一种高性能切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份称取:碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物30份、乙酸钠3份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠10份、硼酸三甲酯4份、二甲基硅油50份、季戊四醇8份、二苯胺磺酸钠8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、水100份;
2)先将水添加到反应釜中,再添加二苯胺磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,加热至55℃;
3)向2)中添加碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物、经过预处理的二甲基硅油、乙酸钠、硼酸三甲酯和四季戊醇,加热至75℃;
4)向3)中添加经过预混的硼砂与硅酸钠水混合物,加热至110℃,并以200转/分钟速度搅拌1小时后,降温至室温,即可。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比:
本发明切削液具有良好的润滑、良好的冷却性和极佳的抗磨擦性能,极大的降低了切削液进入切缝中的难度。通过在切削液中添加碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物使得切削液具有良好的再分散特性,易于清洗和后续处理。通过二苯胺磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠的协同作用,使得切削液的缓蚀率得到极大的提高。通过将锻制后的硼砂与硅酸钠进行预混合处理,使得切削液抗菌性好,不易霉变,使用周期长,在长的时间内不会发出臭味,对人体无损害。通过对甲基硅油的预处理能够提高切削液的抗泡性,加工件光洁度好,大幅度的提高了加工精度,延长了刀具寿命,极大了降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
具体实施方式
一种高性能切削液,按重量份计由以下成分制成,碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物30份、乙酸钠3份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠10份、硼酸三甲酯4份、二甲基硅油50份、季戊四醇8份、二苯胺磺酸钠8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、水100份。
进一步地,所述碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠的混合比例为3:1。
进一步地,所述硼砂在350℃下经过预先锻制处理,时间为20分钟。

3)向2)中添加碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物、经过预处理的二甲基硅油、乙酸钠、硼酸三甲酯和四季戊醇,加热至75℃;
4)向3)中添加经过预混的硼砂与硅酸钠水混合物,加热至110℃,并以200转/分钟速度搅拌1小时后,降温至室温,即可。
本发明切削液通用性强,可适合对各种碳钢、合金钢、铸铁等黑色金属和铝合金、锌合金、钛合金等有色金属的车削、铣削、钻孔、镗孔、磨削等加工工艺。本发明切削液对碳钢的缓蚀效果最好,高达98.34%。
Claims (6)
1.一种高性能切削液,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成,碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠混合物30份、乙酸钠3份、硼砂5份、硅酸钠10份、硼酸三甲酯4份、二甲基硅油50份、季戊四醇8份、二苯胺磺酸钠8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能切削液,其特征在于,所述碳酸钠与碳酸氢钠的混合比例为3:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能切削液,其特征在于,所述硼砂在350℃下经过预先锻制处理,时间为20分钟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能切削液,其特征在于,所述二甲基硅油经过预处理:将总重量份为1份的甲基三乙氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷的混合物与二甲基硅油混合,在温度为75℃下,反应1-2小时;所述甲基三乙氧基硅烷与八甲基环四硅氧烷按1:4比例混合。

4)向3)中添加经过预混的硼砂与硅酸钠水混合物,加热至110℃,并以200转/分钟速度搅拌1小时后,降温至室温,即可。
