切削液(cutting fluid, coolant)是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。 切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
随着市场经济的不断发展,越来越多的小型加工企业快速成长起来,企业在加工中选择一款经济、节能、高效的金属加工液,对于一些小型企业来说是非常重要的;随着工业技术的不断发展和进步,新材料、新工艺的不断涌现,对金属在加工过程中所需耗用的工作液即金属加工液的要求也越来越高;企业在经济条件有限的情况下在原有的设备上要满足多种不同材质进行加工,那么对加工中的切削液提出了严格的要求,首先选择的切削液必须满足多种不同材质的加工要求,不能出现其中一种材质腐蚀现象,保证产品加工质量、提高加工效率和减少环境污染都至关重要。一款多功能高效可节约成本的通用型切削液对小型企业、个体小作坊加工中心来说是至关重要的。

本发明的目的在于,解决了市场上产品所存在的产品加工材质的单一性、局限性等缺点,提供了一种适用于多种金属机床加工,在所有机床中表现良好,一款产品能够同时满足多种不同材质的加工,同时还解决了稀释液容易腐败产生异味、润滑不足、使用时间周期短等缺点,还具有优秀的冷却和清洗防锈性能,使金属加工润滑产品在机械加工润滑方面得到一定的提升。

一种金属加工用半合成切削液及其制备方法,其中各原料组分按质量份配比计算,其组成及含量如下:
有机酸5~10、酰胺5~8、表面活性剂8~15、PH值稳定剂5~10、妥尔油3~10、十二醇1~5、缓蚀剂1~3、杀菌剂3~5、消泡剂0.1~0.3、基础油20~40、水加至100。
所述PH值稳定剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述表面活性剂为反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1720、反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1740的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述有机酸为癸二酸、正辛酸、三元酸、硼酸、异壬酸、新癸酸中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述酰胺为一种十二酸二乙醇酰胺。
所述杀菌剂为BK、MBM、IPBC、Busan77、CIT/MIT的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述缓蚀剂剂为苯骈三氮唑(BTA),巯基苯骈噻唑(MBT),甲基苯骈三氮唑(TTA)、脂肪基磷酸脂中一种或两种以上的缓蚀剂。
所述基础油为环状精炼的的环烷基基础油。
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
所述金属加工用半合成切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下制备步骤:
a) 将去离子水、PH值稳定剂投入反应釜1中,并开启搅拌,搅拌时间为10±5min;
b) 将有机酸,缓蚀剂投入反应釜2中,并搅拌使固体完全溶解至透明,搅拌过程中将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间30±5min后,取出待后续使用;
c) 继续向反应釜1中投入基础油,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d) 继续向反应釜1中投入反向嵌段聚合物,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e) 继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f) 继续向反应釜1中投入酰胺、十二醇搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g) 继续向反应釜1中投入杀菌剂,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入消泡剂,搅拌均匀后包装。

c) 继续向反应釜1中投入环状精炼的的环烷基基础油40g,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d) 继续向反应釜1中投入反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1720 8g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e) 继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油3g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f) 继续向反应釜1中投入十二酸二乙醇酰胺8g、十二醇5g搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g) 继续向反应釜1中投入均三嗪(BK)3g,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入有机硅消泡剂0.3g,搅拌均匀后,得到产品。

h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入有机硅消泡剂0.2g,搅拌均匀后得到产品。
实施例3
a) 将去离子水25.9g、三乙醇胺5g投入反应釜1中,并开启搅拌,搅拌时间为10±5min;
b) 将三元酸10g,甲基苯骈三氮唑(TTA) 3g投入反应釜2中,并搅拌使固体完全溶解至透明,搅拌过程中将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间30±5min后,取出待后续使用;
c) 继续向反应釜1中投入环状精炼的的环烷基基础油20g,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d) 继续向反应釜1中投入反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1720 15g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e) 继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油10g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f) 继续向反应釜1中投入十二酸二乙醇酰胺5g、十二醇1g搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g) 继续向反应釜1中投入异噻唑啉酮(CIT/MIT)5g,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入有机硅消泡剂0.1g,搅拌均匀后得到产品。
实施例4
a) 将去离子水19.75g、二乙醇胺9g投入反应釜1中,并开启搅拌,搅拌时间为10±5min;
b) 将硼酸6g,脂肪基磷酸脂1.5g投入反应釜2中,并搅拌使固体完全溶解至透明,搅拌过程中将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间30±5min后,取出待后续使用;
c) 继续向反应釜1中投入环状精炼的的环烷基基础油35g,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d) 继续向反应釜1中投入反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1740 10g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e) 继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油5g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f) 继续向反应釜1中投入十二酸二乙醇酰胺7g、十二醇2g搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g) 继续向反应釜1中投入杀菌剂IPBC(碘代丙炔基氨基甲酸丁酯) 4.5g,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入有机硅消泡剂0.25g,搅拌均匀后得到产品。
实施例5
a) 将去离子水19.35g、三乙醇胺6g投入反应釜1中,并开启搅拌,搅拌时间为10±5min;
b) 将异壬酸9g,苯骈三氮唑(BTA) 2.5g投入反应釜2中,并搅拌使固体完全溶解至透明,搅拌过程中将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间30±5min后,取出待后续使用;
c) 继续向反应釜1中投入环状精炼的的环烷基基础油25g,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d) 继续向反应釜1中投入反式嵌段聚醚 RPE1720 14g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e) 继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油9g,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f) 继续向反应釜1中投入十二酸二乙醇酰胺7.5g、十二醇4g搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g) 继续向反应釜1中投入聚季铵盐(Busan77)3.5g,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h) 继续向反应釜1中投入 b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;
i) 继续向反应釜1中投入有机硅消泡剂0.15g,搅拌均匀后包装。
实施例6
选取不同材质加工工件进行腐蚀性试验,取三个干净的烧杯,加入实施例3中制得的金属加工用半合成切削液适量,分别向三个烧杯中放入铁制、铜制、铝制工件,浸泡24小时之后,观察工件表面,均未出现腐蚀现象,如图1至3所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种金属加工用半合成切削液,其特征在于,所述的金属加工用半合成切削液中各原料组分按质量份配比计算,其组成及含量如下:
有机酸5~10、酰胺5~8、表面活性剂8~15、PH值稳定剂5~10、妥尔油3~10、十二醇1~5、缓蚀剂1~3、杀菌剂3~5、消泡剂0.1~0.3、基础油20~40、水加至100;
其中,所述PH值稳定剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
其中,所述表面活性剂为反式嵌段聚醚RPE1720、反式嵌段聚醚RPE1740的一种或两种以上的混合物;
其中,所述有机酸为癸二酸、正辛酸、三元酸、异壬酸、新癸酸中的一种或两种以上的混合物;
其中,所述酰胺为十二酸二乙醇酰胺;
其中,所述杀菌剂为BK、MBM、IPBC、Busan77、CIT/MIT的一种或两种以上的混合物;
其中,所述缓蚀剂为苯骈三氮唑BTA,巯基苯骈噻唑MBT,甲基苯骈三氮唑TTA、脂肪基磷酸脂中一种或两种以上的缓蚀剂;
其中,所述基础油为环状精炼的环烷基基础油;
其中,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用半合成切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下制备步骤:
a)将去离子水、PH值稳定剂投入反应釜1中,并开启搅拌,搅拌时间为10±5min;
b)将有机酸,缓蚀剂投入反应釜2中,并搅拌使固体完全溶解至透明,搅拌过程中将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间30±5min后,取出待后续使用;
c)继续向反应釜1中投入基础油,开始搅拌,将温度升至45℃,搅拌时间为10±5min;
d)继续向反应釜1中投入反式嵌段聚醚,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
e)继续向反应釜1中投入妥尔油,搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为20±5min;
f)继续向反应釜1中投入酰胺、十二醇搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
g)继续向反应釜1中投入杀菌剂,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为10±5min;
h)继续向反应釜1中投入b)部分已调配好的液,并搅拌至透明,搅拌时间为60±5min;i)继续向反应釜1中投入消泡剂,搅拌均匀后包装。
