本发明公开了一种水溶性切削液,包括如下组分及重量份:防锈剂3~7份、耦合剂3~6份、消泡剂10~15份、乳化液8~13份、甘油6~10份、聚乙烯醇3~6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1~5份、亚硝酸钠5~10份和硼胺3~10份。本发明通用性强,适合于多种金属,特别是使用于加工铝合金部件,对铝合金有极佳的抗腐蚀效果,可有效防止敏感铝合金的变色;具有优异的润滑性能确保加工精度和刀具的使用寿命;具有优异地防锈性能确保工件和昂贵的机床设备不被锈蚀;具有突出的抗腐败能力和突出的耐硬水能力,可长时间循环使用;不含亚硝酸盐、酚类等有毒有害物质,对环境和健康有利;具有良好的废液处理性能,可按一般工业废水处理。

本发明涉及切削液领域,特别是涉及一种水溶性切削液。
背景技术
现有的金属切削加工液,由于其配方等原因,在润滑性、防锈性、冷却性、消泡性能等方面存在不理想之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种综合性能好的水溶性切削液。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种水溶性切削液,包括如下组分及重量份:防锈剂3~7份、耦合剂3~6份、消泡剂10~15份、乳化液8~13份、甘油6~10份、聚乙烯醇3~6份、烷基苯磺酸钠1~5份、亚硝酸钠5~10份和硼胺3~10份。
本发明通用性强,适合于多种金属,特别是使用于加工铝合金部件,对铝合金有极佳的抗腐蚀效果,可有效防止敏感铝合金的变色;具有优异的润滑性能确保加工精度和刀具的使用寿命;具有优异地防锈性能确保工件和昂贵的机床设备不被锈蚀;具有突出的抗腐败能力和突出的耐硬水能力,可长时间循环使用;不含亚硝酸盐、酚类等有毒有害物质,对环境和健康有利;具有良好的废液处理性能,可按一般工业废水处理。

本实施例提供的水溶性切削液,包括如下组分及重量份:防锈剂6份、耦合剂5份、消泡剂13份、乳化液10份、甘油7份、聚乙烯醇5份、烷基苯磺酸钠3份、亚硝酸钠7份和硼胺9份。

本实施例提供的水溶性切削液,包括如下组分及重量份:防锈剂7份、耦合剂6份、消泡剂15份、乳化液13份、甘油10份、聚乙烯醇6份、烷基苯磺酸钠5份、亚硝酸钠10份和硼胺10份。
