Abstract

本发明公开了用于机械加工的水基无油型节能环保高效的合成切削液,由以下组分复合而成,各组分的重量百分比为:二乙醇胺4‑8%;聚酯酰胺脂9‑13%;多元羧酸1‑5%;三乙醇胺1‑5%;杀菌剂0.3‑1%;防锈复配液20‑40%;水余量;其中,所述防锈复配液由以下组分复合而成,各组分的重量百分比为:一乙醇胺9‑14%;钼酸钠6‑10%;硼酸酯8‑12%,聚乙二醇脂10‑15%,水40‑70%;本配方中不含任何矿物油和动植物油,不含亚硝酸钠,且具有优异的极压润滑效果,黑色金属超长防锈效果,同时具有成本低、配制简单、污染小、无色无味,长寿命的效果,因此适用于多种机床工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液领域,特别涉及用于机械加工的水基无油型节能环保高效的合成切削液。
背景技术
切削液一般是指材料在机械加工过程中,为及时带走切削区内产生的热量以降低切削温度,延长刀具使用寿命,提高工件加工精度而使用的工作液。其通常应具备润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈等作用,而目前的切削液为了具备以上功能,基本都含有矿物油、动植物油,亚硝酸钠等成分,而动植物油容易腐败,变质,高低温影响大,亚硝酸钠有毒,对人和环境有一定危害,矿物油,有腐败的趋向;且消耗能源,产品使用后的污水处理成本高,且矿物油是市场大部分厂家选择,基于上述问题,急需生产一款不含上述三种成分且具有优异的防滑防锈成分的切削液。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优异的极压润滑效果,且黑色金属超长防锈效果的用于机械加工的水基无油型节能环保高效的合成切削液。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:用于机械加工的水基无油型节能环保高效的合成切削液,由以下组分复合而成,各组分的重量百分比为:

所述二乙醇胺的作用为:碱含量保持,黑色金属防锈,防腐;
所述聚酯酰胺脂的作用为:润滑;

所述三乙醇胺的作用为:碱含量保持,黑色金属防锈,防腐;
所述杀菌剂的作用为:防腐;
所述水的作用为:载体;
所述防锈复配液的作用为:黑色金属防锈,润滑,有色金属防腐;
本配方中不含任何矿物油和动植物油,不含亚硝酸钠,且具有优异的极压润滑效果,黑色金属超长防锈效果,同时具有成本低、配制简单、污染小、无色无味,长寿命的效果,因此适用于多种机床工作。
