Abstract
本发明涉及一种风味小吃,尤其涉及一种美容养颜的梨花风味小吃。它由下列重量份的原料食材调制、勾芡、油炸而成:梨花瓣20~30份、蛋清50~70份、芡粉10~15份。本发明将梨花变废为宝,不但合理利用了资源,而且为人类提供了一种口感好,营养丰富,能促进人体健康,具有美容养颜功效的梨花风味小吃,增加了小吃的多样性。

本发明涉及一种风味小吃,尤其涉及一种美容养颜的梨花风味小吃。
背景技术
众所周知,为了保证果实质量,果树在挂果期需要疏花疏果,梨树也不例外。然而,多数人存在一种偏见,觉得梨花毫无价值;少数人虽然觉得梨花花瓣有一定的食用价值,但由于采收麻烦,导致在疏花疏果过程中,被摘下的梨花均被直接丢弃,造成很大浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种美容养颜的梨花风味小吃,其利用梨花瓣为原料,从而避免丢弃梨花造成浪费。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用下列技术方案:由下列重量份的原料食材调制、勾芡、油炸而成:梨花瓣200~300份、蛋清500~700份、芡粉100~150份。
本发明的最佳技术方案为:梨花瓣250份、蛋清600份、芡粉120份。
上述技术方案中,梨花性凉,味甘、微酸;入肺、胃经。具有生津润燥,清肺润肠、清热化痰、散结通肠、涤热息风之功效,清肺润肠效果尤为显著。主治热病伤津口渴,消渴,热咳,痰热惊狂,噎膈,便秘等病症,可有效的祛除面部黑粉刺。梨花除了含有大量水分外,还含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、粗纤维、灰分、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸、抗坏血酸、钾、钠、镁、糖、有机酸等营养成分。梨花具有很好的食疗作用:增强心肌活力;祛疾止咳,利咽;保护肝脏;降低血压;防癌抗癌;促进消化等食疗作用;制成油炸食品很可口。
芡粉,是烹调时勾芡用的淀粉,芡粉是由多个葡萄糖分子缩合而成的多糖聚合物,主要营养成分是碳水化合物、蛋白质,膳食纤维和钙、钠、镁等矿物质。芡粉不溶于水,能保护食物的营养成分,防止营养成分的流失或破坏;并能改善口感。
蛋清具有美容养颜的功效。
与现有技术比较,本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,将梨花变废为宝,不但合理利用了资源,而且为人类提供了一种口感好,营养丰富,能促进人体健康,具有美容养颜功效的梨花风味小吃,增加了小吃的多样性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:取梨花瓣200g、蛋清700g、芡粉100g,将蛋清与梨花调制均匀后加入芡粉进行勾芡,然后入锅油炸。
实施例2:取梨花瓣250g、蛋清600g、芡粉120g,将蛋清与梨花调制均匀后加入芡粉进行勾芡,然后入锅油炸。
实施例3:取梨花瓣300g、蛋清500g、芡粉150g,将蛋清与梨花调制均匀后加入芡粉进行勾芡,然后入锅油炸。

1.美容养颜的梨花风味小吃,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料食材调制、勾芡、油炸而成:梨花瓣200~300份、蛋清500~700份、芡粉100~150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容养颜的梨花风味小吃,其特征在于所述原料食材为:梨花瓣250份、蛋清600份、芡粉120份。
