本发明涉及用于接触电导体的端子。
用于接触电导体或其他电气部件的端子从现有技术中广泛已知。因此,例如DE 202004 020 191 U1公开一种借助于绝缘位移连接器在绕组材料(例如变压器的线圈)与电路板之间进行的***接触。优选地提供有连接器舌片的绝缘位移连接器被***到电气或机械地紧固至电路板的跨接片中,由此使用连接器舌片的弹性回弯以及通过机械地将连接器舌片刺入跨接片中而产生稳固的电连接。
DE 10 2010 033 545 A1披露用于接触电导体的具有外壳并且各自具有绝缘位移连接器的装置。绝缘位移连接器被***到外壳中。
EP 1 291 984 A1披露用于产生电气绝缘位移连接器连接的方法。
在此,单独电缆从上方***到IDC连接器(IDC=绝缘位移连接)中,并且使用在垂直方向上从顶部向底部施加压力的工具来接触。由此,通过从顶部向底部将电缆按压到绝缘位移连接器中产生触点与电缆的弹性连接。因此,电缆的绝缘材料被绝缘位移连接器的叶片或翼片刺穿和位移,并且暴露的铜股线通过这些翼片的弹簧效应而永久夹紧。
在所有的这些绝缘位移连接器连接中,电缆各自从顶部向底部***对应开口,并还通过借助于绝缘位移连接器技术来施加接合力从顶部至底部接触并且固定。
由此,将力从顶部向底部施加。极为常见地是,外壳、插头以及必须接触电缆的类似物紧固至电路板,使得力施加至电路板上,这在很多情况下是非期望的。此外,由于绝缘位移连接器接触发生在与电缆的***相同的方向上,因此存在以下风险:至少在高拉力施加至电缆上的情况下,电缆随后会从绝缘位移连接器连接中移除,并且因此电接触被破坏。
发明公开内容
相比之下,具有权利要求1所述的特征的用于接触电导体的根据本发明的端子具有以下优点:电缆能够从上方***外壳中,为了这个目的,伸长开口提供用于电导体的***,但是绝缘位移连接器接触从侧面并且实质上垂直于伸长开口和***方向而进行。以此方式,在绝缘位移连接器接触期间,压力未施加至例如安装有端子的电路板上。绝缘位移连接器接触可使用钳状工具进行。具体来说,这也可借助于例如在生产线中的操纵***来自动地进行,使得根据本发明的端子可容易用于自动化生产。另外,电导体的稳固保持通过横向于开口进行的绝缘位移连接器接触来实现。具体来说,电导体可不再——甚至在施加更大的力的情况下也不——被拉出伸长开口,因为这在从现有技术已知的电气绝缘位移连接器连接的情况下是可能的。根据本发明的端子因此不仅允许简单和自动化生产,而且允许借助于绝缘位移连接器接触来紧固的导体稳固且实际上无毁坏的紧固。
独立权利要求1中指定的端子的有利发展和改进在使用从属权利要求中列出的措施情况下成为可能。
因此,有利实施方式提供例如以下内容:提供至少两个绝缘位移连接器,从导体方向看,所述绝缘位移连接器各自定位在伸长开口的前端和后端。由此不仅改进接触,而且同时电导体也尤其良好固定并且因此保持在伸长开口中。
由此,两个绝缘位移连接器优选地布置在U形托架上,并能够与这个U形托架互相移动,即横向于在电导体的方向上的开口移动,以形成绝缘位移连接器接触。以此方式,利用单一“钳式移动”实现电导体在伸长开口中并因此在端子的外壳中的接触和紧固。
U形托架有利地连接至连接元件,所述连接元件在其背向U形托架的侧面上具有用于与电路板的导体轨道接触的接触元件。以此方式,电导体与电路板的对应导体轨道的直接接触是可能的。
这在U形托架和连接元件彼此一体连接的情况下是尤其有利的。
接触元件可为压入接触元件;然而,它们也可形成为形成用于表面焊接的焊料接触元件。
一个有利实施方式提供以下内容:连接元件是连接板,所述连接板实质上以直角远离U形托架弯曲,在所述连接板的背向U形托架的下侧上布置有接触元件。这允许了简单组装和尤其良好的接触。
有利地,提供以下内容:在外壳中提供用于具有绝缘位移连接器的U形托架以及连接元件的引导件,所述引导件允许将U形托架连同绝缘位移连接器并与连接元件一起***到外壳中。在这种情况下,如果接触元件已被例如紧固至电路板,那么外壳以相对于U形托架反向的方式来位移,其中绝缘位移连接器又穿透导体,并且由此导体的绝缘材料被绝缘位移连接器的叶片或翼片刺穿和位移,并且暴露的铜股线通过这些翼片的弹簧效应而永久夹紧。

发明实施方式
总体以100指代的端子具有例如由塑料组成的外壳110。在这个外壳中提供有可从上方接取的伸长开口120,所述伸长开口120具有锥形部122。U形托架200侧向布置在外壳上,在所述U形托架上分别布置有绝缘位移连接器210和220。连接元件300一体地连接至U形托架200。这个连接元件300具有例如压入触点301、302、303和304。例如,这些压入触点用于压入在电路板上的对应开口(参见图5a至c、图6)。如从图1另外可见,在外壳110中提供用于U形托架200和绝缘位移连接器210、220的引导件150和160,这允许绝缘位移连接器沿着附图中以箭头R所描绘的方向侧向***到外壳中。如从图2尤其可见,绝缘位移连接器220具有叉形设计,所述叉形设计具有绝缘位移翼片221,所述绝缘位移翼片将导体400的绝缘材料405刺穿并且使其位移,并同样地部分刺穿暴露的铜股线410或因弹簧效应而至少夹紧绝缘位移连接器220的两个叶片。这在图3中示意性地描绘,该图示出电导体在端子100中的接触和紧固状态。在图3中,另外可尤其清楚认识到突起122如何将电导体保持在适当位置中,这个位置对绝缘位移连接器接触而言是有利的,并且尤其将绝缘位移连接器接触固定以免于落到伸长开口120外。在已以此方式接触并紧固电导体(这可例如借助于在U形元件200和外壳110上施加力的对应钳来进行)之后,并且以此方式进行绝缘位移连接器210、220的***,使电导体在外壳中同时接触并且固定。
在图4中,描绘根据本发明的端子的另一实施方式,其与图1至图3中描绘的实施方式的不同之处在于电路板上的接触的类型。替代按压触点,在此提供对应开口306、307、308、309接收焊料,连接元件300能够借助于所述焊料来通过表面焊接紧固至电路板。顺便提及,在图4中以与图1至图3中相同的参考数字描绘相同元件,以便参考对以上关于这些元件的陈述。
以下结合图5a至图5d以及图6解释端子与电路板的紧固以及导体的接触和紧固。
首先,将端子100紧固至电路板600。为了这个目的,在电路板600中提供开口601、602、603、604,从而允许压入触点301、302、303、304压入(参见图5a)。在端子100已以这种方式紧固至电路板600(图5b)之后,将电导体400***端子的伸长开口12中,并且因锥形部122而使电导体保持在所述伸长开口中(图5c)。随后,通过借助于(未描绘)钳状工具来将绝缘位移连接器210、220侧向***而产生绝缘位移连接器接触。通过钳状移动将力施加在U形托架200上并施加在外壳110的处于与所述U形托架相反的外壳侧面111上。以此方式,导体400在端子100中接触并且紧固。图6示出两个电路板600和700的连接,每一个电路板上布置有端子,其中布置在电路板600上的端子是具有压入触点的端子,而布置在电路板700上的端子表示具有SMD焊料触点的端子。导体400可将两个电路板600、700连接。
上述端子100优点在于:其也可用于自动化生产。由此,用于接触的压力不施加在电路板600、700上,而以钳状方式施加在外壳110和U形托架200上。这样侧向施加压力具有较大优点:其可较好地用于自动化生产。另外,避免电路板的损坏。侧向接触另外允许导体400实质上更牢靠地保持在端子100的外壳110中。导体400由两个绝缘位移连接器在端子100中“锁定到位”达到一定程度,所述绝缘位移连接器布置在伸长开口120的前端和后端,横向于开口而延伸并因此将导体400实际不松动地保持在端子100中。

Claims (7)

1.用于接触电导体(400)的端子(100),具有绝缘外壳(110),所述绝缘外壳具有伸长开口(120),所述伸长开口可从上方接取以将所述电导体(400)***,并且具有至少一个绝缘位移连接器(210、220),所述绝缘位移连接器侧向布置在所述外壳(110)上,并且能够从侧面且实质上垂直于所述伸长开口(120)移动,并且由此使用绝缘位移连接接触所述电导体(400)并将所述电导体固定在所述外壳(110)中,其中提供至少两个绝缘位移连接器(210、220),从导体方向看,所述绝缘位移连接器各自定位在所述伸长开口(120)的前端和后端,并且其中所述两个绝缘位移连接器(210、220)布置在U形托架(200)上,并能够与所述U形托架互相移动,即横向于在所述电导体(400)的所述方向上的所述开口移动,以形成绝缘位移连接器接触,其特征在于,所述U形托架(200)和连接元件(300)彼此一体连接,所述连接元件具有用于与电路板(500、600)的导体轨道接触的接触元件(301、302、303、304、306、307、308、309)。

4.根据权利要求1至3中的一项所述的端子(100),其特征在于,所述连接元件(300)是连接板,所述连接板实质上以直角弯曲远离所述U形托架,在所述连接板的背向所述U形托架(200)的下侧上布置有所述接触元件(301、302、303、304、306、307、308、309)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的端子(100),其特征在于,在所述外壳(110)中提供用于具有所述绝缘位移连接器(210、220)的所述U形托架(200)和所述连接元件(300)的引导件(150、160),所述引导件(150、160)允许具有所述绝缘位移连接器(210、220)的所述U形托架(200)和所述连接元件(300)***到所述外壳中。
