本发明涉及菇类加工装置,具体为一种蘑菇切片装置,包括机架、传送辊组以及传送带,传送辊组安装在机架上,传送带套设于传送辊组外,其中,还包括切割机构,切割机构包括振动框和压送带,振动框固定在机架上,振动框内固定有切割丝,压送带平行于传送带,压送带与传送带延传送方向均开设有长条孔,切割丝位于长条孔中并垂直与传送带。本发明为了解决现有辊刀的切出的蘑菇片形状较差且有较多碎渣的问题,意在提供切片完整、碎渣少的蘑菇切片装置。

蘑菇切片装置
技术领域
本发明涉及菇类加工装置,具体为一种蘑菇切片装置。
背景技术
蘑菇又名双孢蘑菇、白蘑菇、洋蘑菇、蒙古蘑菇、蘑菰、肉菌、蘑菇菌,各地区对蘑菇的名称有所不同,但蘑菇一名比较通用。蘑菇营养丰富,是高蛋白、低脂肪,富含人体必需氨基酸、矿物质、维生素和多糖等营养成分,经常食用蘑菇能很好地促进人体对其他食物营养的吸收。蘑菇身上的不同部位,营养含量也不同,对香菇等硬柄的菌类来说,菌盖比菌柄营养丰富,最适于食用的是新鲜的较幼嫩的蘑菇子实体。许多的蘑菇加工都涉及切片,现有的蘑菇切片装置采用传送带将蘑菇送入加装辊刀的滚轮中切割。这种方式切割的由于辊刀较厚,而蘑菇质地软且脆,所以蘑菇切片后有许多的碎渣,切出的蘑菇片形状较差。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有辊刀的切出的蘑菇片形状较差且有较多碎渣的问题,意在提供切片完整、碎渣少的蘑菇切片装置。
本发明提供基础方案是:蘑菇切片装置,包括机架、传送辊组以及传送带,传送辊组安装在机架上,传送带套设于传送辊组外,其中,还包括切割机构,切割机构包括振动框和压送带,振动框固定在机架上,振动框内固定有切割丝,压送带平行于传送带,压送带与传送带延传送方向均开设有长条孔,切割丝位于长条孔中并垂直与传送带。
与现有技术相比,本方案的优点在于:将蘑菇投放到传送带上,然后进入到压送带和传送带间前行,压送带压着蘑菇,是蘑菇与传送带和压送带间具有较大的摩擦力,当蘑菇经过切割丝时被切割。为了保证切割丝有足够的切割力,固定切割丝的振动框保持持续的振动,振动的切割丝相比静止的切割丝切割力更大,由于切割丝不同于辊刀,不用考虑刀体强度,所以切割丝只要有足够的韧性就可以做得很细,只要切割丝的两端固定在振动框上,就可以保证切割蘑菇有足够的硬度切割蘑菇,而由于切割丝较细所以切割蘑菇的阻力较小,切割时对蘑菇的破坏就较小,在加上振动框带动切割丝运动中切割蘑菇,切割丝的切割效果更佳,切出的蘑菇片形状完整,少碎渣。
方案二:为基础方案的优选,所述传送带的末端具有挡料板。有益效果:传送带上的蘑菇在完成切割后具有一定的速度,挡料板将蘑菇片挡下,避免蘑菇片四处飘洒。
方案三:为方案二的优选,所述压送带的速度与传送带的速度相同。有益效果:如果压送带与传送带速度不同,蘑菇在进入压送带和传送带间时,压送带会对蘑菇进入二者间产生阻力。
方案四:为方案三的优选,所述振动框连接有凸轮振动机构。有益效果:凸轮振动机构是常见的且经济的振动机构。
方案五:为方案四的优选,所述机架上固定有进料斗,所述进料斗位于传送带上方。有益效果:一定时间内传送带的处理的蘑菇数量有限,将大量的蘑菇倒入进料斗,进料斗的开口大小一定,排出的蘑菇也就一定。
方案六:为方案五的优选,所述传送带下方设有回收板,所述回收板位于振动框的下方。有益效果:由于要切割丝的存在并需要在传送带上开设长条孔,在经过切割丝切割后难免会有小片的蘑菇片从长条孔漏出,设置回收板收集从长条孔掉出的蘑菇片。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:传送带1、压送带2、振动框3切割丝31、长条孔4、回收板5、传送辊组6、蘑菇7、挡料板8。
如图1、图2所示的蘑菇7切片装置,包括机架、传送辊组6以及传送带1,传送辊组6安装在机架上,传送带1套设于传送辊组6外,其中,还包括切割机构,切割机构包括振动框和压送带2,振动框固定在机架上,振动框内固定有切割丝,压送带2平行于传送带1,压送带2与传送带1延传送方向均开设有长条孔4,切割丝位于长条孔4中并垂直与传送带1。传送带1的末端具有挡料板8。压送带2的速度与传送带1的速度相同。振动框连接有凸轮振动机构。机架上固定有进料斗,进料斗位于传送带1上方。传送带1下方设有回收板5,回收板5位于振动框的下方。
使用效果与各部分特征效果:将蘑菇7投放到传送带1上,然后进入到压送带2和传送带1间前行,压送带2压着蘑菇7,是蘑菇7与传送带1和压送带2间具有较大的摩擦力,当蘑菇7经过切割丝时被切割。为了保证切割丝有足够的切割力,固定切割丝的振动框保持持续的振动,振动的切割丝相比静止的切割丝切割力更大,由于切割丝不同于辊刀,不用考虑刀体强度,所以切割丝只要有足够的韧性就可以做得很细,只要切割丝的两端固定在振动框上,就可以保证切割蘑菇7有足够的硬度切割蘑菇7,而由于切割丝较细所以切割蘑菇7的阻力较小,切割时对蘑菇7的破坏就较小,在加上振动框带动切割丝运动中切割蘑菇7,切割丝的切割效果更佳,切出的蘑菇片形状完整,少碎渣。
传送带1的末端具有挡料板8。传送带1上的蘑菇7在完成切割后具有一定的速度,挡料板8将蘑菇片挡下,避免蘑菇片四处飘洒。压送带2的速度与传送带1的速度相同。如果压送带2与传送带1速度不同,蘑菇7在进入压送带2和传送带1间时,压送带2会对蘑菇7进入二者间产生阻力。振动框连接有凸轮振动机构。凸轮振动机构是常见的且经济的振动机构。机架上固定有进料斗,进料斗位于传送带1上方。一定时间内传送带1的处理的蘑菇7数量有限,将大量的蘑菇7倒入进料斗,进料斗的开口大小一定,排出的蘑菇7也就一定。传送带1下方设有回收板5,回收板5位于振动框的下方。由于要切割丝的存在并需要在传送带1上开设长条孔4,在经过切割丝切割后难免会有小片的蘑菇片从长条孔4漏出,设置回收板5收集从长条孔4掉出的蘑菇片。

1.蘑菇切片装置,包括机架、传送辊组以及传送带,所述传送辊组安装在机架上,所述传送带套设于传送辊组外,其特征在于,还包括切割机构,所述切割机构包括振动框和压送带,所述振动框固定在机架上,所述振动框内固定有切割丝,所述压送带平行于传送带,所述压送带与传送带延传送方向均开设有长条孔,所述切割丝位于长条孔中并垂直与传送带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蘑菇切片装置,其特征在于:所述传送带的末端具有挡料板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蘑菇切片装置,其特征在于:所述压送带的速度与传送带的速度相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蘑菇切片装置,其特征在于:所述振动框连接有凸轮振动机构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蘑菇切片装置,其特征在于:所述机架上固定有进料斗,所述进料斗位于传送带上方。
6.根据权利要求5所述的蘑菇切片装置,其特征在于:所述传送带下方设有回收板,所述回收板位于振动框的下方。
